"Change your language", ok, it set and click next. Here is the problem. Ok i lock the screen and lock off. I can't lock off the srceen. Ok, reboot with long pressed power button. The phone thence not booting and not chargeing,
Anyone knows what's the problem?
I can solve this problem or go to gsm service?
solution
I suggest you to pick you're self up,calm down, and slowly update you're HOX onto the lattest and grattes maximus v 6.o.
Before that, make sure that you're phone is fully charged, back up you're old/current rom and continue.
Don't panic,don't *itch and *oon,it's just a ****ing phone

Thanks your letters, and the help, but the phone does not turn on :S
Turn it completely off and let it charge on the wall for a complete day^^ After that please STUDY THE INSTALL GUIDE OF YOUR CHOOSEN ROM PRECISELY AND READ IT AT LEAST 10 TIMES, this is very important. Now you're ready to flash a ROM. If it's still not wokring, you could've a serious problem with your One X. To have a working warranty claim you have to relock your bootloader!!

I've read your first post. You won't see it if it's carging. Try the following; plug your phone to the wall charger for a couple hours and then try to turn it on. If it doesn't turn on, well, thats bad I remember there were some fixes for not charging ONE X's. I'll have a search if charging doesn't work for you.

I had this problem the other day, the battery died before i went to bed, so i plugged it in over night and nothing happened, thought it was the charger, tried a different htc charger and nothing again. So i plugged it into my computer and a few minutes later the light started to flash. I let it flash for a few minutes and unplugged it from the computer and plugged it into a charger and turned it on and it charged up.
Long story short, plug it into your computer for a while then turn it on and charge it normally.

Happened to me also but when running bricked kernel.
If your not running the stock kernel you need to put the phone on the charger and just wait untill the red led starts to blink ( it can take 5mins for this to happen )
Then allow it to blink for a few mins then power on as normal and remove the charger.
It will boot and moan it has no charge so plug the charger back in once its booted fully, then leave it to charge.
once at 100% reboot and bam your back up and running as normal.

Here are some people facing the same problem as you do.
There is a file (script) that can override those stuff,it is meant for fastboot (usb) mode, and on adb you type the commands and the phone starts to charge (slowly) but it is getting the electricity.
Search the threads, and find it,I'm 99% possitive that you're phone is not fully bricked.
Best of luck
So lets give the guy some proper help. Tell me exactly where you are now ? Is the phone charged ? If you have enough power to boot in recovery ? It will charge within recovery so you can leave the phone on and in recovery !
Download a ics rom (like viper x) see if that works oke !
put the phone in fastboot USB mode
Bootloader unlocked - if yes continue
Flash the cwm recovery 5.8.4.0
Fastboot flash recovery recoveryname.img
Go into recovery and do a full wipe of everything. (Factory reset and wipe all caches)
Go to mounts & storage and mount as USB diskdrive
Copy the rom.zip to the phone sd card
Open the rom.zip and copy the boot.img to the fastbootfolder on pc
Put the phone back in fastboot USB mode
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Fastboot erase cache
Boot back into recovery and flash the rom
After that reboot the phone and it should boot up !
Ahh...
Lesson, this phone IS NOT TURNING ON!
And... unfortunately despite charged few hour... The phone still bricked and i can't turn it on :S

What you can try is to plug it into a pc .... i saw a post before that someone did that and that he could turn on the phone a few hours later. It's worth the try right !

Not working :S
My PC is detecting only the APX hardware. And my phone keep dead.
It's rather hardware issue. Service maybe?
1x, xda premium hd
Apx hardware? I think your memory is corrupt.
Try plugging your phone into charger overnight, then into pc for charge and hold the Vol dwn + pwr for 15 seconds, if the phone doest turn on then you have dead hardware. You can go back to HTC and tell them it stopped working overnight ;D
The good thing in a bricked phone they can't find out whether your bootloader is unlocked or not.
However, some developers are interested in APX mode(because its not accessible in a working phone) and I THINK you can use nvflash (i have no idea how its used or whats its functions are)
APX Mode is when the phone detects very serious hardware damage. In short, you're ****ed.

