I have just purchased HTC P6500 in spanish while on a trip. I discovered the gard way MS continual screwing over of users.

is there a chance, to change the language of a WWE-ROM to german or any other language? Not change the language at all, only change the language of the most uses programs?
Wich programms can i install on a WWE-ROM to get another language? Maybe a german camera.cab or any other ROM-Files?

I have a HTC Touch Cruise (Polaris) and there is no new german ROM. But i think i will flash a WWE-ROM. There are many more ROMs i can choose.
