Hi, first sorry for my bad english (I don't speak to much) but I have a problem with my phone, sometimes the wifi speed crash or go to slow men... I don't know what can i do, so I go to setting and tap factory data reset and that fix the problem.
But... Two or three days later I have the same problem and I do the same thing.
Can someone tell me other solution? Or definitive solution for this problem?
Thanks.

Hi community
the wifi signal of my oneplus 3 is very weak compared to my old samsung note 4.
I get around 1-5 Mbps at a distance of 8 meters between my oneplus 3 and the wifi router, while my note 4 is still pushing up to 35-45 Mbps.
Anyone else with the same issue or maybe a fix?
I have no problems with my router here in India.
Maybe try connecting in 5ghz mode or try to do a clean ROM flash or maybe just a factory reset.
Any custom kernels flashed by you..?
wifi disconnects suddenly and connects again in one or two mins. im also waiting for a fix or i dont know this is a hardware problem

Maybe the phone is connecting to a bad channel of your wifi.
Check with Wifi Analyzer an app from Play store to see which channel is it on.
Same problem! I have to try with different channels.
Same here. Tried a lot of different things but the issue stills there. The issue occurs both at my home and at my work place. No issue at all with my iPhone 6s and my MacBook.

I think I find solution for 2,4Ghz. Its working for me
/system/et/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_conf.ini
go to line:
#Channel Bonding
gChannelBondingMode5Ghz=1
gChannelBondingMode24Ghz=0 <---you need to change this to 1
My phone has seen only 54/72Mb/s link speed, after that in 2,4 ghz all works great, detect 150Mb/s from router. And speeds go from 44 to 80Mb/s
It is just the OP3.
Try is without a cover. I found that the cover I bought for my OP3 blocks the antenna strips and interferes with WiFi and LTE
Hello, I recently bought a second hand One plus 3. It was factory resetted and has the latest software on it but i cant connect to any wifi network...
I've tried rebooting, resetting, fxr wifi repair app, rebooting the router and so on but nothing has worked
Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I think the next step is putting cyanogenmod on it like a friend of mine said and look if it works then?
Any information would be appreciated
Does your router accept new MAC adresses or did you block them from accessing? That's a step people often take and forget about it when buying new devices.

did you tried cynogenmod os?????did it worked??????
and one advice to check if the mobile is not water damaged.
Thanks
Under the advanced wifi settings, try turning off the wifi settings and then turn it back on. See if that helps
Hi guys.
I bought 2 piece of a2 lite for my parents when they came abroad to visit me.
When they went back my mom was complaining about not being able to send any photo or voice message through WhatsApp.
I tried to troubleshoot the issue and came to the conclusion that both devices had 0kbps upload speed at home.
They don't have this issue outside. The problem is that laptop, tablet and other devices at home are all fine it's just these 2 a2 lites with this problem.
We can't prove that is a router fault to the provider as they sent their technician to check and on his devices things were fine too.
I was wondering if anyone experienced something like this before? Or has any idea on what could cause this odd incompatibility?
- All the speed test websites report 0kbps on the mi a2s.
- my parents are not able to send or upload file through any app.
Update system and then factory reset

systems are updated both, I'm trying to avoid factory reset cause it'll be troublesome for me to troubleshoot it.
But anyway I don't see much chance that a factory reset be effective in this case as the problem is happening to 2 unit.

