If you like live wallpapers, this has been my favourite for months now (on my old S20+):

It sure is! And with Vivid colour on it looks amazing!
I'm a Smiths fan so made these two....one for the front and one for the open screen

Had mine for five days now - still blown away by it. Most exciting phone I've had in a very long time!

"Dynamic lock screen" under wallpapers has some very good pictures under the landscapes and animals categories.
Been a long time since I was here but trying to find a good live wallpaper has proven difficult. If anyone remembers the old HTC Weather app that would display the current weather as a live wallpaper (and it was really nice too), are there any similar ones for the Fold 3? Google searches tend to show some decent ones but none compatible with the Fold 3 that look decent (or that I trust for that matter). Thus, I am coming here.

It has been a very long time. Yea, when they basically killed the ability to put our own bootloader on Samsung devices, I just sort of drifted away and dealt with it.
Thank you! Yea, I loved those live wallpapers. So well done and whatever weather service they used was usually pretty accurate. Wish I had the skills to port one of those over. Bet it would easily make some cash from those of us who remember how good it was. /grin

As for the Live wallpapers, I've downloaded one of the Live Super Wallpapers that the latest Xiaomi phones have and they look ok on this screen, you can get them here

The day that HTC goes with a nice simplistic design for it's software... Well, that will be a nice day
Then again, Android on it's own is simplistic. I really don't have any need for HTC's bloat.
I need to see more to pass judgement. I don't know if I dislike or like the new look of sense. I guess I will wait and see. Maybe they have added more ways of customizing its look. Like maybe allowing you to change the background of the app drawer. If so that would be nice. Though I am sure I am just being a wishful thinker.
The lock screen was better with the curve in it
I dont't like the white glass icons. They look ugly und cheap, but black glass icons would be nice.

It's much more clear the phone don't lag, and how smooth using the interface actually is, when watching this video.
Not to sure I prefer Pink over Blue, but hey! always good with possibilities.

This is exactly how I felt after using it. The smoothness is quite impressive. It really makes you realize who quirky and laggy WM6.5 is.

Yup. GMail, yahoo, and windows live are all specifically listed. It has a auto-config feature that may work with some others. But it also supports any pop3, imap, or Outlook ActiveSync service (which GMail and now Windows Live supports).

Great to see the pink accent colour - while it wouldn't be my choice, that means they've added a few more since the leaked and unlocked ROM.
GMail support showed up in the leaked rom already, if you clicked 'set up email account' you could choose it from a list.

That ASUS phone won't ever hit retail AFAIK, neither will that Samsung phone that has been shown and I'm not even sure whether that LG phone will ever hit the market either.

I've had an android phone for nearly two years (captivate) and have decided to give WP a chance. I am fine with the limited control we get over customization but would really like to be able to theme my tiles. I have downloaded and tried wiztiles but am unhappy with the loading screen that pops up in the time between clicking the tile and the app actually being launched; it totally kills the "flow" of the ui.

I have had a largely enjoyable experience with WP for the past week but may jump ship for the One X (if it is becomes available before my 30 days is up) or some other android device if I can't manage such a small customization.
Unfortunately themes are not really viable just yet. If you want that level of customization get a Droid and go mad trying to get it all working right.

Themeing and switching ROM's every 3 hours is actually the main reason I ditched Android.
Give it some time. You'll find that the fluidity and the ease and speed of getting things done on Windows Phone vastly makes up for the lack of customization. I know I did!

Actually, I concur with Nisson350 - I have never had a phone more perfectly suited to my needs. I get my skinning / flashing and building / customization elsewhere in life. My phone does what I want, when I want, and faster than any other device I've ever owned.
Of course, I'm not saying it's for everyone - just that it fits me like a glove at this point in my life.

Yeah I just came from Android to WP and I love it! To me themeing on this is a more enjoyable experience. I just look up a photo I want set it as the wallpaper and then I change the main color of the UI to reflect the new wallpaper. Works beautifully! I loved the fact that you had so much control and freedom on Android but at least for me it wasn't practical.
Its so weird that every thread here becomes Android v/s Windows Phone 7 at some point lol

Haha it's just natural to compare and contrast similar things against each other. For the record I loved my time with Android and if it wasn't for the fact this phone was free and LTE I would have had no issues staying with Android (except for the fact my phone itself was junk)
wow great to see this has 2 pages...none of which answer the question. I, too, am curious whether or not there is a type of hack or theme that can enable you to change up your tiles every once in a while. That website that he gave was pretty interesting and opens up the possibility of finding a solution. If anyone has anything constructive to say regarding the subject, I think it's an interesting topic.
I'm no fan of Android rom skins, but I have to say... looks pretty sick.

personally i think it looks awesome, like a minimal miui thats a step further away from ios clone
if sharp every released good hardware w/ it in the us...id give it a hard look
seems like a mix between windows phones, lightning launcher, and ICS

I was lucky enough to use a rough beta of this on a friend's Japanese Keitai. It's very slick. The only downside is that, as the article says, all the widgets are out at once - ridiculous clutter. if they fix that, this'll be awesome.
If you've never used a Sharp phone, I recommend the experience. The build quality and overall polish is amazing. My favourite was the 3D-capable SH-12C. I imported one a while back, and it was truly awesome at the time.
I think this looks to be a good improvement on the current Android feel. Lock screen especially. I'll be keeping an eye out for this and hope it (or at least part(s) of it) make it over to Inc2.

Indeed. There was limited work on porting the old Sharp Launcher, which wasn't bad tell the truth. It's on a Japanese forum somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it up tomorrow

I can see threads about peoples homescreen and some wallpapers etc but I havent noticed a thread with live wallpapers. Just curious if anyone has cool ones to share out? not sure how battery life will be as Ive never used one but I do remember a fish tank one that wasnt bad from somewhere
