Here's the specs on my Huawei MateBook X Pro 65w intelligent charger.
I tried it on my Note 10+ and the 25w charger that came with the phone actually charges faster.

There was another post. If you read the specs on the samsung charger it's 4.5A/10V, so you need a 4.5A charger to even come close

Thanks for the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 information. :good:
Do you have the Anker 18W USB Wall Charger https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016LO4UTA/ in hand? I am trying to get hands-on validation vs theory.

I use that same anker charger and it works the same as the original turbopower.
Also, any good micro-usb cable will work also. Some old cables may or may not work.

That is correct. My mistake.
The point I was trying to make is that turbopower is not something specific to Motorola, just an industry standard in disguise.

as i once wrote here https://forum.xda-developers.com/g5-plus/accessories/chargers-t3584554
this charger http://www.gearbest.com/iphone-cables-adapters/pp_322054.html does turbocharge the g5 plus without issues
I have multiple QC2 and 3 chargers around the house, and they all work fine
they always will because TurboCharge is just rebranded QuickCharge
SPN5864A = success!
I purchased a SPN5864A Wall Charger with a SKN6461A usb cable for $7.49 USD on ebay - LINK
"Motorola DROID Turbo 1.6 Amp Rapid Home Wall Charger SPN5864A - Super Fast Rapid Charging Charger - 15W of power - 1.6 Amp charger. Will charge Motorola devices with Adaptive TURBO Charging technology built in at an even faster rate! "
While the lock screen did not show the words fastcharge or turbocharge; AccuBattery did show the night and day difference. Screen caps of the old 463 millamps (mA) vs new SPN5864A charger 1989 mA pasted below.
Guess I'll go with the SPN5864B
Any Samsung charger for one of their last 3 or 4 flagships should work just fine. I literally have a bag of Samsung chargers from the S5 and S7 that all have the same ratings and work to Turbo charge the G5 Plus just fine. I use the Samsung charger at home and leave the Turbo Charger at the office.
I have a Asus Zenfone 2 18w charger (9v 2a, 5v 2a) and turbopower works perfectly when charging the G5 plus with it (got around 2400mah readings on Ampere app). Just in case anyone has one laying around, it's an option.
We use these around the house and for travel and they all work as you would expect.

I can add links to the chargers if someone wants, I'm just too lazy to do it right now.

Just ordered Xiaomi 10000 Power Bank 2 link --> https://www.gearbest.com/power-banks/pp_492337.html?vip=4087096 <-- and Turbo Charge works fine as well.
I bought a genuine SPN5864A on eBay for 7$. It has performed as intended since I received it.
I am glad to say. V20 works well with PD charger (C to C).
Quick Charge icon comes up and it charges at much faster speed. However, I have to look up the specifications carefully to make sure PD supports 9V, or it will only charge in normal speed (5V).
Great news!

I have the Huawei MateBook X Pro and it comes with an intelligent 65w charger.
It fast charges my S10+ and if I'm reading it correctly I believe it will charge the Note 10+ at 45w.
Can somebody take a look at the screenshot of the specs of the charger and tell me what they think.
Considering they both use PD, I'd be surprised if it didn't work appropriately.
Would you say this one would be compatible too?

If you want FULL speed while charging (aka 30 mins from 0% to 100%) be sure it's a PD 3.0 charger.
Previous versions are OK, but they won't charge that fast.
PPS is needed for note 10+ 45W
To support the note 10+ 45W charging, the PPS feature is needed. But the 60W charger seems that not has this feature.
Crap, I was hoping my Huawei Mate 20 Pro's 40W charger will work in its full efficiency when used for the Note10+. Now I'm having doubts. Guess I'll just have to buy the $20 Xiaomi 45W PD 2.0 charger.
Edit: Seems like the Mate 20 Pro's 40W charger might indeed work since the forums linked from a few posts above mentions that the Note10+ will be using a specialized power setup (10V, 4.5A) and not the standard (15V, 3A) one. Since the Mate 20 Pro's charger is giving an output of 10V, 4A, I might be able to use the charger's full potential.
Hey, it's not 45W tho, but 40W charger is enough for me if it means I don't need to spend a few extra bucks.
I just did this today... with the 25W charger in the box - will do the same for the 45W charger (on order) when it arrives - which should put most of the questions in this thread to bed...View attachment 4810040

