I am using RCMixS ROM and I would like to set up a primary typing language without changing the language of the phone. For instance: phones language English, primary typing language Hungarian, secondary typing language Romanian. Is this setup possible, because I couldn't find the proper settings for it?

I'm from belgium and my primary language is Dutch. Recently i installed google assistant, to do this you have to set you primary language to english. now al of the text is in english to. i know that this was going to happen but i was wondering if you cant change something in de build.prop to change this and keep english as my system language but set dutch as my screen language.
