Hey guys,
So I just bought myself one of these:
http://store.androidcentral.com/seidio-innocell-1750mah-extended-battery/8A37A6040.htm
And so far I've been fairly pleased by the performance.. although I haven't yet done a real good test of it (I will this week). One issue I've noticed, though, is that no matter how long I leave the thing on the charger, the light (infuriatingly ) remains red. If I reboot the device while it's charging, or turn it off, the light will turn green, indicating that it is charged up, but if I unplug & use the device, then put it on the charger later, it will never come back to 'green'.
Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it (other than just popping my stock battery back in..)?
*bump*
I just got rid of the sense homescreen, and the default one displays the battery charge; it's stuck at 96%.
Hi everyone This is my first post, and I'm hoping its the right place to put it.
I just got my Moto360 after upgrading from a Pebble. The change is a little to get use to, especially because I feel like I had more control over my phone with my Pebble than my new Moto360. One of the issues I am having and attempting to cope with is the screen keeps randomly turning on. I've come to understand it has to do with the light sensor in the watch, and whenever it detects light, it comes on. My gripe: I dont want that. I'd rather conserve the battery life and hit the button to make it turn on. Is there ANY way to fix this? I have Ambient screen off on both my S5 and the watch.
My second question is this: I put my watch on charge for the night. As I put my watch on, and fell asleep, it appeared as if it were charging. But as I woke up, the watch was dead. Now, I wonder if the cradle is a smart charger that cuts power to the watch after a full charge. I even checked the connection and the watch was FLUSH on the cradle. So I wonder if anyone else has had the same issue?
Thanks everyone!
I have no experience with LG phones - I've been an HTC guy forever so there's a bunch of stuff here I'm not used to. I picked up the black leather sprint version from bb last night, charged it overnight, and activated this morning. I've been playing around with it all day, and there are a few things that are confusing me. I'm guessing that I'll need to wait until root for some/all of these.
1 - Is there any way to change the opacity of Smart Notice? We've got that great screen, and Smart Notice just blots it out.
2 - Is there any way to turn off the boot sounds?
3 - For the camera, is there any way to set a review time after the pic is taken?
4 - Where's the GPS toggle? Is it just always on?
5 - How do you set the phone to silent? There's no silent sound profile - is priority only interruptions the same as silent (meaning that the phone is silent, but my alarm clock app will still go off)?
6 - The led glows red while it's charging with the screen off, but when the screen turns comes on, the led goes away even though it's still charging - is there anyway to keep that charging led with the screen on?
And this is why I think my phone might be defective;
1 - It gets pretty hot doing normal things (not gaming)
2 - It takes FOREVER to charge. Even doing lightweight things like browsing and whatnot, the battery will still deplete even though it's plugged in to ac. I have it plugged into ac right now at 52% and it says that it will take 4 hours to fully charge from here. I'm pretty sure that if I leave the screen on while plugged in, it won't charge at all.
3 - When I plug the stock included charger into usb, I get a message that says "Use standard charger to charge faster". I get this message on usb even on cables that I know should work fine, and again, this happens even on the stock cable.
This battery thing is driving me nuts because I can't use the phone - that's not normal, right? The problem is that I'd have to exchange it at BB, and apparently none of the stores in my area have any.
Oooook. So I have looked hi and low and cannot seem to find any answer to my dilema.
Phone was working perfectly on the Android N OTA. Last night while listening to music out with friends the phone powered down due to battery drain. In my pocket it goes. Pull it out of my pocket because of a vibrate and it is on the Enter Pattern to start Android screen(the security pattern unlock to start) I can see the battery indicator is the red exclamtion point so i just pushed the power button to turn off the screen and put it in my pocket
Got home and put it on the stock charger from LG and no battery indicator comes on. Cant boot it. Leave it on the charger overnight and it still has no charging indicator and no boot. It also does not flash the red LED that lets me know the battery is dead when i try to turn it on.
Tried to connect it to PC via USB cable(its aftermarket so not sure if it will work) and nothing.
I am so stuck here guys. I have Nexus Protect but would really like to fix this if its simple and avoid and $80 deductible

Same thing happend to me, well. Took it in, they replaced it under warranty, said, it cant be repaired.
OK did you have to use Nexus protect? That's an $80 deductible for me. How can I check if I am still covered under warranty?
Hello,
I just bought the above charger yesterday and made a little unboxing video.
The charger is very stylish and can fast charge the phone but only using the charging brick that came with the phone.
It can be used as a nice night light as well.
I paid £21.99 for it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Please don't kill me, I am not used to making videos...
Unboxing
It's pretty but something isn't clear (to me)... If you press the power button when charging does it stop charging or does it only control the color of the light (meaning can you turn off the light and keep charging?) Does it do fast charging?
Is this the same Nillkin that makes the screen protectors?

When the phone is not on it, you can press the button to turn on the light. If you put the phone on it, it will start charging regardless. So the button only controls the light.
When the phone is on, the light will be blue. Pressing the button will turn the light off, so it won't wake you up overnight (it is not that bright anyway).
It does fast charging, but I messed up the video using a standard 5V 2.4A charger. Later on, I connected it to the Samsung charging brick and it did do fast charging.
Yes, it is the same Nillkin.
I like the unboxing mate but You are wrong about fast charge. Pad is only kinda medium, and fast charge still depends on charger. Yes I see the disclaimer but still i'm trying to make it clear.
Does it getting hotter when fast wireless charging? is there any built in fan anyway?
Nilkin 4 wireless charge problems no fast charge text appear
I have a problem too, use disck nilikn 4 and cable from box and head adaptor from original box samsung s9 but when it charge only charge text appear, no text fast charge appears, anybody can help what did i wrong thx