What frequency are the phones using for WLAN 2.4 or 5GHz? 5GHz should be prefered, because of known Android 9 problems with BT/GPS while using 2.4GHz. What is the signal strength? Did you try to remove the WLAN-connections inside the phones settings and to establish them again? You could try to change the used WLAN channel inside the router, personally I prefer not to use auto-channel-mode.
You might try to disable "Mobile Data always active" inside the developer-options. Sounds stupid, but I had some trouble while it was activated aswell.
Unfortunately the router is 2.4ghz, I tried changing the channel and no luck. They've also tried to remove the connection and reconnect again but nothing happened.
Hey guys, first of all i don't know much about these stuff so you gotta bear with me haha.I got my Redmi Note 9 Pro about a month ago, first time owning a Xiaomi device. My phone is running MIUI 12.0.1 Global. My wi-fi constantly disconnects and i have to use 4G.Even when it's connected sometimes there is no internet. Is there a known fix for this since i've seen other people having problems too. Also sometimes i have to open Instagram or Messenger to get the notifications, any fix for this?
I would really like some tips about what i should do, maybe new ROM? Is that easy to do? I honestly have no idea what i'm doing atm.

you could try a reset back to factory settings, if that does not work id get a refund, then buy another and hope it was just a bad batch.
Hi,
I own a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE. I have updated to the latest MIUI Official V12.5.8.0.RKOEUXM.
From the beginning, I'm facing the issue that mobile data is not working. You're navigating and suddenly all stop and finally it shows the error no network.
After restarting is working fine again but it's very annoying. I've been looking for help but nothing found has helped.
Is anyone else facing this issue?
Thanks for your help and time!

Hey. There
For some Days I also having mobile data problems. My phone så browser says No internet connection..
When i turn phone off or disable mobile data off for 30 min IT Works for a short period, then IT stopps again. I can use Wi-Fi at home.
I have factory restored my Device but its didnt helped. Swiched to second sim slot and nothing..
Gould be cool od someone knew how to fix it. Or need to send it in. Had this phone 3 months .
Specs..
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE
MIUI 12.5.7.0 stable
Model 2109119DG
Same problem here. I'll preface this by saying that I work in a place where the reception isn't great, but with my old Huwaei it never happened.
When I lock the smartphone and then unlock it after a while it shows 4G+ but in reality there is no connection.
Last night at the gym (in a basement where the reception is zero) after I left it wouldn't pick up the network again.
To solve it I have to put on and take off the airplane mode.... Very very frustrating.
I also replaced the sim card with a new one but no dice.
MIUI 13.0.5.0 Stable
Thanks all for the replies.
So I'm not alone, but it looks that some people have not issues.
Looks also problem is on MIUI 12.5 and also on MIUI 13.
I think it is a hardware problem, not software.
In these days Ill take it in assistance and I will update you.
Unfortunately, it has been too many days since my purchase and I can no longer return it. Super regretful that I didn't get a samsung a52s!

Tv'et said that there ser problems with the antennas or something and in some Days they will fix it . They said i need to chance from LTE to 3G till its fixed..
They should have write something on their homepage. Will have helped , so I didnt had to factory reset.
That's All for now.. Have nice weekend you All.
Hope you will have yours problem fixet.
Bye
I also had major issues with my mobile network on 1 of the simcards. (I am using dual sim)
If your provider supports 5g then call with the dialer *#*#4636#*#*
you will see a menu with 3 options. the first selection is simcard 1 the second simcard 2.
change the prefered network type to NR / LTE / GSM /WCDMA or whaterver ur provider is supporting, NR = 5G network.
Make sure you disable VoLTE for both the sim cards since this was disabling my download from mobile networks.
hi guys, yesterday I took my cell phone out of repair. They replaced the motherboard and now it seems to be working fine, no signal loss.

Hi @ddanielee , that's a great news!
Is it still working since then? All fine?
Did they say something if this is a common issue?
Thanks for your comments and feedback!

Hi Raulci, i replied u in the other thread!
Just wanted to let you know that during the last weeks, I haven't experienced any other mobile data issue again. I have changed anything. Let's see if it continues this way.
Yes its a problem. Initially i thought its miui 13 problem. But reading above comments with slow speed/ 4g connectivity issues in 12.5 it seems its hardware related. Inferior modem or low quality antennas could be the case. I was hoping to fix by reverting to 12.5.
Same problem i have mi 11 x i even go to the service centre they factory restart my device and it's not fixed they said it must bu hardware problem
