Dasaita HA5404-Max6 Sound Problem - MTCD Android Head Units General

Hello Guys
I'm really happy with the Head unit when I haven't this Problem and I hope we find a solution.
Here is the Problem:
When i listen to music in every app or from Phone I hear the sound for 5 seconds. Then the radio play again but I hear nothing. Then I touch the volume+ or volume- I hear the sound for 5 seconds and then the same thesound gos out.
I don't know more....
Thanks for xyour help

Does it happen with all apps on the headunit including the analog radio?
Do you have a custom rom installed? Or stock rom?
Enviado desde mi SM-G950F mediante Tapatalk

Yes it's on all apps including the analog radio. It's the stock rom on the head unit. I write Dasaita on aliexpress and on facebook but no answer come back.

That's a weird problem does the volume level go to 0% when the sound goes away? Or does it stay to what you have it set at? Is it only the volume + that restores sound? I wonder if the volume - key is stuck on?

The volume stay on the level that i set. No i can restore it with + or - button. I have two videos on youtube but i can't post this.

From looking at your videos. I think the unit may be defective imo

Ask dasaita for a solution or replacement

if you have a soundsystem like JBL or BOSE in your car ,you must change one option in the factory setting menu (with 126)
Go to canbus menu and change amplifier = "with amplifier"
in Peugeot 208 with JBL sound system ,if you dont do that ,we have the same probleme like you

MTCE - Waze mutes all audio (radio, bluetooth music, etc... stop playing)

Hello,
I don't remember making any changes to this, but for some reason now anytime I open up Waze (my default Nav app on my MTCE), any audio playing becomes muted and stays muted. I used to have continuous audio when running Waze, except for if Waze had a direction or notification to give and then it would properly temporarily mute the audio. But now I get no music while having Waze on screen. If I go back to the radio app let's say, audio continues as usual.
If I run any other app (say Google Maps), I still get audio as per usual.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Here also same pb. MTCD px3 android 5.1 with Hal9k rom on HU. I can't find any setting for sound on app or in OS.
Yo ozzyboy,
Did this problem occur for you recently? It happened to me within the past week or so. Again, I don't think I have made any settings changes in that time period.

I think I found the fix in case anyone else is wondering.
Go to Settings>Car>Navigation and look for something along the lines of Navigation sound mode. There is a toggle for me that turns some kind of navigation sound monitoring on, and then that enables several options below. One of the options is like "switch" or something to that extent, and then you can play around with how much the radio lowers it's volume while the navigation is talking. I guess mine was somehow totally disabled and that's how I lost sound, but I have it back now.
Hope this helps.
are the settings in the head unit. I have looked for ages and can't find it

PX5 & Volkswagen Dynaudio - Only sound when ignition is on

Hi there. I bought a PX5 a few weeks ago and it's working perfect with Hal9k's rom.
I bought a Golf MK6 with Dynaudio last week and installed my PX5. The problem I have is that the sound stops an few seconds after turning off the ignition while the key is still in the ignition lock. It seems like the amplifier is going to sleep. The PX5 is still playing music. With the original Volkswagen car stereo I was able to hear music without ignition on if it was activated once and the key was still in the lock.
Amy suggestions? Thanks

I never solved this problem. but newer canbus decoders or MCU updates might solve it. is it an old unit you have or a new one?
Hi. It's a new one (Mtcd) with latest MCU
When the unit detected that ignition is off is normal that go to sleep, if you want solved this behavior, you need study the cable connection of your unit, for connect +12V and ACC to the same wire of your car (+12V).
Only I'm not sure if the unit go to "autosleep" mode when press the power switch in the panel of px5.

ask thé seller if your unit is compatible with dynaudio.
I have px5 from isudar with dsp. The seller make sure with me than my car did not have dynaudio has it is not compatible.

The unit went into sleep if I pull the key out of the ignition lock so it stays on until then. With the original VW unit I was able to hear music after shutting down the ignition and left my key inside the lock.

Yes, this is the normal behavior for px5, if you want have music without key, you need review the connection for ACC wire and connect directly to 12V.
May be you can ask to your seller about this alternative connection for your unit.

Sorry but you misunderstood. The PX5 is still running in ignition off-position till you pull out the key but the music stops.

It sounds like you have an external amplifier which is not fed with power when the key is in the off position. There's a blue cable/white stripe in the wire bundle labelled AMP. Connect that one to your external amp. power input.

