I was wondering how can i add Persian language to a MIUI ROM...can you help?
(as you know Persian Language writing order is like Arabic,right to left,but includes 4 more letters)

I want to make my ppc2002 reads the arabic language which has the encoding windows-1256 (cp-1256) . Unfortunately, the arabic encoding is not included with the system, so I can't read arabic web sites and sms
My question, can I add the encoding of arabic to the device and/or install new fonts which are for arabic ( don't tell me about imaginet arabizer, I want to arabize myself )
Another question, can I localize and translate the interface to the arabic language ?

I am looking for RTL support and Urdu language support for my desire, which is a Pakistani language.
I found Arabic language .zip from hTC HD, can I maneuver the files inside? how do I get font library which are ".so" files?
Any suggestion and help would be much appreciated.

Somebody answer this before I Open a new thread on same subject...
why some ROMs have some language and others havenot?Can we plus the language we want by ourselves?
I installed miui rom 3.2.8 and everything worked well! and I tried to install language pack (multi-lang form miuiandroid.com)
to get Hebrew language but I did not get Hebrew.
In fact there were only 4 languages: English - U.S. , English - UK, and two Chinese languages.
Was only after I installed "more local2" I saw a few other languages but I had no Hebrew.
So I want to ask if anyone knows, how can I get Hebrew Language for this rom?
