Problems with apk Wearable - Samsung Galaxy Watch

Good evening,
I have a problem with the wearable app. I have a Samsung watch R800 and by following the tutorial, I managed to connect it to my phone. Everything was fine until yesterday when the app asked me to do the update but I don’t want to do it because I already did and I had to reset the watch because I couldn’t connect it to the phone. The problem is that as a result, I no longer have access to Wearable, which socks because I need it.
How to prevent Wearable from detecting the update and being able to access it?
Thank you in advance for your help

Make sure Wearables has -all- its permissions enabled. Clear data and then set permissions.
Clear system cache.
Google play Services must be enabled.
Turn off all global power management for now!
Wearables can be a real pain... if the Wearables app won't load or crashes it's likely missing a needed parameter mentioned above. You can also try installing it. Sometimes with connectivity issues a network reset does the trick.

Installation of apps doesn't work...

Hi All,
I have receive for Christmas a SW3.
I already have a LG G2 (D802) running Lollipop :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/rom-liquidsmooth-v4-0-lg-g2-t2948395
With Render Kernel :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/kernel-render-kernel-aosp-lg-roms-t2803929
I have update the SW3 to official 5.0.1 with PC Companion.
Then install Android Wear from the market on the phone :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.wearable.app&hl=fr
I had "Sleep as Android" app already installed on the phone before get the watch.
I have connect the watch to the phone then I have try to install different apps as :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.npi.wearminilauncher
and
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appfour.wearbrowser
Without problem, the apps appear on the watch., "Sleep as Android" too.
But now, I can't success to install any other apps. I have try :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rocketstartups.wearcalculator
Or
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.hoomi.athere
But the apps doesn't appear on the watch, I don't understand how to sync the phone and the watch.
I guess I'm too new and there is something that I haven't understand.
Please someone drive me !
Thank you in advance.
Tell me if I'm wrong.
Android Wear is the only "must have" app to manage the watch ?
No need Smart Connect or LiveWear ?...
Open android wear on phone click on the settings gear and click on resync apps
Hello,
Thank you but That doesn't help...
What app do you use to sync the watch?

Android wear is a "must-have" app. And you need also "Google" search app to make sure android wear runs well. (for "ok google" function certainly.)
Did you try to "forget watch device" in android wear and repair it ?
Maybe a factory reset will help, but it is the last option.
Thank you for your reply.
I have disable the location to save battery and the sync have work...
I don't understand!
But now, all work as it should.
Hi,
I'm an expert on SmartWatch 3 and have met with a programmer from the Google team. You require 2 things to fully install apps on your watch, which take max 60 minutes to sync to your watch 100%
1. The first requirement to make sure apps install 100% is a WiFi router network which your phone is connected to, and your SmartWatch 3 is within range of the
area of the router.
2. Your Smartwatch 3 and your Android phone on charge during about 1 hour. The apps sync fast while the battery is being charged, and sync slower if not plugged in.
Do these two things, and the apps will install over WiFi directly from your phone to the watch through WiFi settings of the router.
I just lived in Philippines for 1 month, bought a new Sony phone there and tried installing my Smartwatch 3 over mobil data connection to the phone without a router and not a single app synced. 1 week later ONE app synced. I came home to my country of Sweden with my router and did the same thing with a reset of the watch, and all apps synced in about 45 minutes.

[Q] Bluetooth Connectivity with 5.0.2

Has anyone else had connectivity issue since the 5.0.2 update?
My 360 will just randomly unpairs.
Same here.
I tried unpairing the bluetooth connection & re-pairing, with no positive effect.
A reset on the Moto360 didn't help either.
Same issues
I have a note 3, and was working good after the update, but today the voice function didn't work or any other function like calendar, messages, etc. The wear app won't even connect but the moto app does change face and locate watch... I unpaired and reset watch to no avail now I have a regular watch
I haven't had any unpairing but I have had my 360 lose contact with my 2014 Moto X even though they are within a few feet. This is easy to see because I use smartlock and my phone will want the pin instead of auto unlocking as it should with a trusted device.

