I am about to purchase off someone a 128gb Pixel XL Verizon unlocked and wanted to make sure I could use it with Sprint? Can anyone confirm this?

The Verizon version is not SIM locked. It will work on any carrier. I'm using mine on Fi network without problem.
Yes, the phone purchased from anywhere can be used on any of the major carriers.

Could I use the sim card out of my S7 Edge in the Pixel? Or is there a certain sim card I need to get from sprint?

It's the same size sim card. As long as it is a Sprint sim card it should work. You may need to call Sprint and have them do something on their end or on their website to move it over.

Actually, it sounds like you're going to have some problems > https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-xl/help/sprint-users-able-to-activate-t3484169

You can use either one if you have your device SIM unlocked. All you have to do is pop in the new SIM, and you're good to go.

I've never used a GoPhone, or any prepaid service. I think you might need to activate the service on the prepaid phone, and then transfer the SIM to the Rhodium. I think you'll have to keep track of the minutes/units on the website for the service, if it's one of those pay-per-minute/unit services.
Anyway, as I mentioned, as long as your device is SIM unlocked, you should be able to use any SIM card from anywhere in the world in it without any problem.
So I'm trying to buy a note 2. I see lots of unlocked on Craigslist, so can those be used on Verizon.? Or do I have to but a special sim card... Just need some enlightenment please.

If the phone is sim unlocked, then it should be fine to be used on any carrier. However, not all carrier allow sim unlocked devices to work with their sim cards as the have blocked sim cards. I am not familiar with Verizon, but at first sight it should work flawlessly. :good:
Okay. Thanks
If anyone else comes across this.. The final answer is that it cannot be activated on vzw
Im coming from the Note 2 which has a non removable SIM to my knowledge. I used a relatives upgrade so I think Sprint assumed I have a SIM. Question is: Will I need to get a SIM card to activate the phone?

All Sprint LTE phones come with a SIM card (paired with the MEID and/or IMEI of the phone). No, you don't need to get a SIM to activate the Note 4. It comes with one already and will be activated/provisioned on your account when you activate..

So I'm assuming that the phone will come provisioned to activate using the phone number of the relative whose upgrade i used? Is this something we can call sprint and have switched so it activates using my phone number? Thanks for the help.

Just call in to C.S or use web chat and they'll handle it fine.

It will come with the SIM in the phone. I came from the Note II as well. All I had to do was go online to the activate tab. Boot up the phone, let it do it's thing and was all set. Took less than five minutes.
I don't have Verizon was wondering how hard it is it to get a pixle on AT&T? Is this possible can i just buy one and pop my sim card in?

You'll likely have to call at&t to get your phone provisioned properly.

If you care about HD Voice/VoLTE, you'll have to call or chat support to get them to provision that on your account if it already isn't activated.

What does provision mean and how does that work? Also thank you for the quick response. Do I have to buy it directly from google or can you buy it from a store or Verizon store?

Provisioning a phone is marking the phone in a carrier's system for use with certain features that the carrier offers.
If you care about unlocking the bootloader, you'll need to buy a Google version.
If you just want the phone, you can get a Verizon version from any retailer that sells the phone. Buying a Verizon version at the Verizon store without a Verizon account might be difficult.
Is there anyway I can install other carrier e-sim on my verizon P6P
I have unlocked it but can't use e-sim other than verizon
I'm using Spectrum mobile and can install an Esim from any carrier that offers it. If you have a physical sim in slot one you should be able to add anothers provider Esim in slot 2.

Ok. I assumed it was the Google version since you said it was unlocked. I can't remember the last time I bought from a carrier but I would think that if it is SIM unlocked you should be able to do it.

I thought you were using Verizon as your primary.
Have you tried a physical SIM for your carrier? Does it at least work that way in the meantime?
I am using other carrier, I have unlocked carrier through bootloader
Any carrier Physical sim is working but can't add e-sim

I’m not sure how you managed to unlock the carrier through the bootloader… you wouldn’t have a Verizon P6P. Although Verizon automatically unlock their phones after 60 days. I do have a Verizon P6P and can confirm eSIM works fine with any other [US] carrier. Not sure outside of the US. Just ignore the Verizon verbiage and scan the other carrier’s QR code. Works every time. I’m using a T-Mobile eSIM in my Verizon P6P right now.
