[Bricked] ZE551ML bootloop - ADB sideload, ASUS FlashTool, xFSTK - not working

Hello everyone,
I have big problem with my Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. Phone started standard OTA update but something went wrong... So what's the situation?
- firmware: LRX21V.WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.19.40.22_20150627_5104_user
- I can flash using fastboot. I tried to flash dnx, ifwi, fastboot, splashscreen, boot, recovery and system. Flashing process works good but there is no reaction after all. I was flashing phone using files from here: asus.com/zentalk/thread-79657-1-1.html
- I can charge the battery, run fastboot mode, enter ADB Sideload mode, phone is visible in fastboot and adb terminal
- I can run system recovery, wipe data, wipe cache
- Problem is with OS - there is only Asus logo with circle - classic bootloop
- I can't flash new system using ADB Sideload mode - process stops with error when it try to update IFWI (screen from cmd is under this text, phone restarts immediately)
- I can't flash new system using RAW file and Asus Flash Tool - "Flash image failure(FAILED (remote: GPT command failed)"
- I can't fix bootloader using xFSTK - "XFSTK-STATUS--Error Code: 29 - ER25 - Programming /n ER25 - Storage Programming Error /n ER25 - IFWI checksum mismatch FUPH.IFWIChxxSum"
I don't know what to to now. I tried every single tutorial. Everytime there is a problem. I have all drivers, I tried each method few times on two PCs with Windows 7 and 10. I am using USB2.0 port...
Anyone could tell me if its even possible to fix this phone?

Deadlock to my HTC 616

Hello everyone, I have an HTC desire 616 with a custom bootloader thanks to SPflash tool (done months ago) and now I need to perform a factory reset. Unfortunately I have:
- factory resets return, I have a "mount error"
- adb is only available in sideload mode and I cannot install anything since the security check of OTA package with my device fails.
- fastboot does not help since the bootloader is locked and I don t know how to reboot the device in download mode: "fastboot reboot emergency" says something about EDL dowload but goes back stuck in logo.
I wrote deadlock cause adb regular commands dont work, I need to flash a custom recovery from fastboot but cannot unlock the bootloader nor enter in download mode which I can enter only from adb. Yippee ki yay!
I have the latest HTC Sync Manager, Adb and fastboot, java sdk, Android sdk.
Any help??

[SOLVED] TWRP Bootlop, no ROM installed, fastboot not detected...

SOLVED, the solution is simple, i just quickly installed the adb drivers during the TWRP screen showed up... have to attempt a few times but finally get it to works, then i flashed the rom using fastboot mode
Hey, i was in twrp and i wiped data and system, and it suddenly reboots...
after booting it shows some error messages then it reboots again in loop... i have no OS installed currently
i tried go to fastboot mode, installed adb drivers on 3 different computers each running windows 7, 8, and 10 but still cannot detect the device in fastboot mode...
anyone knows the solution ?? Thanks Before...

- download "P2a42_S048_161111_ROW_fastboot"
- Download this file" flashall.rar"
- Go to the file "P2a42_S048_161111_ROW_fastboot" and unzip it .. !!
- Unzip the file "flashall.rar" and move the file to the folder (P2a42_S048_161111_ROW_fastboot / sw )
Then Install ROM ... by fastboot mode ... and clicking on the flashall file

Anyways, back to the original issue. So you're saying your phone isn't recognized in fastboot? When I wipe system and data and then go into fastboot and enter "fastboot devices" it shows nothing but I can still flash files into the phone. I'm guessing this is because the phone has no 'name' due to the system wiping. So try going into fastboot on your phone, connect it to PC and open adb, and then enter the command 'fastboot flash recovery twrp.img' (download the latest version of TWRP for Lenovo P2 and rename it to twrp).
If then you are able to enter TWRP after rebooting, download stock Lenovo P2 ROM and flash it.

Stuck on download mode

Hi All
My fd update his phone to Android 9 yesterday(do it on the phone, not the computer)
When the phone is completed and restarted, it stuck in the screen logo razer and the message " download mode " in the upper part .
He tried to restart the phone, but the same problem kept happening
Then I tried to press the power button and volume "+" at the same time to enter recovery mode, but failed, it went into the download mode again..
I have tried the command " adb reboot recovery " and I have the message " error : no devices/ emulation found
Then i tried the command " fastboot reboot recovery ", it went into the download mode.
Then I tried to flash the factory images.
Sadly, he did not unlock the bootloader and did not enable USB debugging...
So i can't flash the factory images....
When I execute the flash_all script...
It show FAILED ( remote: Flashing is not allowed in Lock State
)
Is there any other way to rescue it?

Can't Access Fastboot Mode and Bootloader

Dear All.
I was trying to install TWRP and custom ROM on my devices. My Devices bootloader is already unlocked. but when i was going to enter the fastboot mode, my devices only shows this massage:
"SC Fastboot mode
long press power key to shutdown devices"
it doesn't show any information about my phone, bootloader version, secure boot etc. I'm trying to force my phone to enter bootloader mode but it only shows something like barcode on the right side of the devices. can someone help me?:crying:
