You probably need to flash the phone with a WWE ROM .

I am planning to buy HTC P3600 here in Portugal. But the problem is that it has a Portuguese Language ROM. Can you tell me if it is possible for me to put an English ROM instead...? Can i remove the Portuguese one and replace it with an English Language ROM...?
Or to do this it has to be unlocked in some way...?
Because i will only buy it if i can change it to English...

You've either got to rebuild your rom using the italian language files from the wm6 emulator rom or find an a rom that is already in italian.

I have just been given a HTC Diamond with WM6.1. It is locked to French telecom and the OS langauge is French.
I want it changing to English and I also want to use my O2 sim card with it.
How do I go about making the changes?

Or to be more focused.. there is hebrew language inside?
Oh, I wish I read this before I installed a custom rom today.
But no it was not wwe, it only let me chose from a few asian locations with english, chinese, and it had vietnamese and thai keyboard installed. Don't think it had hebrew, but hopefully someone else can confirm what I seem to remember.
