Not sure if this question has been asked but is there a way to steal widgets from different launcher to use for one specific launcher?
if there is, can you give me a brief instruction on how to and i will gladly do it and share it with the group.
Thank you

I have installed some widgets and they do not appear in the widget list in any other launcher beside the stock TwLauncher. Any ideas why? thx
Nice job posting the same bloody thread twice in a row.
You know passing it off as a mistake is sort of impossible when the forum has a same post detection system.
This is a request to "Nova launcher" for adding an option for hiding apps from the app drawer.
there are many launchers that have this option.
i opened this thread to get support for this option and ask to add it in the next release.
i could choose another launcher but this is the only launcher that goes smooth with ICS (specially galaxy nexus)
thank you all for the support!!!
Nova launcher has a dedicated thread. And u can contact the developer directly.
And since you can only get it from that thread, its clear you know where it is.

Nova Launcher has a thread but it's over 200 pages and over 2000 posts.
there is a way to contact the developer but this post will show the people who are interested in it in one place.
i was looking for people who share same interest not party p**pers.
PS: thank god you're not an admin.
If you look in the nova launcher thread there's a link where you can request and vote for new features. I believe hiding apps has already been requested

Hello everyone,
Hope fine last night I downloaded Zooper and got Idea how to customized and create widgets so I created my own first widget and sharing the screenshot to get feedback from Zooper users.
If you like please give feedback and Ideas so I create other widgets and share here for others.
Thanks.

Sry but too much for me. Little bit like wall of text.

I'm fairly new to zooper and am using nova prime. I use folders to make things tidy, while at the same time having access to all of my frequently used apps. I am wondering if it is possible, and if so, how would I create a widget (I want to create a text widget with transparency) that links or is the cover to a folder. Is this possible?
Thanks much and great app..

I'm also using Nova and still haven't been able to figure this out. In the mean time, I use simi widget but I would like to have Zooper support folders on its own. I can create them in the app drawer, but Zooper doesn't recognize them. Did you ever find a solution to this, or are you just using a third party app?
I was never able to get this to work with Nova. I also tried many of the other popular launchers including Apex, ADW, and Smart Launcher, but none of them worked either. What is required is a launcher that allows creation of a shortcut to a folder or group or something. To date, I've only found two launchers that do this: Themer and Lightning Launcher. Both are good, but for me, I really like the amount of configurability of Lightning Launcher. If you put in the time to work with it and combine it with Zooper, many of the "effects" that Themer tries to simulate, such as slide out drawers which have to be done with multiple screens a lot of widget duplication, can actually be made truly functional in Lightning Launcher. Check here to see a great example of this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/themer/zooper-templates/one-theme-t2790386
Hi xda,
Is there any way to add the Easyhome contact widget to a different launcher? For reference, this is what I'm looking for, and it seems to be only available in Easyhome: http://i.imgur.com/nqDRldr.jpg
The contact widget in the regular launcher just isn't the same. Easyhome is a bit too simple for me, but this option is just so functional and aesthetically pleasing that I'm seriously hoping there's some way to apply it to the regular home. I haven't been able to find it as a downloadable widget either :/ Does anyone potentially have a solution for me? I appreciate any insight at all, and thank you tremendously.
Anthony.
