Here small issue with this rom...if u notice than when we type words by physical and touch keypad than sometime words are not display on screen....

ajay jb.zip as double named files such that on extracting they displace each other due to similar name it is due to addition of file in zip after compilation as for now cm7 is the most stable version

If you want to extract cm10 you have to use linux, because for windows folder ''a'' and folder ''A'' is the same name.

I tried to flash the rom on my rooted callisto, but since then i´m stuck in a screen it say "indonesia cyanmobile squadzone"...it doesn`t seem to boot through......recovery is still there....any chance to "unbrick" it?
Got it fixed with ODIN an a proper official Firmware...and back to root try to start over tomorrow... any suggestions what was wrong ? i really would like to have this rom

1.have you fixed permission,cleared data cache etc....
2.which rom you are on
3.please make a nandroid before..
4.use the ajay cyanogenmod build 20121005 i find it most stable (my preference). all my build are based on it
5.if you downloaded corrupted zip test the zip for error
6. which version of cmw you use...they are two 5.xx.6 and 5.xx.8 i found .6 with usb mount faulty but nandroid backup is best and .8 with usb mount but i get nandroid restore faulty about 5/100 times
7.specific device error can also occur....

Right now im on Stock 2.3.6 with root...i also think i don`t have cwm..seems to be stock recovery...how can i install the cwm recovery?
Will this CWM work on the callisto? "CLOCKWORKMOD 5.0.2.6" (got it from here: http://galaxy551.wordpress.com/2011/12/09/clockworkmod-5-0-2-6-a-x-guide/)

I did the dual boot with:
1st Rom: AOKP mr2 (Android 4.3)
2nd Rom: Miui 9.3.27 (Android 4.2.2)
Only problem: In the partition of the second Rom (Miui) the available memory is 0 and I can not install any 'application.

Cant boot into Ubuntu as second rom?
When i go into recovery i see ubuntu_touch right before the screen goes away, then TWRP opens. How do i get it to boot into ubuntu instead of skipping the screen
EDIT: Finally got to the boot screen for "start Ubuntu_touch"
lots of errors and it froze

How do I enable Dual SIM?
To enable or disable, run the following command from adb or terminal emulator and then reboot. SIM Settings can then be found in Settings -> Multi Sim Settings

I'm trying to flash now, but it seems to be going much slower than usual (tried on cwm and twrp latest versions). Stuck at "detected filesystem ext4 for dev/block/mmcblk0p9". Any solutions? (same issue with both recoveries)

Not sure what model you have, but on my phone (s6810), I simply changed to single sim and voila, it works

What is Project Treble:
Project Treble basically partitions your device into two separate partitions, a system and a vendor: system contains your generic system image, while vendor partition has your device specific files required for booting and running your phone. This way we can easily change the system image and be able to run our device on different system images with the same kernel and vendor partition

This has been tested on a LineageOS and RR OREO GSI!!!!
It is possible to boot a Android 9 GSI with this vendor, but most stuff doesnt work.
THIS IS ONLY FOR THE SINGLE SIM VARIANT AS THE DUAL-SIM HAS A DIFFERENT PARTITION LAYOUT AND THUS WONT WORK!!!!!!!!!

- Camera (dont u ever expect this to work on treble our device is simply to old)
- Headset sound is bugged sometimes, turn the screen off and on and it starts playing
BE AWARE OF:
The infamous 3G bug. For some it works for others not and unless ur willing to rewrite your NV modem settings theres no solution for this.

How to fix the error in twrp: Failed to mount '/vendor' (device or resource busy)
First post updated headset and 3g is fixed!
3G is currently samsung ril implementation so if it still doesnt work ill also do a qcril build.
U can flash the updates WITHOUT wiping data if u are already on a gsi.
Battery life should be a bit better but not perfect (need to deal with the camera daemon which things its still working )

phone s3 neo duos. Installation did according to the instructions: installed a new recovery, did wipe cache, system, data. installed new boot.img. When installing vendor.img, an error appears. system.img is not installed.

can u send a screenshot?
also try formatting to a different fs type like f2fs and then format it back to ext4
images updated headphones now fixed without coping files on boottime.
If it doesnt starts playing on first attempt turn the screen off and on (this lets the audio DEEP_BUFFER flash which halts the audio before)

ok now after some talk with phhusson we also got headphones on los and aosp GSI
update vendor.img to get the fix

Oh man you are just a legend. Sadly i don't have a battery for my S3 Neo available to test your project sadly.
I did experimented with sGSI on my Redmi Note 4 some months ago and i would like to see the Redmi S2 or the Galaxy J4(Go) firmwares booting on our device with this method(Both are 32-bit).
This time its more battery focused.
Changelog:
Device Tree:
- disabled camera service
- fixed sec_touchscreen and sec_touchkeys still being active after screen is turned off (button vibration)
- added the power HAL for msm8226
- removed android GO flag
- added low power mode for modem
Kernel:
- deleted powersuspend and all hotplugs from kernel
- new default CPU govenor is BIOSHOCK
Vendor:
- caf audio blobs
- caf adsprpcd blobs
- caf thermal-engine blobs
- caf time-daemon blobs
- caf adsp audcal files
I reuploaded the images as some users were reporting (again) 3g issues. This time they should work i tested with two guys in my telegram group.
