I have a solution for vowifi
Install the Qpst application Root the phone Enter the following commands on cmd screen
adb devices
adb shell
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,serial_cdev,rmnet,adb
Then open the pdc application and deactivate the active slot And Activate tef german commercial slots 0 and 1.
Then delete row commercial.
And type *#*#vowifi#*#* in dial
And Activate wifi call from your phone settings. And he worked vowifi.

Mine was enabled from 9.0 and by default it worked on 10...with just a code on the dialer ...no need for ADB and stuff....The only difference was that it doesn't display the icon on the status bar in android 10

Have you tried the miui 11 rom if vowifi is working, If it works, would you give information about which explanation is active with pdc application? Because it is not normally active in our country.

Code just disables carrier check and option to enable VoWIFI will appear in settings. If it's actually working depends on the mobile operator and their configuration (whitelist/blacklist etc.). Modification of PDC will force "incorrect" carrier configuration on the phone and will work ONLY for your carrier, it is not universal solution for everyone. You should highlight it in your post. Also it's essential to make a backup of settings if anyone wants to return to stock state. İ have tested on stock its working and I use it with tef germany commercial settings in pdc.
But in miui 11 rom its not working this setting.

I am not talking about MIUI ROM, but that you should warn people about possible risks (like when you delete settings for a carrier, there is no easy way to restore them) and include a backup procedure. Also "tef germany commercial" is maybe working for you, but most probably will not work for someone else from a different country. Your guide might break someone else's device, hope you're aware of it (doesn't seem to be the case).

I'm not sure I did everything right. When I got to the step where I have to type the code on the dial it didn't work, then I restarted in safe mode and the code worked.
Even so then I don't see any change in the status bar.

Anyway for now i flashed sm-p601 firmware to my p602 but have some problems. Device seems working booting and can enter settings menu but have problems to install applications. I believe the problem is knox or smtg like that now i am searching for a pit file of sm-p601 16gb so i will try to convert my device totally.
I installed TWRP 2.6.3.3 to sm-p602 and rooted with the TWRP autoroot function. Then I try to install p601 aroma custom rom, device boots without a problem but application installer stops just before home screen. I made a call to the gsm line of the tablet, tablet rings but it loses the signal in two seconds.

There is radio.img and cmda-radio.img parts on the emmc. are they need to be replaced ? Or may be CSC configuration is responsible for this ? Is there any ideas ? please...

Yes it worked, I am not experienced on samsung firmwares, I'll try step by step, First i'll add missing keys on CSC configuration, If it don't works , i'll try to flash only the kernel part of p601,if still don't will try to replace phone related parts of the system folder and apps.

Every time device restarts "application optimization" process takes about 2 minutes to complete. My system folder was containin apk and odex files but the p601 custom rom have only the apk files, is it related with that ?

If this is true, its a good improvement because the fingerprint wasn't good in previous builds...

Update worked fine here. I do get the message "Messaging is running in the background" on my smartwatch now though, but when I check the mobile there is no message. Might also be an issue of my smartwatch
Update, just found an issue, my gallery doesn't anymore show any pictures, only white place holders. Not sure what's going on, but hadn't yet time to troubleshoot this.

A reboot has fixed this issue, all running fine so far.
I got the update yesterday and could finally use FP, and works quite well. Overall it seems a good one. Still based on MM.

in this moment my daily rom is from miui.it based on android 7.0 (derived from global china dev and translated to full italian) with no problem, just warning using bank app and missing Netflix...

As I reported earlier, the FP works quite well, but I suspect there still remains some battery drain. Starting with a full charge, without FP the phone loses 8-10% of battery overnight (no wifi, battery saver on, and screen always off ), while with FP on, it loses almost 20%. For daily use, however, I didn't noticed much difference.
Is there a tool to measure precisely what is draining the battery (no root)?

Xiaomi EU rom is china rom based, this is globalrom... I you ask me, keep using Xiaomi EU because there is no tons of google apps in xiaomi eu rom....

I'm currently using this device after doing the update to Pie but the bugs are many yet that I consider it not stable for my personal use. It may differ to others.
However, I'm trying, without luck, rollback to Oreo where the experience was just great.
I'm having issues with battery, wifi speeds, adaptive display, sounds, camera with DND enabled, etc. Even erased my device to factory settings but the persist.
Is there an easy way (using a macbook if that matters but can install windows with bootcamp if there is the need for that) that I could return to Oreo from Pie? (this is what we get to be anxious for new versions! eheh)

I downgraded from Pie to Oreo because here in Italy my provider (TIM) doesn't work well with Pie, phone calls doesn't coming (the caller hear phone ringing but nothing happen on my phone!). I had to flash 9.6.4.0 stock rom with miflash and select "clean all" because "save user data" lead me to the infamous password request when restart. Obviously data was lost, but no problems at all with Oreo.

No worries! I only use one also but it's nice to have it fully functional.

That is by design since MIUI 8 or 9 you can't do anything about that on any of the official ROMs, but MIUI 11 might change that.

u can use modified miui rom, such as xiaomi.eu, revolution os, miroom, miglobe, etc.
they use weekly build as the base, and the notification is fixed.
i'm currently using latest xiaomi.eu and the notification is fine, and thr battery life is also improved than stock miui beacuse of bloatware-free

10.2.9.0 is for EEA region for European market which is different from Global. 10.3.1.0 is for Global ROM.
Just got the update for 10.3.1.0 on EEA, but it seems to be different than global. It was 670 MB and the changelog only said moon mode for camera and updated security patch...
Same got the update to 10.3.1.0 in the Netherlands.

This is oneplus 9RT it was color OS. I installed OxygenOS after that 5G not showing. is there any way to fix it?

Download 5G LTE Switcher from the Play Store. Click 5G booster. Choose NR/LTE/GSM/WCDMA under Set preferred network type.
what's the update of this? Did you figured out now how to show up 5G in Preferred Network Type? or without using switcher apps.

There is still no way to set it up without the switcher app. From what I've gathered, it's because it's not a true Global ROM but a regional one (India) where it was officially released. So although the phone is capable, it's limited by software (so no 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi unless using a carrier of the official regions). I've read that even if you flash with the ColorOS China ROM, the issue persists. We will have to wait if they program it for true global use in the future or forever stuck using the switcher app.

Even reflashing a clean ROM via fastboot of OxygenOS or ColorOS won't solve the issue unless you don't live in the China or India which 9RT was officially released?

Yup, that's how it currently is, as far as I understand it.
Also, a reason why the Android 11 rootkit won't work with the 9RT is it already seems to have some ColorOS programming - thus, entering the suggested *#800# for engineering code now just opens a feedback app - something that is also seen on the other OnePlus Android 12 devices.

Our device (9RT) just received Android 12 stable update. I hope it'll fix these network connectivity issues. Have you updated yours?

Oh! I just checked. Didn't realize there was a new update available. Thanks! I'll let you know in case anything new comes up that fixes our issue(s).
Update: I updated to 12.1 - unfortunately, I still require the switcher app to force 5G.
