[Q] Screen Smoothness

I have an odd issue that has more to do with the physical feel of the glass rather than the smoothness of the UI. My screen seems to be missing the oleophobic (sp?) coating or something that makes it so that my fingers don't glide on the screen like my GS3 for example. Others have noticed this while playing with my phone without me mentioning it as well.
I'm a freak about my screens and keep a microfiber cloth with me at all times (ok maybe two or three) and haven't felt a screen like this since using my old storm 2.
Anyone else experience this or does this sound like a defective screen? I paid full price for this thing and don't want to settle for something that is not the norm.

Clicking on rear

Don't know if I am paranoid or not, but there is a slight "click" if I rub my finger on the back of the phone. It is almost like there is just a slight space between the back casing and the innards of the phone. When applying pressure it just touches the two surfaces.
Is anyone else experiencing this...is it cause for concern or just normal operating conditions?
Thank you.
Nothing on my end here... Been wiping it like crazy when I was trying to put screen protector on the back and no clicks here. Same when I was pressing it as I also saw similar issues on talk.sonymobile.com.
Having the same thing here too. Altough i wouldn't be too alarmed. Im pretty certain it's just the plastic casing on the back thats moving a bit.

Screen/Glass Defect?

I just got my Note 4 yesterday upgraded from the Note 3, loving it so far but noticed something... About 1/2 inch from the top and almost dead center there is a tiny spot on the screen the looks similar to if the screen was dirty with finger prints but not the size of a finger print. It is very hard to describe. I have cleaned the area thoroughly and since have put a screen protector on it. It's not very noticeable and definitely not dead pixels, almost like a minor defect in the glass. I am part of a corporate account and got this phone at my upgrade price, it was quite an adventure to go through the process to get this ordered and I don't think all of it is worth trying to get a replacement. Has anyone else noticed anything similar to what I have poorly described?
I have the same mysterious circle. Ha to be at a certain angle I certain light to see it. No idea what it is but its driving me crazy since I have OCD anyway

Does anyone else have smudges on the back?

Hello fellow xda members!
My HTC Desire Eye blue, international version, has turned 14 months old.
It's been in cases from day one, no exception. So, in this scenario, I was surprised to notice that I have some smudges on the back, just like the paint has weared off. It's like on the old phones, when you would put them in your jeans without the case and they would show marks from taking it in and out of the pockets. Besides that, there are small dots everywhere. There are marks around the camera and secondary mic, where the cases are cut out. I've read online that they may be smudges of grease or something, but I could not take them off with hot water, wiping or other processes. I'm a bit disappointed, as I have made efforts to use a case and keep it like new, and now I see that I could have just as well used it "naked".
I hope you can understand what I'm saying from the attached pics. You have to view the full image and zoom in as much as possible to see what I mean. It's harder to show it through photos, it's way more visible to the eye in reality. And annoying
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix, or am I stuck with it like this?

Oneplus 5t - Screen uneven (feels like air is trapped underneath)

From the beginning I knew I loved the 5t - the curvature was simply perfect and I was really impressed by the stock standards that OOS implemented. Face unlock was unreal (as everyone knows), and the photos were decent enough that I didn't regret not buying a Pixel 2 XL. I mean, I saved a lot of money going the oneplus route (1st time, might I add).
But there was always one major issue - the screen sometimes felt uneven, like it had ripples in the display. I chalked this up to my imagination being wild and kept using the phone. But each and every day now I can't help but notice that my screen doesn't feel perfectly flat. My friends are split 50/50, some think that there is unevenness while others have told me I'm out of my mind.
So with all that in mind, please help me understand what I need to do to fix this problem, and does oneplus customer support suck as bad as everyone says they do?
1. Ripples under the screen or air bubbles - is this even possible? can a glass screen morph around bubbles (change it's shape) without cracking? The screen is perfect with no scratches.
2. Has anyone else felt the ripples or unevenness on their screens?
3. I put in a trouble ticket with oneplus - are they going to laugh at me because of the unlikely nature of this defect?
4. If I send it in, I'm concerned their technicians will do very little testing and just return the phone. It is literally in the same state as the day I bought it. Are the oneplus horror stories true, or overblown? Would they really return a defective phone? Google, when I had my nexus, would replace the phone even if they found out I cracked it with a sledgehammer. I don't expect the same from a smaller company, but I do expect a level of understanding to MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with the phone. If they have no empathy, then they're definitely not going to be of any help to me.
Sorry for the rant/long post. I hope to hear from xda users because I know you guys care about the details when it comes to hardware or software.
Thank you.
If you feel like something is wrong, DO NOT hesitate opening a ticket. Their customer service probably seen worse than that.
I don't have any of the issues you're experiencing, but I guess it could happen.
... you're not talking about the pre-applied screen protector, are you?
If you look at the screen at an angle you should see if there are uneven spots on the screen.
Why complain instead of get a replacement phone.
It's not like everyone else has the same issue.
Just make sure you don't have a screen protector on first, as that could be part of the problem.