Khm.... I want to go, but, i bought the phone used...
Hello,
I have problems with my samsung galaxy s3 I747M running 4.1.2 rooted battery. It's the original battery that came with the phone. I broke the original cord that came with the cellphone but still have the wall adapter so i was using a micro usb cable that was laying around in my house for about 3-4 days. I had no problems. Yesterday i went to sleep with the battery still at 40% and i shut the phone down. In the morning, when i tried turning it on it wasn't, so i plugged the charger and turned it on to see the battery was empty. I then went back to bed and two hours later it only charged to 31% and the phone was VERY VERY VERY HOT, the battery was not as hot as the phone was and there is no bulge on it. Ever since while tyring to charge my phone, it gets extremly hot and it charges slowly. When i turn it off and remove the battery then let it cool down and put the battery back it the % changes. For instance, 21% becomes 10%, 41% becomes 34% etc.
I tried using a different cable and a different wall adapter, i used my dad's samsung cellphone (flip phone) charger cable and outlet (which is a 5V 0.7A output).
Is the battery dead or is my cellphone dead? Problems started happening right after I updated xposed framework to the latest beta and updated keepchat and installed xprivacy. I uninstalled xposed framework and the problem is still there. I charged the phone to 34% just now and it lost 5% in about 5 minutes while being idle.
Charging via USB instead of a power outlet leads to slow charging and very hot cellphone too.
The phone is also a little bit hot when i put it against my cheeks when it is turned off.
Here is a screenshot of the very odd battery graph i have...
Looks like your battery is probably dead....but just to be sure why don't you flash back to stock firmware and see if that helps

I think I will avoid flashing stock firmware since the battery acts very oddly and I don't want to take the chance of it dying in the middle of a flash. I will go buy a new one tomorrow and check if it was the problem. What else could cause this problem if the battery turns out to be good?
Bad connection maybe

Did you factory reset?
Flashing stock might actually be your best bet atm. While it can be scary to flash with a *maybe* faulty battery, if it's plugged, it should be fine.

How can i flash back to stock without using ODIN on computer? The only cable I have for my phone does not transfer files.
You can use mobile odin. But only use that to flash the same firmware build as you have now, just to be safe.
If that doesnt help, getting a samsung S3 cable is the next logical step. They're pretty cheap online these days.
Id probably get the cable anyway if you can. This way you can fladh using Odin. Mobile Odin will flash the firmware, but only parts of it. So by getting the cable and using Pc odin you can flash the full firmware. Up to you how you want to proceed there, but if mobile odin doesnt solve the problem, you'll still have to question if a full firmware flash might help.
Hope that made sense!

I am going to purchase a cable tomorrow and flash stock using Odin and see if it fixed the problem. If it didn't i'll root, reset my recovery to stock, reset flash counter and reflash stock. If I go see my carrier (Koodo) and ask them to send it to samsung, do I have good chances of getting it fixed/getting a replacement?

It should be fine. I sent my S3 a month ago and they fixed it, they only briefly check if you have rooted or not, they don't check for flash counter or something like that. As long as you are in warranty, they should fix it for free.
I just ran triangle away and then used odin to flash stock and when I open my phone in download mode it shows CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD : YES (1 counts). Do I have to re-root and re-run triangle away then re-flash stock?
Maybe. Try rooting using Towelroot. Not sure if it'll work on older firmware though. If it does, install SuperSU from the play store, open it and update the binary. Now triangle away. Next choose full unroot from the SuperSU. Done.

