After 2 hours of trying to buy the pixel 6 pro I finally got my order to go through. The only problem is I was trying to move too fast and skipped the free pixel buds. I've been trying to figure out how to add them now and I can't figure it out. Anyone know if it's possible?

You could try chatting with support, but good luck. I believe your only option will be to cancel the order and start over.

Man I'm so mad at my self. I was just so happy the site let me in and rushed through it.
I thought I had added them, but after a few hours of errors and refreshing they disappeared....
I reordered and got them just a little over an hour ago. Then cancelled the order from this afternoon. They'll be here by the end of the week.
Same happened to me, chatted with support and they hooked me up with the free pixel buds.
I did the same thing. I reordered and cancelled the first order several hours later. About 7:30CT yesterday. I actually got an early November ship date on the reorder and the first order was end of November.
i totally skipped the buds. was in a rush trying to get P6P. oh well!

Time is an enemy in this life without Evos and Androids.
So unlucky for me, I have to cash in on my insurance and get a new Evo. What can I do to speed up my Evo Downtime. If only I could sleep for a week while waiting.
Anyone have a better idea than 48 hours plus 5-7 days for shipping on how long this process is going to take.

Up to a week? Seriously? I always get my replacement phones the next day. 2 days at most...that's with a substantial sample to go from. I've had to get around 18 replacement phones since my time with sprint.

I've been waiting for 12 days for my replacement Evo to come to the Sprint Corporate store. They refuse to give any kind of ETA. They just say it's on back order. Sprint really has a "we don't give a s**t" attitude about their evo customers. My luck, I'll get stuck with a 2.2 and be stuck at stock.
Thats my worry as well. They told me it will take 48 hour to even process the claim before they even think about shipping anything. This is my first claim ever. I'm glad I have the insurance, if it works.
Until then, no man leg pictures and Google Voice FTW!

Hes right I just got my replacement evo I put in the order on last wednesday, they said 7-10 business days, i got it in 4...good luck

I had my phone replaced with Asurion about a month ago, when supply was much more scarce.
Started filing the claim online, but the last step had me fax my Driver's License and a form. So I did it all right away. This was on a Sunday night.
Then the next morning I kept checking my online status, but the status wouldn't change... So, me being such an impatient person called them to make sure they had received my fax. The girl said they were working on "today's paperwork" and while she couldn't confirm my fax was received, I should expect a call very soon. About 10 minutes later I get a call from them to complete my order. She told me it would take 7-10 days to get my phone.
So I just waited and on Thursday afternoon I got an email with my tracking number. Finally had it in my hands by Friday.
Just yesterday my buddy broke his evo and had to go through Asurion. He called them though, and they didn't ask him to fax anything. Also quoted 7-10 days.
I'm not sure if that makes me feel better or worse. I've heard a lot of nightmares about Asurion. I'm just going to hope that there are no snags on my claim.

Yeah, my friend had problems with Asurion. He got an evo shortly after release and someone ganked it from him outside the store. Since there was never a call made on the device they would not replace it for him.
Thankfully Sprint worked with him. They re-instated his discount and took $75 off of his next bill...so he technically came out $25 better than going through Asurion.
What reason do you need to give the driver? Is there a specific process or something?

I'm on the process of this too. I canceled my pre order was given a cancelation number and was promised the phone wouldn't ship. Well low and behold my bank account has been charged and over drafted now since I bought it yesterday in store and the pre order note 3 is on its way to my home right now.... I've instructed everyone at home to not sign anything and to refuse the package. If they leave it at the door I'll take it to ups and return to sender.....gosh what a bunch of crap.

I'm in the same boat. I cancelled my preorder on 10/1 picked the phone up in store 10/2 and received a tracking number this morning.
The tracking number said it would be here by 4:30 which it's now almost 5:30???

Hah I guess this makes me look like a dum dum. I was just looking at the reason codes UPS offered and refusing delivery seemed to deal more with incorrect address, item, etc. Wasn't certain you just refuse something you no longer want.

Haha no problem I use to work for a delivery company lol. If they are all as nice as me, thats all it take
The UPS guy just rang my doorbell and let the phone right there. I was able to catch him before he left and I just told him I was refusing it and it should not have been shipped out.
I did and the ups dude said cool.. question was everyone charged before the order shipped? I wasn't I had I pending. It fell off and never came back.

