You have to install a different rom. T-mobile native rom cannot add language pack. There are a couple of roms (Verizon based rom) that can install language packs.
Dandroid 2.7 = has all languages installed already
Hyperdrive rom = you can install language pack with "language enabler"
Synergy rom = you can install language pack with "language enabler"
Cyanogen 10 rom = has all languages installed already
There are others that I can't remember.
Language enabler has any language with any rom as long as you have a SGS3
It does not work US T-Mobile or AT&T phone roms. I have tried and both app doesn't work on these.
Even the author says it won't work with US version galaxy s3 on Google Play store (language enabler).

Hello all,
I have the Galaxy Nexus and when I was configuring it, there was no Arabic in the UI language list.
As far as I know that most developers confirmed that the new version of Android (ICS) will have the Arabic language (menu & options Arabized).
Is there any way to enable the Arabic language on Galaxy Nexus?
Thanks,
Try to use some app that will make locale manually like morelocale2, that's work great with hebrew, after that our device set to hebrew.

I tried it but it almost did nothing. Only numbers were arabized
What I know for sure is that Arabic is *fully* supported for reading and if you need writing download any Arabic keyboard. I didn't see anyone say it will support Arabic menu. This is to the best of my knowledge
Read the Locale section

As i know for all Samsung - AT&T Android phones i had (Captivate and Infuse) There is only several languages, like English and Spanish. Can anybody confirm that in S3 we have other languages (I need Russian) available through MoreLocale2 for example. I think languages are stored somewhere in framework.. I want to get S3 from AT&T cause i want 2GB of RAM.
Net problem
As far as russifying whole ROM - porbably need CM9 or CM10 ROM.
As far as typing and seeing Russian - my ROM has generic Android Keyboard, where you can add any languages.
Also there is MultiLing keyboard on Market.

So,
It seems like Samsung has introduced a new way for supporting languages on the Galaxy S3.
If you go inside the language settings you will see a nice bunch of languages.
But! Those are not all the available languages on the phone!
There are 5(!) more languages you can "unlock" in 2 ways.
The languages are:
Arabic (ar)
Farsi (fa)
Hebrew (iw)
Japanese (ja)
Thai (th)
Vietnamese (vi)
Chinese (zh)
The easy way to enable them is to download the application "morelocale2" and add to choose or add the language code you want.
With this method you will not see these languages in your language settings.
To enable these languages in the language setting of your phone, you will need to root it.
you can use Chainfires method here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1660918
The next step is to use root explorer or any other familiar application and go into /system/csc.
There is a file there named languages.xml.
If you open the file you will see a list of languages to display.
Just add your desired language code from the list above (in 2 places in the file) + country code, reboot, and then you will see that language in your language setting!
good luck!
Is no one able to help with this???

I am on att stock samsung touchwiz rom. i would like to add new language say indian language hindi to it. How do I do that ?
Hello friend, there is an app you can download from playstore it's called language enabler. worked for me on my note 2 stock rom.
How to add Arabic language to Samsaung s3 ?
how could also add Arabic language package to the native "Samsung Keyboard" without using any other apps ?
I was wondering if someone could help me to get Arabic language to my phone ??
Are you using the stock Tmobile Touch Wiz ROM? If yes, as far as I know, the only way to get Arabic is through a keyboard on the market with multi languages (I can recommend one of you want). If, however, you root your phone and install an AOSP ROM, then you will automatically be able to choose Arabic on your keyboard, AND even as your system language!
أنا كمان عملت روت لموبيلي، والآن بقدر أختار أي لغة بدي
