You will be my savior if you can do that for me , and no , i cant figure out where do wires go on motheboard , on battery there is 3 something like pins , 2 of them are + and - ,and they are easy recognisable , but on mobo i cant find it , i would love if you can just take a picture , and link it here :fingers-crossed:

You can either connect it to pins behind broken mobo connector but i think those are really small. I found these alternatives. You don't have to connect to both of outside ones. Just one of them

other set of pins that has solder on it is directly from battery board. You will have to remove that plastic foil from it and remove ribbon connector and solder wires directly. Just make sure you put back that white paper thats placed between board and battery

No Service without External antenna

I recently was looking for ways to increase my T-Mobile Dash's reception. I found a cheap and easy way to make an external antenna out of copper wire.
It worked, but now every time I remove the antenna, I have no service.
Did I ruined my phone permanently?
Is their an easy fix?
How do I re-enable the internal antenna?
Thanks Svoms
ummm just wondering where did you stick the copper antenna.

Dude! It clearly states that its for an emergency situation when your phone's life isnt a priority. Im thinking you jacked your phone up! You might be able to buy some replaceable parts, thats prob your best shot. Bummer dude.
you do realize if you did what demonstrated....you could have fried your phone.
You do know you create static electricity?? Since the copper wire was not rubber coated, ZAP!!!!
Shame on him for not telling people to cover it with tape, wax, whatever.....LOL
Make an emergency light ...
... using only an over-head power cable, a piece of bare copper wire and a gullible human being.
Don't ...
... under any circumstances do the above.
No.
Really, don't.
It will really, really hurt and you cant even finish the crossword by the light emitted anyway.
Don't do it ...
Step away from the pylon ...
Lol I see, so my question is why did you do that?
Let me tell ya I look badass with a wire hanging out of my phone..
Well thanks for trying to help..I'm getting a new phone soon anyways.

Hi
I'm searching for someone who is able to replace a 220 coil and solder the antenna connector for me. I have a replacement coil (6r8) attached to another logic board. lcd & digitizer both working fine. if any one is able to help in anyway it would really appreciate it.
phone no longer has warranty as its in pieces.
thanks bevan

Someone in Sweden I guess..?
that would be ideal, but finding some1 has not been easy as Swedish is not my native language so explaining this this stuff proves to be a hurdle.
just thought I'd try my luck here.
Hello
I soldered a couple o' things for my old Nokia N73 back in the day. I have no experience with HTC phones but if nobody else pops up, I'll do it.
I live in Finland so it's not a very long distance either.
PM me.

[Q] Unglued cable digitizer Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Hello!
I just finish to "unglued" my digitizer cable on my note 2 ,
Please, just take a look at the picture, maybe can I do something to put it back.
Look like unglued..have you any idea if that flex cable it's glued or soldered ?
Thank you very much.
Wow.. I just did the exact same thing yesterday.. same spot on the cable and everything. I did it when I was replacing the glass.. I've tried taping it back.. and now I've tried gluing it , the touch kinda works but really inconsistent and annoying. I've spent way too much time trying to fix it and think I'm just gonna sell as parts now. What did you end up doing? Any luck getting it reattached? If you were successful please let me know what you did.

For me, was no way to put back this flex cable... and I think its close to impossible to make something good with this display.
I just stored that display ....for don't throw it.
Good luck!
this is a usual ribbon cable. i teared mine replacing the screen... will try to replace it and report back.
maybe it will require light smd oven soldering and that will suck big time. maybe i can just pressure it down somehow. your cases are much better, you still have the original cable and half of it is already soldered making it much easier to solder the rest.

thats not the same part, the part u listed on ebay is for the stylus. U can easily tell its not the same part as shown in the original post. Check out this youtube video at the 20:50 minute mark, it will show u the exact parts and u can tell. Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxgZeb5QytM
Unfortunatly the part the original poster pictured is part of the digitizer and is near impossible to fix once ripped. all ive been able to find online is that ribbon cable being sold with the digitizer itself. If anyone else actually finds the part shown in the original post please do post back.

[Q] p6 battery problems

my p6 is having major issues with its battery it says its 100% charged then will switch off with no power if I don't have it plugged into the charger it wont stay on even though it says its got full battery any ideas?
Service!
Phone is not getting power from battery!
i think its not soltware problem, but hardwave.
Sent from my HUAWEI P6-U06 using xda app-developers app
I had thought the same that it must be the battery or charging port that was at fault as ive tried various software and no change I have no idea what has caused it, the battery in the p6 is not exactly easy to replace, and would prefer not to have to start pulling it apart even though I am quite good and know my way around phones its not something I would like to have to do.
thanks for reply.
if it is hardware I have no idea whats caused it I have not dropped the phone its not water damaged and is well looked after...

if u have warranty then take it to service, if not then u can tray to reaplace battery ( just take it out and put it back )
oh I wish it was that easy lol im guessing you have not actually taken the rear panel off a Huawei p6 and looked inside the battery is fixed into place and would take some effort to remove and is not something I would recommend that anybody who is not well skilled and has a a very steady hand to try! its definitely a job best left tp service engineers or qualified professionals its just not worth taking the chance that a tiny mistake is made as there is no room for mistakes on the inside of this phone a mistake means no more phone...

I have completely disassembled my Huawei p6 now the problem was the battery, not sure why but it had begun to expand inside the phone and the circuit on the battery had also failed, have found a place to buy new battery from so once I receive that will put phone back together and hopefully it will be fine...

yes my battery did same thing too.. my point wasnt that it couldnt be done just s somebpdy said prev to be carefull.
i took my p6 to a so called tech and mobile ex he was no expert thats for sure ended up fitting new battery new lcd and new mic/earphone sock flex too myself, of course the parts were at the experts(lol) cost not my own.
i actually changed my housing too from black to white, thought while buying new lcd i would get white one as already had full off housing waiting...
so long as great care is taken, use plenty of good light, and proper mobile disassembly tools are used, then only other real thing you need is to find as much info on taking the phone apart so that you know ex what ur doing before you begin.
good luck to anybody that takes this on...
and hope your mobile is workin fine now with its new battery!

Where is the problem? Display, connectors or gpu?

maybe corrosion on LCD conector or in the motherboard, or maybe a defective screen controller.
if you are in guarantee time is better to send it to LG Repair Center...if not, you can try dissasemble your phone and verify the connector cables to detect what's wrong, if dont see corrosion or connector deffective, LG Spares sell the whole screen with LCD/touch controller...so you have to buy to make it work again.

yeah, it on guarantee time, but it better to go directly to LG Repair center or store where I bought the phone (Media markt, Parque Nascente)?

oh! you are Portuguese, and close to me! i'm from Valongo...yeah, it's better to go to Media Markt and expose your problem to the guy in assistence...and it will go for the guarantee...
but before that make sure you do a factory reset on the phone (if you are rooted or something unusual than the guarantee dont cover).
good luck.
