You'll likely have to call at&t to get your phone provisioned properly.

If you care about HD Voice/VoLTE, you'll have to call or chat support to get them to provision that on your account if it already isn't activated.

What does provision mean and how does that work? Also thank you for the quick response. Do I have to buy it directly from google or can you buy it from a store or Verizon store?

Provisioning a phone is marking the phone in a carrier's system for use with certain features that the carrier offers.
If you care about unlocking the bootloader, you'll need to buy a Google version.
If you just want the phone, you can get a Verizon version from any retailer that sells the phone. Buying a Verizon version at the Verizon store without a Verizon account might be difficult.

You can use either one if you have your device SIM unlocked. All you have to do is pop in the new SIM, and you're good to go.

I've never used a GoPhone, or any prepaid service. I think you might need to activate the service on the prepaid phone, and then transfer the SIM to the Rhodium. I think you'll have to keep track of the minutes/units on the website for the service, if it's one of those pay-per-minute/unit services.
Anyway, as I mentioned, as long as your device is SIM unlocked, you should be able to use any SIM card from anywhere in the world in it without any problem.
I am about to purchase off someone a 128gb Pixel XL Verizon unlocked and wanted to make sure I could use it with Sprint? Can anyone confirm this?

The Verizon version is not SIM locked. It will work on any carrier. I'm using mine on Fi network without problem.
Yes, the phone purchased from anywhere can be used on any of the major carriers.

Could I use the sim card out of my S7 Edge in the Pixel? Or is there a certain sim card I need to get from sprint?

It's the same size sim card. As long as it is a Sprint sim card it should work. You may need to call Sprint and have them do something on their end or on their website to move it over.

I switched to US Mobile to get Verizon because my friend also has a 7T on UsMo vzw; however, he has the global version and I have the TMo version. At that point I had figured the hardware was the same, but I can't even get past US Mobile's iemi check to activate my phone on Verizon. I've checked some other mvnos and the same thing keeps happening.... IMEI is not supported.
1. What mvno has anybody actually had their Timo(HD1907) version activated on Verizon?
If so, did it require any trickery?
2. My buddy has a Glaxy S10 on Verizon proper. Could I use his IMEI to activate the Sim and then just put the Sim in my 7t?

Assuming the 1907 has the necessary bands for VZW then yes this should work. I often just ask for the IMEI of verizon craigslist sellers then input that into the VZW website portal to get activated. I actually have a small collection of them, as acquiring one in store from a display unit doesnt usually work anymore since those are blacklisted for store use only.

Good idea! I wound up using wife's IMEI and it worked.
My unlocked US variant cannot be connected on firstnet. The att rep is telling me that even though my phone has band 14, that it's not "programed" to work like it would on att firmware. I've read online that some people, in the past (it's been years) have flashed their unlocked samsung with att firmware and that they have gotten everything to work, including volte and features like that. Can anyone elaborate if this is posible to make it work?
This is false. I use and purchased a Fold 3 on FirstNet.
I work IT for county government. It works just fine.

Figured what the rep told me was false. Their system won't take my imei for some reason
The associates in store are generally very unhelpful with FirstNet. Are you the point of contact for your account?

Were you able to work it out and do you mind if I PM you?
I bought my phone from Verizon and OEM Unlock is grayed out. Is there a method to make this active? Do I need to switch carriers? Do I call Verizon and ask for something specific? Am I screwed? From what I've read, I feel like I'm screwed.

There's nothing that can be done if you purchased a Verizon model except return it if you can and get an unlocked/non-Verizon model.

Okay, thanks.
Huh, I hadn't thought of that, switching carriers and getting unlocked. I'm taking my family to T-Mobile this weekend. I just cannot afford Verizon anymore in this economy.
I had a phone unlocked previously (going from T-Mo to Verizon) and it required the device to be paid off and then a phone call to the carrier before the option was available. I'd recommend a quick call/chat with Verizon, I'm pretty sure there is no reason you can't unlock the device as long as it is paid off.
Verizon does not link their SIM unlocks to OEM unlocks. There is no conversation to have with them.

What @LLStarks said. Verizon devices simply cannot be bootloader unlocked.
