Did you verify whether the powerbanks energy output is high enough? The HTC "stock" wall charger provides 5V and 1.5A. The powerbank I used for my old One S for example only provides 5V and 0.5A. Since the M9 discharges aproximately around 0.7A while the screen is on (there is a thread somewhere here on xda where someone measured the exact value but I can't find it right now) so weaker powerbanks like my old one may not be powerful enough.
It's working awesome! it's working better than wall charger..

I have a RavPower 15000mah with a 2.1a and 2.4a outputs. It charges my M9 without any problems.

Thank you guys. These powerbanks are looking very solid and compact. Exactly what I need during long bicycle tours Thanks for Feedback
Yep mine works, 2.1A output, 5v, charges in around 1 hour.

Charging without the travel adapter

Is there any problem in not using the travel adapter for appropriate output (1.8A, 5V) instead directly charging with USB cable to an output of 2.1A, 5V?
Yes, you can use an adapter that puts out 5 Volts at 2.1 amps instead of the LG charger that came with the phone.

Will the extra Ampere(ie. 2.1A) cause any battery burning or damage? I'm using the dual SIM variant that doesn't support Quick Charging. Model Number: H818P.
No, the phone will only draw as much current as it needs. The power supply can't force more current through than the phone wants to accept.

What if as a contradictory case I'm plugging it to an output of just 1A, 5V?

The phone will charge at a much slower rate at 1A. It's even possible that the phone will slowly discharge at 1A, especially if you are using/playing with the phone.

When i purchased mine (in the US), there was no charger included. My wife's moto g didn't come with one either. I don't think the 1st generation even has an original charger.

Lol..... even my one too...hahaha
My Moto G don't had a charger in the box.
The charger was only included in a few countrys.
I had no charger to, think only a few country's had that.
But any 5V 1A (1000mA) good one will work just fine.
Great Battery chargers

Do u have any suggestion for such 2amp chargers?
I don't know which branded tab's are available in ur country. even any chinese low end set, charger gives true amp. its hard to believe that amazon basic charger I've bought that didn't give as they told.
If you're in the UK and are a cheapskate, then the POUNDLAND charging plug and a decent USB cable would suffice, and it would only cost £2-£4 in total.
If you're still skeptical about the build quality of these, then check these two videos out:

I have 2 Moto G's - one purchased in Canada, where I live, and another I bought in India. The India one's charger got damaged, but I only used it in emergencies as it had low amperage (350 mA). I just use my PC with the USB cable from the other one (200 mA), or the charger from my Motorola two-way radios which can charge both at the same time (500 mA each), but if you want to, you can ask Motorola Support where to get one. I believe you can contact them through Motorola's Device Help app, but I'm not sure as the chat function won't work in Canada, though it did in India.

A3 2017 charger

The gsmarena review said their unit came with the Fast Charger which is 2A. However, mine (A320F/DS) came with 1.5A charger. Just wondering if everyone got the 1.5A charger or some came with a higher amperage one.

A320F doesn't support fast or quick charge..
A5 and A7 does
I don't know what "fast or quick charge" mean. (1 hour = 100% charge?)
My A320F come with a 1,5A charger, which I find already pretty fast to charge with!
I got a 5.3V 2A charger. But in the settings it is rated 5V 1.55A. Fast charging is 9V 1.67A charging.

Even if we use a powerful charger we are limited by:
-Software that have disabled fast charging
-Hardware limited connection with resistors that combined with firmware values in EFS, does not allow more voltage/amps

Here's the specs on my Huawei MateBook X Pro 65w intelligent charger.
I tried it on my Note 10+ and the 25w charger that came with the phone actually charges faster.

There was another post. If you read the specs on the samsung charger it's 4.5A/10V, so you need a 4.5A charger to even come close
