Not quite sure what you mean - there is an option in Dash Notifier to always have the app icon showing (with an optional unread count), whether or not there is a current notification. You also may need to resize the widget to get the 'full' scrollable view as default. Mine takes up one entire home screen.

I think he means dasclock/notifier on lockscreen, i also have the same issue; i have to drag down the unlock patron (security) for me to be able to see the notifications on the lockscreen.
Is there any 'solution' for this?

Ah sorry - not sure - I have my dashclock on the lock screen as a secondary widget (again expanded by default) - but still need a swipe to get to it.
So, I would use this put I feel that once u unlock the tab pulled down should be done already. Then swipe up to unlock

You can install GravityBox and under Lockscreen Tweaks there is an option to maximise all widgets.
Try that.

Is there a way to disable heads up notification while in certain apps?
It's kinda annoying when you are using navigation and the heads up notification blocks the street you are supposed to turn on.
With HeadsOff lollipop heads-up notifications can now be disabled!
No root needed.
You can also restore the ticker text in the statusbar!
Give it a try:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jamworks.noheadsup
You can disable it for texts through the stock app. Does the headsoff app actually work with the hangouts app? Read some reviews and it doesn't work for everyone. Thanks.

This app doesn't work when enabled, I also purchased the pro version for $1.99 and it still doesn't work. Please respond to my email and provide a refund.

FYI, this method (finally) turned off those dang annoying Heads up notifications if you weren't already aware.

Anybody else found a flashlight app that works? The one I used on my G3, didn't work and I tried another recommended one just now - no go. Am I not doing something right?
There is a toggle for the flashlight in the notification shade

Not sure what you mean. I do see a notification light toggle (I do have it on) on the Sound and Notifications page. Are we talking about something else?

There is a light you can toggle when you pull down notifications, if you swipe you will see the flashlight toggle.
Works well. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.surpax.ledflashlight.panel

Ah, GOT it! Thanks. Still wondering why my apps aren't working, but this is okay. Thanks again!
One we get fully unlocked we can probably flash the G2 flashlight widget like I did on the G3.
Sent from my LG-H811 using Tapatalk
You can use this app to make the flashlight a double click of the volume up button.

Does anyone know how I can put a shortcut to turn on/off Link To Windows on my homescreen? It's a PIA to have to go through the whole settings menu.
Thanks!

I noticed the option to toggle NFC is missing. I had it with my s10+. Is there a way to get it back through ADB?
Code:
# Enable NFC
service call nfc 7
# Disable NFC
service call nfc 6

If you want a non-ADB solution, you can use this app to add it and a lot more QS tiles.