It must support specific stepping in the PPS range.
I purchased the 75w charger listed below which supports up to 46w PD and PPS:
USB-C Output: (PDO) 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 20V 2.3A; (PPS) 3V–21V 3A
I have compared with the included 25w charger and charging speeds are currently identical. I am not seeing an increase from the 25w charger. Now this may be because I read somewhere the 45w PPS Samsung uses is special and draws up to 5A? Can anyone confirm or deny this?
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07HJWMYH5
Also both my aftermarket charger and the stock 25w seem to take about 80 minutes to charge 0%-100%

Which chargers other than the original stock and the Spigen one will charge the Pixel 6 Pro at full 30w?
I see there are 30w from Anker and even Amazon Basic, would these charge at full speed?
You just need a PD 3.0 (or higher version) compatible charger that can do 30w or more. The rest matters not, it's an industrial standard.

Will these chargers work at 30w on the Pixel? I have a ton of these at this point, including a car charger. Would be cool if they worked correctly at full speed.
I bought an extra (already got one) original 45W charger. I know it's overkill and a rip off, but whatever. At least it will charge just about anything USB Type-C, right?

Don't know yet, but hopefully we can test it out soon...
30W and 50W WARP wireless charging is only for OnePlus phones. The OnePlus 30W wireless charger does max. Qi charge at 10W, and the OnePlus 50W wireless charger does max. Qi charge at 15W.
The Pixel phones are locked at max. Qi charge of 12W with any wireless charger other than Google's wireless charger.
That's no where near the 23W capability from Google wireless charger.
See here: https://9to5google.com/2021/10/19/pixel-6-tidbits-plastic-top-wireless-charging/
Edit: I think I misread someone's question...my post was only directed towards wireless charging.
I believe Samsung chargers use the PD standard and should deliver a fast charge.
Any PD charger of at least 30W will give you the max charge speed. I doubt there will be a big difference using the 18W Pixel chargers from older phones. I'll be using a 10W wireless charging pad I got on Amazon a couple years ago that is connected to an 18W Pixel charger. It will charge overnight so how long it takes doesn't matter. I use this charger for my Pixelbook. It has 2 PD ports and a usb-a port. It will work for the new Pixels and does super fast charging for the new Samsung phones. A phone will only draw as much power as it is rated for so the 65W rating won't hurt your phone. It would charge 2 Pixel 6's at the same time at 30W.

I can't confirm, but I'm 99% sure they will not charge at 30w. OnePlus does 5V at 6A to get 30W. This is not a PD standard. At best you'll get 5V3A so 15W.

I have this charger https://zendure.com/products/superport-s3 it's a dual PD 65W charger and it still charges my Pixel6P at a ridiculously slow pace. Even with adaptive charging off. It's also a USB 3.0 charger that charges all my other devices very fast except for my P6P so there has to be something more to it IMHO.
EDIT: According to this article https://www.androidauthority.com/best-google-pixel-6-chargers-3041818/ There are 3 standards required USB 3.0, PD and PPS mine doesn't appear to have the latter so maybe that's why.
It can't be any PD 3.0. It has to support PPS protocol. Most charges that don't explicitly state that they support are not good (for P6/P6P 30W charging). For example this anker one is PD3.0 PPS one.

Make sure it supports PPS.
I got a GaN one with PPS support up to 65W for 30€ on Amazon.
It's nice the pixel 6 tells you whether your connection is a fast or slow charge. I picked up a $16 PD PPS charger at AMZN and the P6P shows it is fast charging. The AMZN listing showed it as iphone 13 series compatible but no mention of the Pixel 6 line.

Because to some people only Apple exists and marketing material MUST mention Apple. All other OEMs are an afterthought.
Luckily, all other OEMs also aren't Apple, hence they tend to prefer standards over proprietary crap, so 99% of the time you can assume that accessories will work anyway.

the 30w is probably split between the two ports, the USB C PD is 18W max
This Spigen is pretty good, better and cheaper than the Anker linked above but does not work in all cars like mine. My 2014 Mazda SUV, it does not work in any of the 3 ports. The charger is too short and gets thicker so it does not go all the way in. It works in my 2017 Mazda though. I had to return it since it was for the SUV. I'm pretty sad about it.