Why are you guys not wanting them? I ordered one yesterday with the zero down deal, and it shipped yesterday too. It's scheduled for delivery tomorrow by UPS. You all have me wondering why. Is UPS doing something to the phones? Should I be worried?
Careful some drivers are shady and if you give it back they can say they gave it to you and keep it for themselves to sell. I would personally take it back and have something given to you as proof of the return like a receipt or something to cover your ass.

register an ups account and add the tracking to your account. then request the package to be picked up at ups store.
contact tmobile to let them know you refuse the phone. that way it never leaves ups and tmobile can't make **** up since it wasn't even opened/delivered to you.

i kept refreshing the page, and it said 11 Central "its time" as soon as 11 hit, I tried to purchase 3, then 2, then 1, but the online traffic made the site slow, for me at least, then 9 freaking 15 hits, and its back ordered.

I ordered straight from Moto.
After refreshing lots and lots, the website crash for 2 minutes. The backorder for grey version of the watch went through. I check my order history and now have 2 orders. Now have to call to cancel one of the orders.

Was out of town when it got delivered. Wife put it on the charger this morning. It's dead, no battery icon when charging. Power, power plus vol down for minutes. Nothing. plugged it into a computer, it's not on with a dead screen as windows did not recognize it. New replacement OTW.
Most disappointing.

Same exact thing happened to me. Got mine on Wednesday last week, and hopefully will have the replacement tomorrow or Tuesday. I haven't hi a shipped notification yet.

Don't worry yet, I didn't receive a shipping notification for my Pixel order until about 3am, the day of delivery.

I somewhat remember this with the 2's. People that got out of the box defective phones had to wait forever.
Mine worked for the first 4 days and now it won't take a charge. Tried Safe Mode, Power Off charging, new chargers, outlets. The phone even shows it's slow charging when no cable is plugged in and fast charging when a cable is plugged in. Think I'm going to return it for the 6t.

Did talk to a returns and shipping specialist today. Supposedly they are having an issue on rma's getting "stuck" in processing. He supposedly escalated the case and is supposed to email an update. Haven't gotten an email yet though.... Getting closer to being a 6t for me.

I just had a chat with them. Things with RMAs are clearly messed up. Same thing, going to escalate and email me an answer.

Yup, same bull**** for my RMA that was supposed to come today but it never even shipped. The order was placed last week on the 18th was supposed to go out on the 22nd and get here today. I went through a more annoying process and went through numerous reps and one of them even had the audacity to say the phone shows it was sent yet they were unable to furnish a tracking number. I'm like so you guys handed over a $1,000 + device and didn't get a tracking number from the carrier? Seems legit! The rep was quiet and had no response to that comment. On the latest call I made today I got transferred to someone in the shipping department she escalated the issue as well. But I went a step further and cancelled the order for my first RMA and had her place a new order for a new RMA. The new RMA now shows a delivery date of 29th - 30th so I wonder if it was a supply issue? Either way I'm getting tired of Google's half assed device launches and support.
Not a supply issue, they are shipping us new phones. They have plenty, it's a procedure issue.

Me too....mine has a very small defect on the glass on the edge lip of the phone.... replacement was supposed to be here 22nd-23rd.....still hasn't shipped.
Just got off the phone with Returns....they are having a system issue and it's been escalated.....so nothing.
Well after escalating mine yesterday. Still no email update and no movement on the order page.
Same, not a word. No change. Tomorrow I will make them cancel the replacement and issue a full refund for the original.

I had to cancel my original order, resubmit a new order to include my p5 trade in.
According to Google customer service that is the only way.
A good condition Pixel 5 is going for $400-450 on Swappa... $410 trade-in value through Google.

Is it easy to sell on swappa I see people are posting 4a5gs for 300ish+ and google is giving me 285 for it. Mine is literally mint, no scratches at all. and I have all the original cables and boxes to go to...
Will it also be hard for me to sell since I never bought/sold on there, no reputation...

If you want the most money possible, and your device is truly mint, Swappa is the way to go.
Having multiple listings is always helpful, like the difference between a product with 2 stars vs one with 5.
But the way Swappa has sellers post pics, and answer questions usually is enough even for first time sellers.
Everyone had a first sale
Check out what mint devices like yours have recently sold for on Swappa, if it's really close to what Google is offering, go with Google.

I've used Swappa about a dozen times with no issues. Take some good pictures of the phone, that will help you move it quickly, do a modicum of research to see what the high number is for "clean" and undercut it a bit. Most folks on Swappa are cool to deal with and their mods keep things in line. Every phone I've sold there was gone within a week.
I've used Swappa many times in the past. Just saw that Google hands out $405 for mine. Seemed pretty easy and straight forward. Will have to see about my 1+7P as well.

Yeah, $45 USD for my Pxl 2 XL... I'll just keep it for a backup backup
I wanted to trade in my Z Flip3, but it must be too new.
I have it up on Swappa right now, for what I think is a fair price, but no bites yet.
