I have installed aosp rom in Lenovo vibe k5 plus (Snapdragon) but its system storage is 13.5gb of 16gb after flashing.
Pls help me to reduce system space
I'm guessing aosp has root already installed. If not, root it, and then install a system app remover from play store and remove all the bloatware. Be careful not to uninstall anything important, with root you can uninstall anything

Hi,
I've just rooted my wife's Desire, and I'd like to uninstall some system apps using Titanium Backup to free up some internal space for app installation. What can I uninstall that I'm not using and won't affect the phone?
Things I don't use in the list that I'd like to uninstall if possible:
Stocks
CN Thai Keyboard
Flickr
Plurk
Friend Stream
News
News and Weather
Peep
Teeter
Twitter
Also, I tried uninstalling flickr/stocks/twitter/peep/plurk/news/teeter after backing them up, but it didn't free up any space on the phone at all...I'm still getting low memory warnings. What's up with that?
Thanks.

Uninstalling system apps will not increase the disk space available for you to install apps. This is because the phone has two major partitions, the data partition at 148mb, and the system partition at 250mb. User installed apps can only be installed on the data partition while system apps are installed on the system partition. So when you uninstall a system app, you are actually only freeing up space in the system partition instead of the data partition and you cannot use the system partition to install apps. Thus, you do not get any additional space and will still have the low memory warning.

I just used my firmware 4.1.B.0.431 of arc, yesterday I installed the application from the Xperia S ICS, this space memory is 11 MB, I would like to consult with you can I move the application from the vendor to the system folder ?
Use Titanium Backup. Else you can do it manually as long as you have root access.
How ?
low internal storage on my HTC m8. i want to remove unwanted system applications. is this possible on rooted (TWRP) HTC m8? please help.
Try TitaniumBackup
This is Not working. It uninstall application I selected. But it's exist. And I restarted phone. Still it's exist.please help
Make sure you are using superSu with the last binaries
Super su v2.76. Is there any newer version
Get Titanium Backup Pro. It can do this and so much more. Totally worth it
It's titanium pro
On this device, the system partition is write protected, even with root. You need to install wp_mod to delete system apps.
I've seen folks accomplish it other ways (I think changing permissions in ES File Explorer or similar "root" explorer) in addition to Titanium mentioned above (which I can't personally say works or not). But wp_mod is the most common way I've seen discussed to delete system apps.
Its all a bit irrelevant. The system (OS) partition is not normally user accessible; nor will deleting system apps change the size of the system partition. Nor will deleting "bloatware" system apps does not increase your user data storage. The only exception to these points, is if you intend to install user apps as system apps (which again, will require wp_mod or similar). But that's getting pretty fancy and I don't think that is what you are talking about.
Hi,
I have recently replaced my LG G3 stock rom with Lineage 14.1 official rom. I have also rooted my device using the 'su-addon' suggested by Lineage team.
Unfortunately, since I moved to Lineage some of Titanium Backup's features have stopped working properly. For instance, I tried to uninstall some system apps, and after reboot they were still there. I also tried to convert system apps into user apps, but Titanium Backup couldn't accomplish the proccess (I had a message telling me "Please wait" for more than 15 minutes).
However, Titanium Backup does succeed in taking backups (for both system and user apps). Another interesting fact is that I managed to uninstall system apps / convert them to user apps manually, by using a File Browser with root access. Therefore I really don't get why titanium backup stopped working....
My guess was t. backup doesn't work properly with Lineage root addon, and thus I replaced it with SuperSu (latest version). Still, titanium backup doesn't work... It looks like it fails in each action requires to change files in the system partition (maybe it doesn't have write permission?)
Any suggestions?
hello guys, i'm trying to install a fakegps on oneplus 7t, the simple process i do on samsung is, flash twrp, clean data, install dm verify, magisk root, start the device, hide magisk, protect the FakeGps App through magisk, I make a smali patcher module, install the module, move the Fakegps app to the system, restart the device and it's ready, but I'm trying to do the same in this oneplus 7t, the process is the same, but when it's time to play the fakegps app for system I can't at all because I don't have space on the system, I've tried using the "MT MANAGER" to free some space but without success, does anyone know a method that I can?
Use magisk app systemizer or whatever the module is called.
Yeah but the problem is, the system have not space mate, how I get some free space on system, I have trying use MT but I have not permission for move or deleting nothing, I have chance to flash any custom rom with some system space? can help me with that?

Space is unrelated if you use the module... That's the point, not to modify with the system
