When it comes to Lineage OS which of these 2 phones should I get? What features do I lose on one vs the other?
Is there any way to get Network switching working on the OnePlus using Lineage OS? Or is it just impossible since its not explicitly designed for Fi?

Has anyone (who is lucky enough to have an invite) tried Project Fi SIM with the Zenfone2? I've read that it works with the Note 5 despite the fact that it only supports Nexus devices currently.
Thanks!
Curious if anyone is using (or has tried) an unlocked (non-Verizon) Pixel or Pixel XL on Xfinity Mobile? Xfinity uses the Verizon network and the Verizon site says my phone is compatible. Xfinity doesn't officially support BYOD with Android phones but there seems to be some incidences of Android phones working. I am an Xfinity internet customer so I am eligible if I had a compatible phone. The savings would be significant over my current Consumer Cellular plan.

I've been running that for years. Have a Pixel XL and Xfinity at home. So I'm eligible to use the Xfinity app and it works for me all the time when I'm in a place that has such a signal.
It worked before on my Nexus 6 and 6P. I would go through your settings to make sure you have them set right. Good Luck.

You misunderstood the question. I was asking if anyone was using Xfinity Mobile wireless service with a Pixel XL. XM uses the Verizon network for calls and cellular data and (I believe) switches to an Xfinity hotspot if one is in range. Xfinity does not officially support BYOD for Android phones but there people claiming to be using it with their own Android device.
I have a Oneplus 7t from T-Mobile, will I receive system updates even though I'm using a different carrier?
I'd like to stay on the T-Mobile firmware since I like having the option of switching between both the Oneplus Shelf and
Google Discover feed.
anyone who bought Pixel 6P unlocked from Google store and using with at&t, are you getting 5G?
my wife's iPhone 12 gets 5G but Pixel is only showing 5GE which is just LTE. there is no network selection options too.

I have att and bought from Google, but don't have an actual 5G plan, but shows 5Ge. I need to contact them about upgrading plans to see what they could possibly offer me, if anything good at all.
My present phone is an LG G5 for T-Mobile. However, T-Mobile requires VoLTE to make and receive calls. The stock ROM supports VoLTE but it is proprietary code, so VoLTE is not supported by LineageOS for the G5.
I'm considering getting the Fairphone 4 for T-Mobile network, part of the reasons are removable battery, rootable, and LineageOS is available for it.
Can anyone tell me if the Fairphone 4 supports VoLTE on T-Mobile? Also does LineageOS for the Fairphone 4 also support VoLTE?
