If the update, your link is 2.11.0, this is the 2.12.0.

Will try any custom rom if fingerprint Sensor works.

You're right. But useless if the existing are not maintained. But is not a problem, I have to work here do not.

Same, will not flash until fingerprint is working, unfortunately these are just ports.

Update 2.13.0.

I tried this rom last night, and my dialer keyboard do not have numbers on it, an settings buttons (wifi, bluetooth, etc) are gone, I can only see horizontal lines instead. Is this some bug with theme engine? I tried to flash several times, wiping and formating all, but no luck...
I really like this rom, but this cant be used at all like this.

I can not confirm, for me it ran without any problems. Held at installation guide? Time the 2.12.0 tried before?

This is on 2.13.0, I have used installation guide... Flashing roms is not new to me

Does this Rom supports Dual Sim function on MT7-L10?

2.16.0 is available.

To be honest, I like the rom, but the gestures system made me go back to CM. I don't like it at all.
On my other phone, which has sensitive buttons instead of navbar, it's much better.

2.17.0 is available.

I have tested every CM Based Rom for Mate 7 and i think this is the most stable, no FC, no reboots, bluetooth calls working fine, sound and camera is the same as stock... nice user interface.... Only i would like to get a normal nav bar because the one that comes with the rom is a little intrusive and confusing.... well give a try for this ROM i think is the most updated custom rom by now.

How about battery life? May I know on the average how much screen on time and total usage hours per one complete charge were you getting when you tried out this ROM?

It really is better, especially graphics is faster...
Bugs:
- of course camera - still doesn't focus well... (it eventually does, but it takes seconds and you have to manually select on screen where to focus). Maybe other problems with cam. (videorecording)
- touch screen is sometimes irresponsible - turn off the screen or try to pull out notification bar (most of the times enough to bring touch back)
- MHL
No gapps included this time (use for example open gapps)

Before sleep i charged my phone to 100% and when i woke up battery was at ~90% (WiFi on, GSM on, without Gapps). So deep sleep is working

All my contacts are duplicated and I can't deleted them. Every time there get duplicated.

Read the thread about TA backup and restore. You can search google for it.

Nougat for Z1 is improved a lot from last time I tried it. Rom is super smooth, ril is fine, deep sleep wors great.

Camera open from instagram but in WhatsApp camera is crashing. But work to scan QR for WhatsApp Web.

Stock - based best choice would be Dstriker. For custom ROM, (assuming you plan on unlocking bl), the only one that's fully working and up-to-date is Jaguar, which is excellent, but since it is an LP base with many new integrations, don't expect to use Play Store or Xposed at the moment. Maybe when Xposed for N is released, it will work. The other new custom roms are Nougat roms, which are still quite experimental. If you want to go back to LP, there are several good roms, but haven't been updated for a while. Don't bother with MM custom roms if you care about the camera, since it never went anywhere.

MX Rom V8.5 is best. Remove unwanted apps and rest is smooth and good.

But that's also the case with Nougat ROMs, I haven't found one where the camera works more or less properly.

MX ROM hasn't been updated for more than 6 months. So it doesn't include the Android security patches that Google released in January. Actually I've found only 2 ROMs that are under active development and received those patches:
- Jaguar (5.1)
- AICP (7.1)
But they both don't work as good as stock when it comes to battery life. I think stock is the only rom with these special battery endurance modes that can push battery life up to 5 days. Say goodbye to that feature. Since Jaguar is based on 5.1 AOSP the camera might work as good as in stock (or even better, search for cyberian camera), but it takes a while until you get used to the security focus of the rom. It is hardened and the maintainer really means it. Unfortunately Xposed doesn't run anymore on Jaguar since some update last year. But Xposed also doesn't work on Nougat. And there you will face many more problems: some people report gps problems, battery life is pretty bad, all kinds of camera problems and it looks like that the camera will never work as good as in 5.1 based ROMs.

Does DStriker contains latest security patches? I would say no because it is a stock based rom. I think you mean that it is maintained regulary.

Xposed is not working but @Optimuspro said that from a security point of view it is not recommend to use it. What is not working with the play store? I use it without problems.

Yes, you are right about Dstrikersz1... As for Jaguar / Play Store - sorry, I used fake Gapps with Jaguar, so don't know. I remember reading something about certain things not working with latest build, but maybe it was just Xposed. I think I got mixed up with a post where someone was asking for help with bloatware, etc.

miui port rom for cool1

ported miui8 rom from leeco le2 to coolpad cool1 by me.

i`ve tried all i could to fix those bugs but to no success as a noob and i hope someone could help in fixing those bugs.
Your warranty is now void
i or the developer will not be hold responsible if your phone get brick.
please ensure you backup your current rom through twrp recovery before flashing this rom.
download the rom to the root of your sd card and boot into twrp recovery by powering off your phone and wait for some seconds, boot into twrp recovery by pressing both power button and volume+ simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Backup your current rom in case something goes wrong, after you've successfully backup your rom now hit on the wipe button swipe to Factory reset, advance wipe and wipe system, cache and data. Haven't done that return back to the twrp home and press install zip and select the rom you place on the root of your SD card earlier and swipe to Install the rom , after successful installation of the rom flash MIUI fix file and SuperSU for root. hit on the reboot button and wait for approximately 10 minute to boot up.

Please be more specific of the bugs you find on miui of coolpad cool 1. I have read people saying EUI for coolpad cool 1 is better than MIUI. Some features doesn't work on Coolpad cool 1 of MIUI Rom.
1.How is the camera UI supporting the dual camera of cool1
2.Fingerprint scanner does work.?
3. I have read WIFI speed is less.
4. CPU power has been cut down to 1.2GHZ

Fingerprint scanner is working fine in this rom. ensure to flash the MIUI fix file after flashing the rim.
In this rom the CPU power is clock at 1.8, u can confirm it through the screen shot
Like I said in my above post, both camera and wifi are not working including the flashlight.
This rom is ported to this device by me and am a complete novice when it comes to compiling and decompiling of APK but I do believe some expert here could help in fixing those bugs

Which miui ROM are you referring to as a base ROM? If you are referring to this rom as a base, I will urge you not to use this miui ROM as a base because its not stable and its still on a beta a beta phrase with bugs.
For now it is advisable to use EUI stock rom as a base ROM or better still download from here http://m.rom.7to.cn/romlist/coolpad-c106 as a base.

Presently I can neither port nor fix bugs because am stuck on the close beta JUI rom base on nougat (android 7) on my phone (cool 1 dual) which for now no any positive way of reversing back to EUI ROM without bricking the phone.

Ive read that there is a way to go back on Eui, on russian forum, I think that u just need to change TWRP or something like that, thats a new way, and another that is harder is using a computer to do it.

Hi @hakinis09 you Can use miui porting for leeco le 2 x520 as base(same Soc),It is very very good porting,no issue,all work perfectly.

Presently test running miui9 (miui pro) ported from le2 but with the following bug:can't connect to camera, can't turn on wifi & speaker not working but headphone work.

Android P stable release will take another 2-3 months. i,e wait till October November for stable and bug free release

HAVOC as base rom is good.
Also please flash DP5lagFix.
For fingerprint please use Vendor/Bild.prop fix.

I'm using this ROM as a daily driver too, although lack of fingerprint is a little inconvenient. I tried changing the line in the vendor build.prop but the option for 'Pixel Imprint' still does not appear.