Same issue. :crying:
Had an issue pairing right after the update. Did a reset on the watch, paired as normal and good so far (knocks on wood...)
Problems disappeared after I updated the Android Wear App to 1.0.5.1724356 and Google Play Services to 6.7.76 (1745988-438)

Samsung watch won't pair

Just got a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 and it won't pair.. I had to manually download the galaxy wearable app from apk mirror when I went to setup my Samsung Gear Sport but that was the only hurdle. Magisk hide isn't helping, manually updated what I can tell are the plug-ins, removed everything to start fresh and still no luck. I think it sees the unlocked bootloader and that's causing this. I would hate to have to go that route to even use the watch. Any suggestions?
Edit: well crap, now my gear sport won't connect. Only difference between initial setup and now is that I'm on Android 10 and had set the sport up on 9. This sucks.
Edit 2: Got it. Samsung Accessory Service app needed to be installed. 3 apps to get it to register, new watch is working now.

accessing settings in vw polo 2019

hello,
I own vw polo 2019 with an android head unit, with a launcher installed by the dealer.
it hides a lot of apps including settings.
about a year ago I was able to somehow download play store and install some apps, but after an update the play store and the apps Ive downloaded are gone (idk if deleted or just hidden because of the launcher).
now, I heard there is a way to access the web browser via the Waze app (if anyone has a different way I’ll be glad), and install the store again.
but my problem starts here - I no longer have data connection in my car, meaning I need to connect it to hotspot, but since I can’t access the settings app, I can’t do it.
I don’t know much about android since I have an iPhone, so is there anyone who knows how to access settings, and install play store again? and better - change the launcher so I will not have to do it all the time?
thanks!
hello?

*SOLVED* Factory reset grayed out cannot reset

I have original sprint s20 ultra, sim unlocked, currently running stock unlocked firmware. I am STILL unable to perform factory reset due to it being grayed out. To make matters worse, my screen is not working so I'm viewing everything thru TV HDMI, but cannot see download mode screen/recovery, I do some guessing to navigate thru those.
I've tried:
- putting in another sim
- reset via recovery
- setting up phone without logging in or internet after recovery reset or flashing via Odin - still factory reset grayed
- flashing unlocked firmware (U1)
I know that it isn't FRp locked because I am able to skip thru logins and internet setting at setup after flashing firmware.
I still have no clue why the factory reset is grayed out.
*SOLVED* the phone grays out reset due to the HDMI connection. I confirmed using another samsung phone that had a good screen.
An app set as Administrator may be blocking it in security.
Package Disabler for one will do that if set to.
Possibly a rootkit.

Thanks for the suggestion. Only "find my device" from google shows up under the list device admin apps. Is there a possibility that any others may not show in that list that is causing this?
I see an app called work profile - but I do not think that is a culprit since I have the same app on my other samsung and am able to reset that phone. I also disabled the work profile app as it didn't allow me to uninstall, but the factory reset was grayed.

I figured it out! My inspiration came from a youtube video about the reset being grayed out on a samsung tv due to an app being opened.
In my case the reset was grayed out because I was viewing my phone screen on my tv via hdmi; i purchased this phone with a totally busted screen. I tested this theory with my good s21 ultra. The reset was active when not connected to HDMI, but grayed out when it was connected.

If present it should be listed there.
Is there a work around for this? I'm having the same issue. The screen is completely black. But touch still works because I can feel the vibration feedback and when plugged in to a monitor, it registers my touch. However, since I can't see anything on the screen, I can not do a factory data reset on the phone itself. Being plugged in to a monitor disables the option....
I hate this phone. (ㆆ_ㆆ)
If anyone has a work around or suggestions it would be much appreciated.
I had the same dilemma. I found a workaround using TeamViewer quick support app on the broken phone. Was easily able to remote into that broken phone from another Android phone via the regular team viewer app from the other working phone.
More details: My broken phone was one that I wanted to reset: Screen didn't display anything, touch still working. Connected to phone via USB-C USB HDMI hub so I could see my screen on a TV. Reset settings grayed out because it is connected via HDMI to the TV.
I needed a work around because every time I unplugged the HDMI using for example AirDroid, my accessibility settings got disabled within a couple of seconds, and I was no longer able to remote control my phone that I was trying to reset.
Finally, I installed TeamViewer quick support app from the Google Play store onto the broken phone. Then I installed TeamViewer regular app (pretty sure it wasn't quick support, maybe it doesn't matter which you use) on a different fully functional Android phone. I'm sure I could have installed TeamViewer on a PC instead. Anyway, I punched in the identification code of the broken phone TeamViewer quick support and remotes into and controlled the broken phone. At that point I was able to disconnect the HDMI from the broken phone and still see it and control it from the working phone! With that control, I browsed to the factory reset function in Android settings on my broken phone. And it was not greyed out / disabled anymore. I selected it. And the phone factory reset! After a few minutes when I plugged that broken phone back into the HDMI, the hello welcome language selection screen displayed. Displayed. The phone had reset! Super smooth process. Thanks to TeamViewer quick support and the USB hub.
