No. I want to know what is the best custom rom for rn8 pro. Thats why i put question mark. I just put an example. Like ik that corvus is vedy good but idk what version is ok for my phone. I tested v17 and its not that good idk
In theory there's no such thing as "best ROM". People on Telegram gets temporarily banned for asking that stupid question... Unfortunately there's no such rule here
In practice, the "best ROMs" are as many as smartphone users

ohhh thank you
I think the best ROM that attains the best battery life and performance would be the stock ROM. Custom roms most of the times have bad battery life, compared to stock. There was a test, posted on reddit some months ago, where a rn8 with stock was compared to a rn8 with a custom rom via antutu benchmark. Well, the stock delivered a better performance than the custom rom.

Idk about performance because I can play my game with all roms (AOV, TFT,...). But if you say it has bad battery then I will show you some screenshot when I didn't play game.

- AncientOs A12 (12.5fw based) .
- Neutrino R-Oss GCC Phantasm (I don't remember exact version because of many).
- EAS enable. (Can use terminal cmd or flash Zyc turbo Magisk made by same dev and tweak it)
Other:
- AncientOs A11 v5.5 (12fw based) .
- Quantum Killer L 19/09 GCC SLMK (lastest)
- EAS enable. (Same as above)

It's been experience of nearly 10 months since i 'd installed my first custom rom . so basis on that . Best rom depend upon what you need. what do you require and which lense you have.
for green lense:-
1. CyanogenMod 7.1 ( 11-11-11) stable by Quarx ( Love you dev)
2. LiquidArc by jboogie ( must say most stable , light , easily installable and fast rom)
for red lense
1. MS2Ginger by walter79 ( all hail walter ur the man)
and if you require some nice ui
1. wp 7.0.4 by mmmcfc ( good ui)
if you require battery life
1. Stock rom would be better
2. CM 7.1 by quarx.
3 wajakui by wajak
if you are a miui LOVER; then,
1.Wajakiui by wajak ( awsome stable light and good looking rom) my , Man
2. Pikachu miui by Einstein.
and
eagerly waiting for cm9 ( by Epsylon & santimanuel)
rest of all developers else , how much does they claims their rom to be stable , updates fast but everyone fails.
1. Popkorn V1.1 ( Dude get a life it's just a stock rom)
2. Sense legacy 1.1by hemil ( boy you need to grow up , it's just copying and pasting )
original work by mcm_xyz awsome work!!! Indeed.
and please don;t try
1. argen2stone 2.0
2. ligux_defy
3. MokeeOS ( not stable and bokus battery backup)
4. DiaxinOS (DXROM) very ugly ui and many chinease things in it. ( Very Fast indeed)
hope i have helped someone. everyone is entitled to his opinion this is my opinion.
Certainly we require to appraise those dev's rather than spending on other's dev roms.
new comer's those are searching for new ROM's. plz stand by for my upcoming post with list of all rom's available.
hit thanks if i have helped you.

trust me bro ,
i tried this rom. in the beginning it seems to be an awesome rom. it was fast and good looking but even after calibration it didn't work out very well. indeed it's an awsome work but still i won't recommend it. even i ve tried 2.7 also. & it creeps the hell out of me and my defy. i m not aiming an arrow in a open wrench. i tried that's why i am saying.
I like the MS2Ginger Rom, it has great battery life, but it looks like a stock rom. what´s new on it? I couldn´t tell.

Not positive, but if this is truly just a bunch of build.prop tweaks, you should be able to back up your original build prop and save it somewhere. Then install this. If you don't like it, just overwrite the tweaked build.prop with the backup you made.

What kind of problems?
I was on 9.2.7 and while on wifi I get very slow speed as compared to my other devices(moto g4+,vivo by).
Sometimes it doesn't even connect. So I downgraded to 9.2.5 and it worked fine but I face the same issue for sometime once in a day and on 9.2.7 I faced it the whole day.

Above is the reply
eu 8.5.10 is recommendable
If you make a clean flash (maybe, you should not restore data partition), eu 8.5.10 is usable.
I'm newbie user of Redmi Note 5 AI, so unlocked bootloader and installed eu 8.5.10 cleanly.
After my setup, it performs almost all things flawlessly.
But there's some fps drop, especially in vertical animations like keyboard pop-up.
And if you try to set up permissions or notification control via certain app, crashes happen.
Those 2 things are the major issue i've experienced while using eu 8.5.10 for 2 days.
Except these problems, everything is good.
I prefer eu rom because there's not that many bloatwares and lots of themes.
Hope to get better fps setup for future releases.
Does RR still have camera issues? I've been counting days to flash that ROM, As soon as I got my bootloader unlocked (still on stupid waiting period) I was hoping to flash it. but what is this camera issue that you are facing with?

Google camera works perfectly and takes better clicks than the stock MIUI camera. It was working from the start just had to enable camera2api(now its enabled by default). No issues in the camera department.
Try MIUI pro stable 9.5.6.0 based on Global. 0 lags.

Bettery depends on kernel
Almost Every rom have same battery backup ( about 7-8 hours )
But after change your kernel battery you improve your battery

well, you will have to dig around. miui roms arent that popular, so it might take a while. in the meantime, consider using a adb debloat tool to clean your tablet
Im using the same one as yours, global miui 13.0.4. i haven't any problem since the update launched (and also the best performance i've felt). Rather, it is the best one i've ever used compared to older versions.
And also the palm pressure works like a charm for some reason
Maybe try to factory reset or even re-flash the rom

The MIUI in China has many interesting skills. However, it does not work very well outside China as it does not have any goggle apps at all and MIUI China has some ads.
