Nice, it's out for SIO (Slovenia), seems to be actually July security patch.

In this case it is irrelevant when in which region it was provided for OTA, the more important is the version. In my case, about two weeks after June, followed by the July update and the version of security I have July 1.

I hated that so I use gmail to log into Samsung account and I use a different email for each device. None are used for anything but phone and that alone.
Poland, Luxembourg, Austria and France firmware is compatible with Germany (DBT) right?

I'm getting the "Complete(Write) operation failed." error on Odin while trying to flash the firmware.
I'm using latest Samsung drivers, oem cable and my phone is a A52s (SM-A528B/DS).
Any ideas?

Just updated my A52s, OTA in the UK. No issues so far.
Currently downloading the update in the UK, A52S 5G
I noticed the update was available this morning so I downloaded it and installed. Working well with no problems so far.
Just downloaded install Android 12 on my A52 5G for t-mobile. Will have to see what all the hype is about.

Got tired of waiting for the update, so I plugged my phone into my computer, and am using Smart Switch to install it. It will be interesting to see if it's September or October when it's done.
Edit - Update finished. Only brought me up to September.
Just checked in the US on an unlocked model using T-Mobile and the October security update is installing now.

Because you flashed OXM firmware for another region! EUX (OXM) was not updated with the October patch. Now you need to flash back the original firmware for EUX and then you will probably receive an invitation to Samsung Members

1. Load canary
2. Start the update download but don't pause it.
3. Go back to canary and start that and it will grab the link.

Samsung have started rolling out their 2nd Android 13 update to the international, F936B, devices with the December security patch. It is only a security patch update. CSC codes, so far, to receive this are, EUX and EUY for Europe.

Nothing jumps out at me and Samsung's statement on the new BVL7 release sheds no more light on it...
Nevertheless, it is a very large update.
Samsung's 3rd and latest Android 13 update, BVL7, fixes 93 security vulnerabilities...

UK: Galaxy Z Fold 4 getting second December 2022 security patch update
I do not think I can ever recall such a swift update roll-out from Samsung.
In less than 48 hours, all of the European and Asian countries have been covered, including the carrier branded firmwares, and all of Africa, except South Africa have received this large security update. New Zealand and some of the South American countries have also received it.
It certainly looks as though Samsung are taking this large security update very seriously.
Samsung's 7th Android 13 update has started to roll out for the Fold4 international devices, F936B. bringing with it the April Security patch, bug fixes and improvements.
This is a newer build to the one already received on U.S. devices, CWC9 vs CWCC as expected.
Build number = F936BXXU2CWCC
Build date = 24 March 2023
Android Security patch = 01 April 2023
Download size = 1714.09MB
Camera version = 13.1.00.32
It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.
