Help! I have such a problem: the original battery is not holding charge. My device - RoverPC G5. I bought another battery, not the original, which is coming to an ATOM EXEC, battery charge, starting to enjoy, but as soon as the charge reaches 50 or 30% - the device is switched off with a red flashing LED and to include it almost impossible - comes to the operating system and shuts down again with a red flashing LED .. What could be a problem and how to solve it? Help, please.

I had the same problem, i bought the Asus Zenfone 2 and when i first tried to open it, it was like the device was dead(not working at all). So I'm here to share my experience with it and how I fixed it!

lol i have this problem yesterday , i though the problem was on charger port then i take it to service center and now its done :v
I had this problem with 2 brand-new zenfone 2.
My solution was to let them both charge for 8 to 12 hours!
There was no orange led, no battery symbol or vibration on plugging in the charger. But after long hours of letting them both connected to the charger, they both started working on reconnecting the charger!
So, give it a try. It's just a couple of hours of waiting [emoji12]

Same problem today. Only 1 hour charging and all works good.
Same problem here, but not solved. Yesterday evening my ZE551ML started to overheat, and i shutted it down. Then I tried to power it on, without results. I left charging all night, and this morning it powered on for 30 seconds, but wifi wasn't working, neither physical buttons and vibration too.
Now I'm not able to power it on, but it is fully charged.
What can I do? Thanks!

I'm helping out a friend with an ASUS Zenfone 2. She was playing a GameBoy Advance Emulator (MyBoy) and was playing while charging the phone. The next day, the phone didn't turn on.
Basically here's what's happening (or not happening):
1.) No led indication of charging
2.) If left with a charger on for a few hours, battery gets hot
3.) Sometimes when I push the power button it vibrates once but that's it. Recently, no vibration at all.
Other than these, no other observations.
I've looked around the Zenfone 2 forums, especialy on the Troubleshooting thread, and there are vague & uncomplete solutions that never worked for me.
1.) Charged the phone using the ASUS adapter and USB cable overnight (tried with a Samsung one and a Sony one overnight - that's 3 nights total. Didn't work for me.
2.) I would like to try to open the phone myself but I'm not so sure and I don't know exactly how to remove the battery to reset the phone.
Has this been solved yet???

I accidently dropped my Lenovo Vibe P1 in water. It was in water for hardly 2 secs, i immediately pulled it out...But from then it was working weird...
I turned it off and then tried the Rice Bag method and left it there for 24 hours.
After 24 hours it does even boot or turn on or nothing...Nothing works at all....There was power up vibration initially now even that is gone...
My phone is totally dead...Please help me what to do!!!!

you need to open up your phone and clean it up.

From what you are describing, there may be a battery issue due to water seepage.
Does the phone show any weird behavior while connected to charger? You may dismantle the phone & try with another battery to validate the battery issue.
Yesterday I connected my phone to the charger before sleeping like usual but the other day when i tried to use it the screen would not wake up. The led was blinking red , i disconnected the charger and held the power button to see if anything would happen but the led just went off . My Note 2 is dead till then . Tried moving the battery , entering recovery or download modes but nothing happens, no led , no vibration and no sign of life. Has someone faced this issue, can someone help me? With some research i found out about the insane chip problem with some note devices, is my device dead because of that? Is there any fix?

My zuk z2 has been having an odd problem in the past month.
When charging overnight, from what i can see as soon as it hits 100%, it turns off. It stays off for multiple hours, then turns back on, having used 15% of my battery and will not continue charging. This has happened over multiple roms, all clean flashed, and as the most recent one was just after a clean flash of a new rom i had not set up any app, only downloaded them, it would not be that. i can only think it would be a hardware defect.
if you guys have any answers to why this is happening, whether i should take it to support (out of warranty), help would be greatly appreciated.
