Hi, I'm searching for the R815FXXU1FSL3 odin update file (4.0.0.7, OXA) for the galaxy watch. I wanted to change the region to ITV (italy) and I already downgraded to 4.0.0.4 and managed to change it via the old sdb method. Unfortunately the LTE 42mm model was never sold in italy (only the 46mm LTE), so it won't auto update to the latest 4.0.0.7 firmware (the watch is originally from germany). So the only way i can update to 4.0.0.7 while retaining samsung pay is to have the said file.
If someone knows how to get it or has a link please let me know.
Could I perhaps flash the 46mm LTE firmware?
Has anyone ever received updates on this watch? Me in 2 years, I only had 1.

Hello!
Just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch in Dubai. I live in Spain, so I would like to use Samsung Pay in that country. However, I can only configure Samsung Pay as United Arab Emirates. I have read that in order to make it work, I have to flash the specific firmware for the desired location (in this case, Spain) with Odin. I have found some tutorials on how to do that, but I cannot find the appropiate firmware for my device. Here is the info:
Model number: SM-R800
Tizen version: 4.0.0.1
Software version: R800XXU1BRK3
Has anyone done this before? Where can I find the appropiate firmware?
Thanks!
You don't have to flash firmware specific to the desired location, you have to update the csc (also resets the watch) to represent the location you want.

For me, I purchased the international version in the US and Samsung Pay did not work in Sweden, I changed the csc to NEE (nordics) following the guide above and I can now use Samsung Pay in Sweden.
Maybe this attached Video explain "something":

It is possible with Watch Face to:
A
Verify... check active CSC/Sales Code
B.
Change CSC/Sales Code
Only problem at the moment...
Such Watch Face not in Store... """Security reason"""...
And...

Thank adfree and siwan05 for your kind replies. I was able to change the CSC of my watch without problem. However, it turns out that my bank is not compatible with Pay on Watch (only with Samsung Pay app). Nevertheless, your advice worked perfectly.
Thanks!
I can't get the update to One UI 1.5 announced here, could I change my CSC to other country, update my device and change again to my original CSC?
Make that would disable Samsung Pay in my Galaxy Watch?
How could I check what regions have the latest version of One UI?
Hi for the France... 2020

How to change csc? I have galaxy watch 46mm SM- R800
I from Malaysia, my watch buy from Australia. Cannot using samsung Pay
Tizen 4.0.0.7
R800XXU1DSL1
Hi All,
I've been following this prodigious forum for a long time, and, like many of us, i'm trying to change the default CSC of my galaxy watch 42 LTE.
I followed the procedure via SBD, formally it was successful, but like many of us, the watch did not show the list of countries.
So... this is the idea:
downgrade to first firmware via NetODIN (should be R815FXXU1CRK7), than use the SBD procedure in order to select my CSC (that should go on first firmware) then I proceed via OTA to update the latest available firmware.
This is my actual watch configuration:
AP: R815FXXU1FSL3
CP: R815FXXU1FSL3
CSC: R815FOXA1FSL3
Stock firmware I'm searching for: R815FXXU1CRK7
Should be a Europe free operatore device from DBT, desire to switch to ITV.
... and this is the issue:
I tried quite a lot but I still haven't been able to find the first firmware with which the watch was born, also on the XDA forum, but for the R815F version there doesn't seem to be my specific firmware ... could you help me?
In your opinion could it work this solution? Thanks for the contributions, so as to help the many of us who have the 42 LTE - R815F version.
Thank you,
Strategia
I dig up the subject, I have the same model and in 2 years I only received an update, I live in France but I received it with the csc oxa. I have the exact same firmware as you. And I never received an update.
I just bought samsung active 2 but i noticed that version i have is old and samsung wear app tell me that i have last version software
Is that right or app have glitch?
Tizen 4.0.0.7
Software version R820xxu1bta1
Yes, this is the last version. It's have a 4.0.0.8, but only for few regions (I think). Now waiting the new one, the Tizen 5, it's starting to show in some regions, but for now just waiting...
Same problem. Bought it from Souq in Egypt, same software version. We should wait for the new Tizen OS update.
Hi all!
I have the 40mm LTE, (SM-R835F) with Tizen 4.0.0.7.
I want to change region to USA (from Sweden).
I have COMBINATION file for my watch, however i dont have Stock Firmware t get the AP, BL & CSC in NetOdin.
Can someone please help me with that part? Can i extract my own - then how?
Or should i use a Stock Rom with 4.0.0.8 - where do i find it?
Please help, im so close to changing the region - just need that last part.
I have only last fw for OXA region, but it based on Tizen 4.0.0.7. There's no yet newer fw for our model.
Hi guys!
I want to change the region to my active 2 LTE from US to Mexico so that I can use my Mexican carrier. I got it thinking it was globally unlocked but it looks like it's locked to the US.
I've seen some tutorials but they are for older versions (Tizen 4). This watch is on Tizen 5.5.0.1.
Can anyone please help me out with this?
Thank you very much
Looks like Mexico is OWO Region package... with CSC:
TCE
Step 1.
We need Combination Firmware...
Attached is slightly "modified"... only removed folder + 1 file...
Step 2.
We need OWO package of SM-R835F...
Best Regards

i need some help to not mess it up. since it only has one go through the wireless method.

Thanks for your fast reply! I somehow managed to have Samsung Pay installed and get the latest Tizen 5.5.0.1 installed! I will share my experience in case someone else is having issues with updating Tizen after downgrading !
Here is how it worked out for me:
First I downgraded my Tizen OS with Odin to the following software:
R810XXU1CSI1 Tizen 4.0.0.4 ( Downloaded from here: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/TPWpD1y1CE6Sig )
Then I used the SDB kit to change my region to XAR. ( You can search how to change the region on your watch in the XDA forum search box ).
Then I googled Samsung Pay watch plug-in apk. ( Downloaded from here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/samsung-pay-watch-plug-in/ )
Installed it - it showed on my watch and in my Gear App.
So far so good.. but It didnt want to update to Tizen 5. It was stuck on Tizen 4.
So I flashed this firmware with Odin: R810XXU1BSA4 Tizen 4.0.0.1 ( Downloaded from here: https://mega.nz/#!vg8k3AbA!zcUGtSJPzEdo_PKs_8_u0M6evKXfmQysfK4cZHOkJW8 )
And I managed to update the watch with all the updates and Samsung Pay didnt get removed .
P.S. - This is how it worked out FOR ME!! You can try to change the region with the last firmware - it might as well work out for you too !
I hope I helped with my experience. This is firmware only for the SM-R810 watch model! If you flash it on another watch it might get bricked !
And again thanks to @adfree for replying !
