Received your Home Mini code yet?

Ordered on the 4th, shipped the 23, arrived the 24. Haven't seen the code email for the home mini freebie yet but I swear I was reading other people had already gotten the code ordered and received their mini.
Has anyone already gotten their email code and ordered up the mini here?

Probably no one has, it's some time between your ship date and 4 weeks after, likely not for 2 weeks or more after ship date. How it was with the pixel 1 and the free day dream code.

I was just thinking that today, where is my code. I have been careful not to delete anything Google related out of my inbox but no code yet? Did get a survey about my satisfaction with Google. I have to say so far I have not had any of the problems that anyone else has with sound or display,,,knock on wood LOL

I asked about this when I ordered my 2XL... The rep told me the code would be sent AFTER the "remorse" period has expired., approx. 4 weeks.
Basically, you'll get the code once you can't simply return it because you don't want it.

Yeah. Thats pretty standard. They wont send freebies before the return period expires.

You have what, 15 days to return the phone? I swear I saw my end return date somewhere, and it was literally 15 days after the day mine arrived. So, hopefully my code will show up this week, otherwise I'm sure next week.
My wife is never on board with technology, but I think she is down with the home mini lol. I think my 5 year old is going to make me want to get rid of it after like two days though...

I ordered my Pixel 2 XL on the 4th Oct (launch day) but didn't get it til Dec 6th. As of yet (Jan 2018) I've yet to receive the Google Home Mini code, although I have been told twice by Google Support, the code will be sent soon? Are the Google Home Mini's in short supply or something? As the offer (time to use code) expires 28th Feb, if people still haven't had a code by then, is the offer defunct?

You should be on the line again with Google 1:1 support. You should have received it by now. They told me 15 days after the phone is delivered. My whole objection was the lack of communication. Had they sent an email saying "you're in, and we have you down for a mini" I would have been good, but there was nothing.

Nope I've had nothing from them at all... Twice I contacted the Help support (via Chat) and the person said both time that I should get the code within the next few weeks. I wondered if it had gone into my Spam but it hasn't. It's been a really strange promotion as there's been no acknowledgement of it at all either on my invoice, or when I received my phone. Just surprised that a massive company like Google can't communicate a bit better.

Nothing for me yet, either. I ordered on 12/12 and received the phone a couple days later so I guess I'm still around a week away from getting one, at the earliest.

I bought from UK store and I read the small statements, which one of them mentioned that the code would be sent between 2-6 weeks after the grace period ended. Taking in mind that this period is 15 days, I say we would have to wait even 2 months to get the code.

Google's ears must have been burning... Got my code today and have ordered my GHM. I did leave them feedback the other day starting I hadn't received anything so perhaps they took note or perhaps it was just coincidence.

I ordered on the 25th, the website said dispatch would be 29th. Checked to days ago and then it said dispatch 30th. Today it has still not dispatched. Anyone else see similar issues?

Me too. I ordered it on the 25th and it was supposed to ship yesterday. The 128GB model was available for same-day shipping (allegedly) so I cancelled my 64GB version and ordered the 128GB. I was on the fence about storage anyways to I'm probably better off. Of course, with my luck the new one won't ship until next year...

Yup, my ship date was the 26th. Still nothing.

There better be a good reason for these delays. Like way better QC. They should check each and every phone before they send them to the customers, and send "the blue tint ones" back to LG.

i ordred oct 9th.. the ship status didnt change on the day it was supposed to ship.. i contacted google and they said that its on track and i would get it by the set delievery date and i did.

there are other shipping posts to look through...search maybe?

yea i did.. like a day later maybe.. but i for sure got the phone on the day it said it was gonna be delivered..
just go to google page and opt to chat about your order..
thats what i did.. im like, whats the deal.. no tracking info? he was like, it will be there on the day its supposed to and it was..

I have the Panda version pre-ordered through verizon... I think it's a first batch one that was set for "delivery on 11/1". Well, it's now past that but still not shipped. Like others, I'm hoping Google is quietly improving and QC'ing these screens now. If I get a blue color shift one, it's getting returned, now that it's been proven that some units do not have blue shift.

Just ordered a black XL 128GB, delivery expected Nov 05/06.

Going to wait a bit but will eventually order it. Hopefully within the month or sometime in November at the latest.

I wonder why our shipping is so much slower compared to US? We get ours 3 weeks later!

Cant do the inotch, 4gb ram is pathetic and again only max 128gb of storage option which is an absolute joke in 2018.
Google made a mess of the device again this year just like the OG pixel.

Placed order for white 64 gb on Rogers. No idea when it will be shipped though!