I flashed a stock root injected 4.1.2 rom on my cellphone, ran triangle away and it worked, my phone now shows official on the download mode screen ans no custom binary download. Can I safely send it to samsung now? I just reflashed the stock rom to remove root.
Should be fine.
Just got my phone back from samsung, they changed the faulty motherboard and my phone now works fine. The battery is not in good shape tho, the 0-1% charges while the phone was broken must've killed it. I'm going to buy a new one.
On a side note, is there any root methods that don't trip flash/KNOX counter for android 4.4.2? They updated me.
Towelroot
So I have had this device since February and finally decided I wanted to Unlock the bootloader, install a custom recovery and get some cool new roms on it. I have the GPE by the way.
Anyways so I unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP and then rooted the device by flashing a zip file for root. I assumed the tablet got rooted so I then decided to try the multi window hack and flashed that. Well it caused some apps to corrupt (the phone app in particular) and they would keep crashing preventing me from doing anything. I decided to go back into recovery and try to do a data and cache wipe but that did not help. Eventually I wiped the entire OS which was a mistake. I was still able to get into recovery mode but I have no SD card to load up with a rom to flash and it was late to go buy one. I also tried ADB through the recovery mode that did not seem to work.
I did some searching and found out that I could download the LGMlauncher and it could get me back to stock but to use that I needed my serial number which is on the box (which I had at the office). So I plugged it in (and got the little battery icon) and a few hours ago went to the office to get the box. I tried the LGMlauncher and it keeps on crashing while trying to update and now I am not able to get into recovery mode. What are some other steps I can take to try and recover it?
Thanks.
Edit: I tried the LGMlauncher again and it said my battery was low so I plugged it back in. is there a trick to charging it while it is off? I assume that could be why recovery mode wont work.

Yeah It appears as though the battery was not charging even though I had plugged it in and now it is dead. I cannot seem to get it to go into recovery or anything. Is it safe to say it is bricked?
When my HP Touchpads battery was to low to take a charge from the wall charger, the only way it could get enough charge to be able to use the wall charger was to trickle charge it from my computer usb port for a couple of days.

Yeah it has been plugged into my PC for a few days and nothing.
I need help, my ZF2 suddenly cannot be detected by my windows 7 laptop and pc. When I tried to plug in usb 3 port, it wont get detected. If in usb 2/1 port, it will be detected but with the yellow exclamation mark. I tried updating mtp but it wont update (shows device is up to date). I tried reinstalling ROM and factory reset thru the ROM, but still not working.
I returned to stock but still it wont get detected on my pc or laptop. I ****ed everthing up when I returned to stock since I cant root it back anymore since it wont get detected by adb.
Evereything is up to date including 15sec adb installer 1.4.2 or 1.4.3 and intel usb driver 1.10 from 1.9.
I will try to reformat thru stock recovery and see if it will work. But before doing that, any suggestion or ideas?
Does it charge while connected to the laptop?
Have you tried using other micro USB cables?

Still usb device malfunction code 43. Thanks man
I had the same issues when my Zenfone's chip set fried - PC did not recognise the phone, phone did not recognise USB drives, fast charging not working. To be precise what happened: one day I plugged in the cable (original one, with original charger), the phone showed high temperature warning and shut down. Then after a while I turned it back on but USB wasn't working any more, except for the slow charging. Sent in for a warranty repair, it was stuck there for like 2 months before they sent me a new phone.
Had the same problem, it turned out that my zenfone 2's charging port and microphone had been damaged. Replaced the parts from a third party repair man as my warranty was void. He returned me a very well functioning and no more problematic zennie within a week
It surely isn't a software problem..
Hope it helped..

Unable to test another cable since don't know anyone with a oneplus device. I do get charging but very slow.
I will try to reinstall the fast boot rom fresh & see what happens, sure hoped to avoid that tho.
Now i can't get adb to recognize the device at all. It is charging but regardless of how USB is configured it won't do anything, not even request for authorization. Tried rebooting both devices, wiped cache, revoked authorization, toggled USB debugging & flashed back to stock kernel. Guessing factory reset is the last option at this point unless someone has a better idea.
Thanks
Additionally it isn't recognized as a storage device or anything. Going to try another machine in the morning, maybe mine has seen better days.
