Because you flashed OXM firmware for another region! EUX (OXM) was not updated with the October patch. Now you need to flash back the original firmware for EUX and then you will probably receive an invitation to Samsung Members

ah shoot can you try to grab the update link using httpcanary before you finish the download?
For anyone willing to help this how you can get the OTA to share with the rest of us:

1. Load canary
2. Start the update download but don't pause it.
3. Go back to canary and start that and it will grab the link.

exactly, and we should consider bugs on very first release since as soon as I can see there is no beta version (well maybe it does exist and was not leaked, but as foor s9+ we are not able to check the bug in advance and report).

I have the same model, and no, there isn't an update out yet. The one that is available from France is only for the LTE version.

Got tired of waiting for the update, so I plugged my phone into my computer, and am using Smart Switch to install it. It will be interesting to see if it's September or October when it's done.

Mine is unlocked
ive a unlocked device too, but i didnt see the banner in members.

cant download.. someone needs to capture the download link with HTTPCanary app for me and other XDA users .

Oh it's only if fully unlocked from Samsung or Argos etc not with unlocked and carrier firmware , well that sucks
