Hello, I have an Op3 Root Twrp v.11 with Fos2.1.1 and Substratum.
I had download the theme Swift Dark for use a max Dark theme for my amoled screen.
But when I open swift dark in substratum they are this message screenshot 1 for install Theme ready Google Apps TeanBlackout.
I had downloaded it but I don't understand all they are many theme in the app TeanBlackout ?
By looking a bit I think this is the theme that SwiftDark asks to install screenshot 2
But I don't want to brick my Op3 and don't know If I need to install this TeanBlackout Google Apps theme or if I apply the SwiftBlack theme from Substratum without TeanBlackout ? Screenshot 3.
Especially as with my Rom I can't apply in Oms but just in Legacy !
Please If you could tell me how to apply the theme. thank you.
Hey guys, I have an old Xperia XA living around, and I'm planning to root it soon and use substratum themes with Sony's ROM, but I'm confused if it's even substratum compatible or not.
Please let me know, thanks.

I don't think so. I don't know exactly how it works. I don't think it's quite like Xposed, where there needs to be a special framework in place, (since many Substratum themes do work on Los14, which is not officially supported), but I think there does need to be a compatible environment, similar to or based on AOSP. I think Xperia has it's own version of theming framework. For example, many of the files that control the UI on an Xperia are named 'somc_(something)'. Those files are specific to Sony phones, so a different theme engine wouldn't by default have any references to them.
However, I've never tried...
Is not working. You won't see any changes
Update: I know this is old and you might figured out but I will say this for others :
Substratum is working on Xperia ROMs but you need to use legacy theme, and some themes may break your systemUI but you can recover easy using twrp and others would not do anything at all. But I found ones that are working.
So: Find theme that supports legacy devices (rooted devices) and if your device doesn't start go to twrp file manager /data/apps and find the code name of the selected overlay: ex (themename.systemui...) Or something like this

So, for theming the systemUI I used only Grace UX. I used Navbars to change my system navigation bar and it seems to work, not only with that but with every theme that allows you to change system navbar. They don't crash your SystemUI. You can use themes to change your settings menu, not all work just some of them.
I have only installed:
Galaxy Evolution - Not working with the SystemUI
GraceUX - Everything works
Navbars which is working
I might test other themes and give you a feedback if you want
hello again...can you give me the link of the theme you use ?? (Grace UX)I can not find it thanks
also i test many themes on substratum theme engine and nothing happend.
Is there something wrong with the flux theme on substratum, im running the latest stock android on a pixel XL. Whenever i apply the flux substratum theme it doesnt apply fully
If you are selecting multiple items to theme sometimes it doesn't apply on all you have to select them and install them again, at least this is happening on Oreo with me on Note 8.

Reboot the device and go to Substratum > Manger > Toggle/Apply All Overlays
Hi guys.
Anyone know any substratum themes for oneUI pie.
Currently using the aospUI black theme. Works with stock samsung, needs to have sungstratum mode enabled though, to use the legacy install method since OMS is only available with root. There's a gray and a white version of the theme as well IIRC.
I want to install an iOs Theme because I feel it more fluid, but i noticed they all got removed from the Theme store, searching iOS you can't find anything related, not even icons, or how used to be, my iOS themes i had saved are gone, 've tried to install .mtz third party themes through different apps and they work but after a while they disable by themselves and my phone back to default theme and that's super annoying. My phone is rooted so I ask, there is a way to install an iOs Theme with magisk root or something like that. It seems the mtz themes (apply me ones) through themes store app are not fully working or working right. Or it detects them and disable them
How about substratum or hex?
The solution of this is using MIUI Theme Patcher by Kashi, a module for magisk https://github.com/Mods-Center/Miui_Theme_Mod
Thanks to the ones that tried to help me.