No stereo sound

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leftrightstereo.nejc.leftrightstereo
I tried that app to confirm I have no stereo sound. It only produces mono sound but both speakers work.
I also tried 2 pairs of headphones. Both play sounds in single channel sound through both sides. So I can say the phone is faulty. I noticed the problem today. I am sure this didn't happen yesterday.
How do I go about it? I just want to try something before needing to hard reset and wipe the phone data
I haven't installed new apps in the Last few days apart from the one above.
It's a 20X AL00 original Chinese rom 9.1 patch 120 so it's on the latest update.
I need ideas to try something. I have reset the phone already.
Did you enable mono audio in Settings>Smart Assistance>Accessibility ?

No Sound just beeping from buttons and touch screen!

Hello, my friend buy from Aliexpress android HU with android 9.0 4ram/64 rom,PX5. So, the problem is, when he connect the HU outside the car panels, everything is working fine. After this he install the HU in the panels and connect the subwoofer with Hi to Low level converter, like the original Peugeot 407 HU. Next he turn on the HU and.... no sound, just the button beeping. He send the HU to service and after 1 month they return the HU with the same problem. So he send it to me, i'm not a expert and is my first time with android HU. I connect the 2 plus and 1 minus cables to the laboratory power supplies and i start to measure... When i play some song from the HU i can see with the oscilloscope the song from the MCU is going to the DSP. After the dsp i lost the signal. When i measure the TDA7851 i can see the beeping on the oscilloscope so i thing the is no problem with the TDA. If somebody can help to solved this problem? I'm not sure but i will order the dsp chip Adau1401a and the audio switch: sgm6510 or sgm6502a i forgot which one is the switch.Sorry for my bad English
The button beeps? but doesnt respond right? Does the touch screen on the screen works and you're able to navigate menus?
Not an MTCB, wrong section.

Everything is working, buttons, touch screen , but the only sound is when you touch the screen or push some button. No radio sound, no BT sound, no CD sound...just beeping when you use buttons or touch screen .

Can you show me please , where to move the question?
That HU could possibly be an MTCD/E. Check the MCU string in About under the Android settings menu. If it's not MTCD then you could try the Android Head Unit forum.
Look through the HU setup menu (the gear icon) for a setting that relates to using the factory amp.

Dear momchil 7702
I have the same problem, everything works on my headunit (Dicola XRC7112NP), but sound is only heard when the headunit is turned on.
I just took it to a mechanic, replaced the MCU chip (BD37033), but it didn't work. Then I asked the seller for an MCU update, instead of sending an Android update, it was installed, but nothing changed. MCU firmware not sent in vain please.
I'm here, I'm clueless. And what about you, did you manage to achieve something?

Dear Momchil! Thanks for the reply, I am trying to replace the DSP processor, the only problem is that the processor cannot be identified, there is no caption on it. I asked the seller for help, but I haven't received it yet.
I wish you good luck with the repair!

Hello,
i forget to write a comment... When i change and the audio switch, again the same problem... So i assemble the navigation and send it to my friend. in this 4 month i bought second hand navigation and sent together . He receive the navi's and try the second hand and with the problem . And 2 navigations is working fine. So i thing the problem is on audio switch or with the dsp ,but you need the car to test, because is working with CAN interface ot VAN i'm not sure.
Thank you.
hi im facing the same problem as you are, only beep sound when pressed on screen and button.
all other audio no sound and my device does not have dsp in it.

Low volume using Bluetooth or headphones jack in

Who is also facing low volume when using Bluetooth speakers or headphones? When I crank it up to the max it sounds like it's operating at maybe 60% or so. It also happens when I use wired headphones.
I'm using Xiaomi.eu ROM 12.0.7.0.

Yeah I'm getting the same problem with my Haylou GT1 Pros. On my old phone they were much bassier and louder at full volume to the point where I'd have them at 80% max, but now 100% doesn't sound anywhere near as loud. The way I get around this is using Volume Booster GOODEV (available on the Play Store). 11% is enough for me. Be careful not to blow your speakers!

In developer settings there's an option to "disable absolute volume" for Bluetooth. Try that.

That and check through/play with all the sound settings including the buried ones.
Find it... if you do a hard reset it will most likely just crop up again.

Audio issues because of settings misconfiguration is a common Samsung issue.

i was facing same problem while using GT1 pro with POCO X3. go to settings and there is a disable absolute volume in developers mode. turn off this option and boom. ur GT1 pro is on its full volume.
You need to go into volume adjustment(after you plug in the headphones" and pick the other preset, over 60...that fixes it
