Hi to All,
I have question to you, have someone experienced dead pixel (it's so small that it might be half of pixel ) on your Touch Pro 2 screen? If yes do you know if one dead pixel is something that might be repaired under warranty or it's the same issue as with laptops when you need to have definitely more then one pixel to use warranty?
Enjoy weekend!

I just exchange my newly purchased tilt 2 today becuz of a dead pixel. No problem
exchanging whatsoever!
check this thread
I have over 10 bright/dead pixels. but yes they are very small and only noticeble when backlight is at brightest and when I am in a dark environment.....
I suppose I will do nothing regarding this dead pixel until something new will happened to the device. This is something that doesn't disturb me a lot specially that it's visible only in dark environment and with black background.
All the best!

Hello guys,
I have noticed sharp green tint on my display at low brightness. Its kinda irritating specially when dark theme is applied.
First I guessed it to be normal but seeing a video on YouTube about nougat review of one plus 3, I realised the youtubers phone display didn't have that green tint.
Tint vanishes on higher brightness levels.
Is my display faulty?
If yes, I have 6 months warrenty left, can I get it replaced from service centre??
Please reply as soon as possible.
Thank you.
OP3 does suffer from slight color shift when at lowest brightness settings (under 4%), but it shouldn't be green. If it bothers you, do get it replaced.

from past couple of days i am having a weird issue, i have changed 3 smartphones in last few days naming Honor 8, Redmi note 5 pro, Oppo F7 and now currently having mi a2. The issue i am facing is common among all phones, i see LCD uneven backlight or sometimes yellowish tint only at bottom , i never experience this issue before but its like when u see it u cant unsee. Now on Mi A2 if i look at top corners i see the right corner more darker than the left its very very little to notice but same goes for it if u see u cant unsee it, its been only 15 days since i am using this phone but due to that problem i am going to sale it ,Obviously i am not in loss because phone is new and a person is willing to buy it at same price, but the thing bothers me is that its happening to me on other sets, please care to explain how to resolve this issue may be to move on AMOLED or what but trust me this half different shade thing on LCD really really bothers me because i have a reading habit so white backgrounds are enemy . any suggestion or explanation would be welcome
I received my replacement device today only to boot it up and find what looks like dead pixels around the selfie camera. Take a look and let me know what you think. The saga of the oneplus 8 pro and crap displays continues....
That most certainly looks like dead pixels to me. I've seen a couple other people with the same issue around the selfie camera and one who had a black rectangle on the bottom right of the display. Turning on DC dimming fixed the black rectangle issue but ultimately it looks faulty and will have to go back a second time
I've been lucky to get one with a decent display but my camera suffers crippling lens flaring if there's a light source to the side of the phone. I think these phones were rushed out the door a tad too quick!
I agree seems like quality control in their manufacturing process is seriously lacking. It's so disappointing because the 7 pro was such a great device. 3 strikes and your out for me so I hope they get it right the 3rd time

Middle looks like a pixel stuck on one color and the cutout is something I’ve seen happen before like a group of damaged pixels around the hole.
Same Issue With My Friend Phone
He just recently bought a brand new 8 and received the same exact issue in the phone hope he gets the replacement asap
Btw did u get the new replacement without any issue?
I had to replace my OnePlus 8 through Assurant and got a device exactly like that, just told them I received a broken unit and they sent me a good one after I sent them the one with dead pixels back.
Luckily I don't have dead pixels on my device, it's about 4 months old now, but I do have some rather over the top wierdness with image retention. like, on this site in dark mode with the grey background I can usually see some wierd yellowish lines in the middle of the screen and whe i've been using for example TWRP for a while for some backup stuff or whatever and reboot on a white background I can see the TWRP text faintly.
It does go away over time but it's very wierd and I'm afraid I'm going to get really bad burn in or permanent image retention over time.
My old note 9 with amoled never had this issue at all. Not even once in 2 years...
Hello, my Pixel 4a 5G has a green tint issue. Do others have this problem?
No issue here... Sorry to see it.. Do you have replacement on the way?
Yes, new is coming, I hope the new one doesn't have this problem.
Is already the 4th device with this issue, before that two OnePlus 8 Pro and one Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro.

oh wow ...that blows. Man you having not luck with these devices..
How do you test it? Black background low brightness?
I think I have the same issue... See the comparison with my old pixel 2
Am I paranoid? Should I get a replacement? Did you have luck with a replacement?
Mine also, but only with very low brightness and even then happens more in ambient mode.
My replacement is coming in tomorrow. I will post an update then
Replacement arrived and I'm happy! Much much better. The faintest green tint at only the lowest brightness, and that's me being picky looking for it. See for yourselves. Highly recommend anyone having this issue to get an RMA.
nice side to side comparison. Hope the new units will give you peace of mind

Unfortunately I can't. I've returned the "green" phone and sent in my pixel 2 as a trade in so I don't have another camera...
Wow that's real messed up.
Some red/green color blind person will enjoy it though

I think my 5g looks like the new one you got on 0 brightness (notice the green search bar in chrome in the first pic). but if i turn on night mode and brightness down, it starts looking more green. And what's weird is the more I stare at it, the more green it starts to look.
