I have a Chinese phone that is supposed to be the Galaxy Note II (It is assumed, as it only appear in physical form), since I arrived one month ago rootearlo'm trying, but no way, leave a list of programs I've been tested:
-UnlockRoot
-SimpleOneClick
-Casual
-ADB
-Note 2 Toolkit
I think I've tried everything that exists, as even I downloaded a couple of programs that were completely in Chinese and did not work
I would like someone to help me on this issue because it brings rom my device is properly installed limited permits and will not let me do anything setup, overclocking and several apk's you can set it up for maintenance for the terminal. I am receiving always Permission denied or not found or the like
As I searched and no bootloader, or recovery, and when trying flashed from fastboot bootloader gives the following error "Unknow Partition Name" and gives no error recovery, but when trying to start it the phone gets caught.

If Yours Is a fake, then none of the methods in this forum will work. If it Is a variant, then find the forum for that Specific device. I7100 Is not the International version (GT-N7100).

The thing is that there is an alternative if not a forgery based on this end and I suppose that being so there may be something that can be, but still there is nothing that can make or unlock root and has permissions to all and leaves no access anything.

Sorry to revive this old post, but could you please re-upload? I really need this debrick.img too... I have a GT-i9192
Update: I found out that no stock image will be useful for me as the phone had LineageOS 14.1 in it... So if possible, could anybody with a GT-i9192 and the will to flash LineageOS 14.1 off this one -> "lineage-14.1-20171026-nightly-serranodsdd-signed.zip" please kindly create a debrick.img for me?? I would be really thankful guys, I need it to recover a friend's phone... He had that OS in his S4 Mini Duos.

i tried to find a blank-flash for it but i could not
i asked for help in different forums but nobody helped
so i searched on how to create a blank-flash i found this thread on reddit
it was for moto G8 but i learned how to create one
so i tried with lots of different programmers from different moto devices in windows but none of it worked tried one time in linux and it worked like a charm
blank-flash is attached for anyone who has his G9 plus not booing into fastboot ot is in EDL mode

Try to reflash the full firmware again with fastboot.exe