Make sure to get the free Pixel Stand. Google store offers it free.

Black 128GB Nov 6-7

Black 128GB Nov 13-14 ... I originally had Nov 2-5 but had to reorder to get the Pixel Stand and $75 credit.

If the stand is out of stock, can you still get it for free?

I guess they didn't plan ahead and get the English/French Boxes and paper work printed before they release the phone.

Pre ordered 3XL with Rogers. Am told in store pickup Nov 1 but I guess we will see.

Just got a shipment update today from Google in an email. My order was supposed to be Nov 6-7 and they told me it has been updated to Oct 30-31 now.

What is your phone spec? I ordered a white 128gb XL during the event. Initial delivery estimate was Nice 2-5 but still no change as of yet for me.

Question Pixel 6 pro UK preorder and delivery date

I managed to preorder on the 20th cloudy white 128gb directly from google delivery date 27th Oct.
256gb black out of stock.
In the uk we don’t seem to have 512gb version.
Currently on google no delivery dates mentioned at all.
Anyone else preorder one?

Ordered the 256gb black version, started with 28th for delivery, now showing by 26th.
Probably good the 512Gb one isn't offered in the UK yet as don't need it but would have probably ordered it anyway

Ordered mine Cloudy white, through EE at 7.00pm 19/10, called during the announcement and they called me back at 7pm. Got it ordered fine, but no delivery date yet. They said I was the first one to order one, which was cool!

Most people that ordered online have delivery dates set at 27-30 october. If you have no delivery date, you were not the first one.

Ordered the 256gb black 6 Pro on the 19th (launch night) and currently showing a delivery date of 26th October from the official Google store.

6 Pro 256 GB Black. Placed an order as soon as the ѕhitty checkout stopped erroring, which was like 2 hours after it became "available". "Delivered by 26 Oct" order status online. Meaning they would have to ship today or tomorrow.
It absolutely sucks аss that there is no 512 GB version in UK, another retarded decision from Google.

It could also be that EE are a little slow on the system, same happened when I ordered the P4XL the date was only updated the day before delivery. Fingers crossed.

Ordered mine from Google store this morning and it's showing Nov 23rd delivery date. Will this likely change?

128gb Pro from the Google store UK - delivery "by" 26/10. Still got over 30gb free on my pixel 5 so didnt see any point doubling space.

For me it's 26th the problem is that i'm abroad and be back Friday 29th. I tried to contact them to reschedule delivery, but I can only cancel it, I cannot change the date. How do they deliver? I know I]it may be a stupid question, but ow I'm stressed.

If previous ones are anything to go by then they come by courier, so you should be able to select a re-delivery slot to suits you.

CPW states 2/11 for me!

I had the same issues with googles 0% offer. The phone is £849 yet klarna set the limit as £830. That would be fine as it was meant to take a £35 deposit but it wouldnt let me. Just kept saying "payment declined"
Wasnt a big deal for me as i just paid outright for it, was only going to do the monthly payment as it was 0% but bit ridiculous that it wouldnt let me.

So I received a text from Google an hour ago that my Pixel will be delivered today, the 25th, by DPD. It could be bull**** though, because DPD tracking is saying "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly". No email, no order status change online yet.
EDIT: Email received, partial shipping, phone only, not the case.

Just got my dispatch email from Google with an expected delivery of tomorrow (26th) with DPD 1 day shipping. Google store has updated with DPD tracking number but not yet tracking on their site.
Not had a text.

Nothing for me yet. Still says expected by tomorrow though so hopefully get something soon

So I went on Google's store and was going to place an order for a phone that is in stock. When I got to shipping there was three options I was going to pick the fastest. Why would the fastest delivery date for something in stock be December 22nd for expedited? When I place the call with Google they told me it was because it was in high demand..... So what if it's in high demand If it's in stock and I have an order all you do is pick it up slap a label on it and send it on its way. It shouldn't take a month and a half to get here. I do not understand where they're coming from. If I order today it wouldn't be here until December 22nd on an in stock item. Anybody have any insight on this?

my wife's phone which was originally to be delivered in Late Dec(White) came last week.
My phone which was supposed to be delivered 1 week after ordering is supposedly arriving tomorrow, but has been pushed back to January then pulled back to Dec. now Nov 9th.
So i wouldn't bank on the delivery dates right now.

So if I were to order it and then it stayed out that long I wonder if I could cancel it

I have had the cancel button available to me up until this morning when my phone changed to shipped.

Ordered my unlocked P6 pro in black with 256GB today on the Google store. Delivery shown as late December.
I will be curious to see if the December update fixes the fingerprint reader problem.
