ye and? i have to sign a new account just for some "exclusieve pics"?

Very nice!! This is the Sense for android 2.1??

I like it! different if nothing else...

Love it!!! Looks pretty cool.. Cmon lox, make it stable, make us happy

looks nice. can you pull up the app menu from the bottom of the screen or do you have to hit the button as in 1.5 w/ sense? i would really like that

pictures from htcpedia, though it is worth getting an account, especially as the dev for the new rom will take place there!

Am I the only one who doesn't like this design? It looks quite cheap and... cheap lol

No you're not the only one.
I found it ugly, the current one is nearly perfect.
I really don't like the white frames around the icones.

Yeah, I second that.

The day that HTC goes with a nice simplistic design for it's software... Well, that will be a nice day
Then again, Android on it's own is simplistic. I really don't have any need for HTC's bloat.

I need to see more to pass judgement. I don't know if I dislike or like the new look of sense. I guess I will wait and see. Maybe they have added more ways of customizing its look. Like maybe allowing you to change the background of the app drawer. If so that would be nice. Though I am sure I am just being a wishful thinker.
The lock screen was better with the curve in it

I dont't like the white glass icons. They look ugly und cheap, but black glass icons would be nice.

HTC Schubert Windows Phone 7 device video.

looks good.
Yeah, it looks better on the video than it did on the pictures, but it's such an iPhone knock-off.
And here is the Desire HD...
Im not liking these designs at all.
Actually looks like TPro a bit.
I was expecting more from HTC. Hopefully this isn't they're flagship WP7 device

Exactly.
From the awesome sleek design of Legend to this?!
Its like going a year BACK in time.
What happened to the elegance?
If their flagships will look like these chubby plastic iphone wannabe toys then im moving to ASUS, looks like they are on top of things designwise.
Legend was ugly IMO, i think this device looks really good love metal piece of it. Could it be better yes but i still like the desgin, but i do believe its an early build.
I generally don't like HTC design.
No class.....
TPro 2 was the best IMO.
Well then you must ike the Schubert because it looks just like the TP2 on the front.

Oh right, forgot about that ****.
honestly i think i think looks really slick and nice. the back design is different but i like the use of different materials on it. the front resemboles the touch pro 2...which is my favorite htc phone so I'm happy with that. The screen looks small (3.7") but I thought WP7 has a minimum requirement of 4".
I wish it had a physical keyboard tho

Nope. Not sure what the minimum is but probably 3" or so.
Fugly!!!
I think the thing looks ugly and I for one will be waiting to see what Samsung has to offer, hopefully with a super amoled screen. I also like the look of the Dell Lightning.
I for one wont be buying this device if its the best HTC has to offer. I want something with a bigger display. More like an evo screen or what they showed on the Desire HD but this is just my Tilt 2 with WP7 buttons and no keyboard. Boring
I don't like how the Dell Lightning has its keyboard on the short side with NO TILT, I can't wait for the HTC Touch Pro 3 with WP7 (and a dual-core 1.5GHZ processor yeah right)
Looks like the lovechild of the TP2 and the Tilt2
More like an inbred bastard son.

Categorize Windows Phone Home Screen Tiles

I don't know if this has benn posted but, quite frankly, I don't care. This is sexy as hell and should be included with Tango. Just looks fantastic.

You can already do that. Just use those custom tiles and move it around yourself?
What I would like to know is how people got the black on black in the attached images (not the custom tiles.. the tiles themselves are black). Are those hacked phones?

Hahaha women....

From my friend's facebook status update-
‎"...so i really think a pink app would bring out the wallpaper on my phone and enhance the already amazing picture of Moose which adorns it...does anybody know of any? I don't care what it does, i just need the little square to be a pretty color..."
Haha, that's pretty funny.
I should make paid apps of just cool looking icons that don't do anything for iPhone users..in this case, a pink block for $2.99.

Well she was, back in the high school days. 14 years ago.
Damn I feel old.

Anyone see the new Sharp skin Frog??

I'm no fan of Android rom skins, but I have to say... looks pretty sick.
What do you think?

Looks pretty cool to me. I'm sure someone'll get a port running once it comes out.
I certainly hope so... to at least check it out

If nothing else I hope someone makes a lock screen like that one. That's the only thing that really interests me. I've gotta have a app drawer personally.

personally i think it looks awesome, like a minimal miui thats a step further away from ios clone
if sharp every released good hardware w/ it in the us...id give it a hard look
seems like a mix between windows phones, lightning launcher, and ICS

My sentiments exactly. Though, I'm not sure of the likelihood of that happening

I was lucky enough to use a rough beta of this on a friend's Japanese Keitai. It's very slick. The only downside is that, as the article says, all the widgets are out at once - ridiculous clutter. if they fix that, this'll be awesome.
If you've never used a Sharp phone, I recommend the experience. The build quality and overall polish is amazing. My favourite was the 3D-capable SH-12C. I imported one a while back, and it was truly awesome at the time.
I think this looks to be a good improvement on the current Android feel. Lock screen especially. I'll be keeping an eye out for this and hope it (or at least part(s) of it) make it over to Inc2.

Indeed. There was limited work on porting the old Sharp Launcher, which wasn't bad tell the truth. It's on a Japanese forum somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it up tomorrow
Yeah, here it is. If you go up one level, this is an actual pull of a ROM, framework and everything is in there.
Would look sweet on the Inc2, Justin (hint hint) :highfive: :good:

Plus one to Samsung. This is cool.....

Anyone see this? Very nice of Samsung.....

That's pretty cool, a good story.

Very cool. The fact that they actually did the front of the phone and matching wallpaper to match was epic.
And went so far as the box too! One of a kind!

I know, it makes me want to get some kind of custom "shield", and do a wallpaper of my own. My buddy does custom vinyl stickers and I am thinking of asking him to print me one for the front and back of my phone, then try to photoshop a wallpaper.
Thats really awesome that samsung did this... It shows they care about there customers unlike some companies "apple"
Nice! looks really good
