The apps from Google Play will be in Chinese cause the Chinese ROM system locale?
Can be set a Spanish Locale in a Chinese ROM and Device for at least the apps be in Spanish?

My Desire language is set to Chinese. Which will make all apps installed to run/display in chinese langague if supported. For some specific apps, is it possible to have it run in different langauge (ie english) without changing the system language? While i'm fine & comfortable with using Chinese system, for apps such as titanium backup, i prefer to run it in english.

You can use language unabler or morelocale2 both available in the Play store

You have to install a different rom. T-mobile native rom cannot add language pack. There are a couple of roms (Verizon based rom) that can install language packs.
Dandroid 2.7 = has all languages installed already
Hyperdrive rom = you can install language pack with "language enabler"
Synergy rom = you can install language pack with "language enabler"
Cyanogen 10 rom = has all languages installed already
There are others that I can't remember.
Language enabler has any language with any rom as long as you have a SGS3
It does not work US T-Mobile or AT&T phone roms. I have tried and both app doesn't work on these.
Even the author says it won't work with US version galaxy s3 on Google Play store (language enabler).

When I put all the apk files apktool tool unpacked, I found that almost all contain a variety of language packs, such as China Chinese, zh-cn. In particular, the framework document framework-res.apk also contains the complete Chinese and other national language.
Curiously, why the factory after the system starts, you can not choose zh-cn Simplified Chinese language I want it?
The system is not being shielded it? Or what method causes it? There are people who can help me do?

But I think that he will show the initialization zh-cn simplified Chinese choice, how should I do?
PS: it is the following ClockworkHomeGoogle.apk\assets\ does not contain a zh-cn language pack, cause, my guess is it?
Hey Guys, i use Masik as my ROM. So i had my OS on my native language, Portuguese, BR. How ever i changed to english but now it wont show Portuguese on the language list.
Is there a way with Root or in TWRP that i can set it back? Even if cosmetic to the apps i have install, i need it back.

I though masik doesnt provide multilanguage and there is no portugese?

Funny thing is that the ROM it self is in english, but with the PT-BR as it was, the apps and some system features (such as weather) were in the right language.
I ended up solving via ADB by "force" the language locale
Is it possible to flash an EU rom like B or E instead of the U1 one?
I need the rom to be in dutch and none of the U's are in dutch as far as i know
My phone model is SM-G990u1/ds
Or is there an other way i can install a Dutch language pack?
B/E/U/W/0 etc. are different models based on different regions like Europe/ Asia/ USA/ Canada/ China. You cannot switch ROM from one model/region to another.
But installing a new language pack systemwide is easy and can be done from settings> General Management> language> Add Language.
I did the language pack but sadly it doesnt translate all, just the apps, all system text ia still english
