Need more details dude, What kind of rom u using? Service provider?, How many bars of signal strength? What error or audio message are you recieving?
im using att official rom. with att service in NY. i have full bars and im able to receive texts and use the internet. i called att but they couldnt help me. they said i need to take it to a service center and see if the phone is defective

Hi i want to know if anybody is having the same issue or if anybody knows how to fix it. I'm using a verizon note 4 on t-mobile 5.01 lollipop , everytime i make a call when the 4G Lte sign is up my 4G Ltd sign and the signal bar disappears but the call still gets connected. I just can't accept calls or go online but if I have a 3G or H + sign, my call goes through fine I can receive calls and I can go online.

Has anyone found out how to get the video calling icon active on T-Mobile with the Google version of the pixel... I know if you pop a Verizon sim card in and activate HD & video calling through Verizon it pops up... I've called T-Mobile and I've been told my account is provisioned for those things already.. my VoLTE works.. and I've always had native video calling for my last 4 phones. So I'm just wondering of anyone has figured it out.
I don't have T-Mobile myself, but I found that it worked for a guy here.

Have you tried going into the hidden Phone menu and verifying if Video Calling is provisioned? You need to be running Nougat, and although I don't have a Pixel, I assume you are... Look under "phone info" and scroll down... To access the hidden menu go into Phone, select the dial pad, and enter *#*#4636#*#* and the menu will appear... Please update us on what you learn.
I was wondering the same thing myself I went into the hidden phone message with the sequence that you gave and the video calling provision is turned off I turned it on and exited and then when I went back in it automatically turned itself off again there is an option to update something but once I press update it says update error but it doesn't stay turned on the video calling provision I don't know how to set it to stay

Explain the full process please
Thanks in advance I have a post pay g988u verison wirless I'm currently out the countery I put I cdma cim card on it after programming it it work for about 15 minutes and then a messege pop up saying change carrier sorry you are not able to activate your phone on a diffrent carrier right now please call verison and the signal goes away and emergency call only come up till I restart the phone it do the same work for about 10 minutes and same happen please tell me how to remove that and unlock it. ,can I use a diffrebt carrier farmwer or what please and thanks
I really want to know this as well. I also have an SM-988U from VZW and I'm in Europe and would like a way to remove all the verizon stuff, and make it basically a carrier free version if possible. Thanks in advance.
