Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue screen - Galaxy Tab 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

*****FIXED*****
I attempted to revive a bricked device on boot loop using download mode and ODIN.
Later an error occurred and my table was brought to ''firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen.
I am unable to use Kies because it cannot detect my device as I cant boot into download mode , as soon as I power on, I am taken to the same screen.
*short: I can't get PC to recognise device and cannot enter download mode.(I have installed drives)
Is there any solution to this?
Thank you!
EDIT: I just found out about USB jigs, will any jig work with my device or do I need a certain compatible one (Can't seem to find anything)

[Q] Tab 3 8.0 not charging, no boot, no download mode. Any help?

Hello friends. I´m new in the forums, but I have now a huge problem in my hands.
I have a Samsung SM-T311 and it stopped working days ago. It wouldn't boot or charge. Recently, a message appeared in the screen, "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again".
I can start in Download Mode screen sometimes, with the USB cable in my PC. But as soon as I press "vol up" to enter the Download Mode, it restarts into the "Firmware upgrade encountered..." screen.
So, I have now an incredibly unstable tablet, that won´t boot or charge unless connected in my PC. And even connected, the only thing it shows is that message in the screen. Download Mode is not reachable, so I cant restore it in Kies or Odin, since it cannot be detected.
I know, it´s a mess. But before I send it to any repair services, there´s anything I can do to try and restore my device?
Thanks in advance.

Download your stock firmware from sammobile.com. Flash it using Odin.
The "firmware encountered an error" screen should work the same as the download mode screen. Just connect to pc when you get to that screen and make sure that it is detected in Odin.

It´s not detected by Odin. But thanks for the quick answer anyway.
EDIT: Well, after some effort, could start in download mode. But my computer can´t recognize the device anyway, either in Odin or Kies. It was working perfectly before, don´t think it´s hardware related.
Try reloading the Samsung drivers onto your PC. This may, or may not help. However, not reloading the drivers will keep you in the same state you are in now. Connecting the device and having Odin not recognize it is there tells me the drivers are invalid or corrupted or no longer there. It could also mean your device bootrom is badly damaged.
You may also want to try different USB ports on the PC. When you plug in the device to the computer, you can go to Computer Management / Device Manager and see which port the Samsung is trying to access.
Can you access recovery mode?
Also, try different USB cables.. They are NOT all created equal.
Some will charge.... but not connect to PC for file transfer..
It's real.. try different cables once you've reached D/L mode..
good luck
PS easy way to goto D/L mode is hold 'power' and 'Vol down' together, ONLY
Dont even mess with trying to hold the 'Home" button too..

Failed to mount EFS, Bootlogo loop N7100

Hello!
My Note 2 died a few days ago and nothing seem to help it live again.
It stays stuck on the Samsung logo when I try to boot it up and accessing the recovery gives me the errors in the picture (can't mount EFS etc...).
It was working fine and it suddendly stopped working.
I can enter download mode fine and everything seems to be ok there, the product name is there, System Status: Official, Current Binary: Samsung Official.
I tried flashing a 4.4 Rom via Odin but it fails giving me a NAND write error, I also tried to use Kies firmware initialization but Kies doesn't detect my phone, it gets stuck on "establishing connection". I'm sure my cable is working fine because I tried connecting another Samsung phone, I also tried all the USB ports and a different PC too.
I read that it could be due to EMMC memory fail and that it can be fixed by replacing the motherboard only, but I also read that people with that problem also get a blank Product Name in download mode, which isn't my case.
Is it really an hardware problem? Can I try some other routes?
It won't let me posts images so here's a link to the problem I encounter in recovery mode

S9 download mode straight into emergency recovery function (loop)

hi all,
appreciate any feedback/help on a weird issue i am facing with my old S9
i might have flashed with a corrupted S9 stock firmware - but here's the current situation post previous flash:
when i power up into pre download mode, before i can even press "volume up" to get into actual download mode, the screen jumps straight into emergency mode, where it says "an error has occurred while updating the device software. use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software"
the phone currently boots directly into the emergency recovery function, tried connecting to PC via USB, PC does not detect the phone at all
tried to connect to ODIN during download mode, but the connection last about 2 seconds as the download mode jumps straight into emergency mode and connection to ODIN is disconnected hence not able to reflash

SM-T800 possibly bricked?

Hey guys, I am trying to repair an SM-T800 that a retired co-worker left in his office on his last day. Unfortunately this means I dont know if ADB is/was enabled in settings, nor do I know what he did to screw it up. I have installed the latest Samsung USB drivers on my PC. When you try to boot up it gets stuck on the logo screen with the error "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" and will not go beyond that.
I can get in to recovery: https://dl.xda-cdn.com/5/1/3/2/7/1/5/20201109_150504.jpg?key=mBcAaKMn5XfEKbdT-D9RAg&ts=1604952923 However when i go into ADB; my PC will not detect it. I performed a wipe data/system factory reset and I get stuck with the same error on the logo screen. If i reboot to Bootloader I get stuck at the same error on the logo screen.
I can get however get into download mode.: https://dl.xda-cdn.com/5/1/3/2/7/2/7/20201109_154421.jpg?key=AVyFna3n1f9PXJ6O6fWIig&ts=1604954839 but Odin will not detect the tablet.
I tried multiple cables on on multiple different PCs and it will not detect through ADB/Odin either. Is there a flashable zip I can install via microSD card from the stock recovery? Are there any de-brick tools? Any assistance anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.
I can't count how many times I've soft bricked my T800. Odin has always been my savior. My thoughts are, if you can get it into download mode, but even with multiple USB cables, Odin fails to respond, you've possibly got a damaged USB port on the tab. Does Windows respond when you connect it to a USB port. (USB2 ONLY, I believe.)
