-Wipe Data or Factory Reset
-Wipe Cache
-Wipe Dalvik Cache
-Wipe System
-Install ROM
-Flash camera patch, Boot patch and auto-rotate patch
-Flash at your own risk.We are not responsible for bricked devices or any damages caused due to the ROM.You loose warranty whenever you root your device or flash custom ROM's.
-Keep your device 100% charged before flashing any ROM.
-Take a backup from the recovery in case you mess up with something.

For launcher problem install nova launcher... Default keyboard only will have 4 languages if you want more install any other keyboard from play store:good:

Xposed will work...But work in caution you may face some restarting problem

Thank you for the port. Appreciate your efforts.
I was however unable to use it as it doesnt detect vodafone india network, tried replacing the modem, but no go. But overall the ROM has a very smooth feel. Even blink manager worked for me

Mokee ROM for honor 6X (Nougat 7.1.2)

I tried to install ROM through twrp recovery. But phone is unable to boot.
I think my process was not correct.

I am looking forward if someone can install successfully this rom.

( copy vendor.img to InternalStorage "sdcard" and type :

Vendor.img can be downloaded from ROM section.

Pls share method.

install RRos first then wipe then this one
if is still don't install you can restore custom rom if you backup ones your custom rom
BTW is has deep sleep issues
It won't turn on back after couple of minutes the screen is off

I got fix Just install always on screen hahahaha
I will use this rom for a while I hope they remove xposed because it's unstable for nougat. I think it causes the device to not turn on after a minute of sleep

Yes its smoothness is much better than all other ROMs
But when you live the phone off you can't turn the screen back on

Thanks for your answer. However didn't understood the issue with screen shut off... could you explain it better? And... How is battery life?

See page 1: hibernate issues. When the screen goes to sleep... your phone will never wake up again (unless new install).

This is deep sleep issue , earlier honor 8 had too , hold the power button for more than 10 secs it will reboot and again for some time the screen will work.

Nice, when your phone is ringing.
I'm staying on stock untill some Rom is stable.

Dont waste your time and data in these buggy roms , whats new in this rom , nothing everything which you have been seen since cynogenmod roms , camera not working, screen going to sleep , no extra feature , i think the stock emui is more feature enriched than these custom rom .

Well, some features are available in custom ROMs that aren't in EMUI but, I do get your point.

It is the E4 Mediatek XT1761 - UK Retail edition. This does have NFC in the stock ROM.

What would you like to develop ? Security patches won't be updated ....
go check out DotOs officially maintained/built by iykeDROID for latest security patches
if you are asking for Oreo than ask for Oreo . Much bigger chance that an Official Rom team will do the bringup to Oreo . iykeDROID said he was looking into Oreo .....
or follow the original post in Russian on Lenovo forums as stated in OP .Post bugs + questions and requests there in Russian.

And yes, I should be more precisely: I'm new to the E4, my normal phone is a Nexus 5X, so I'm used to get weekly officials. I do not expect (hope for) the same here, I just would like to use Lineage as I do with my Nexus. My problem: I can't speak russian
I really don't want to bother anyone and ask for updates, I asked only for information about whether I can expect updates in the future for this ROM or not. But you are correct, probability for Oreo is much more likely.

well usually on a popular device people submit logs with bug reports making updates possible but to be honest apart from security patches there wouldn't be much to update since not a single bug report was submitted which can only mean everything works or noone is using the device or rom or they can't be bothered. ...hopefully it's cos it works

Well the only issue I have encountered is that sim unlock is unstable. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Despite of SIM-unlock everything works fine. But yes, security updates is what I'm looking for. Looks like I need to use a different ROM

For fingerprint please use Vendor/Bild.prop fix.

I'm using this ROM as a daily driver too, although lack of fingerprint is a little inconvenient. I tried changing the line in the vendor build.prop but the option for 'Pixel Imprint' still does not appear.

Register the same finger for more than 2 times.

Here is Bug List in AEX rom..
1. Fingerprint is buggy, slow and sometimes overlay disappears only to show up after reboot.
2. Under display Proximity Sensor keeps blinking randomly.
3. Auto Brightness also responds to color/tone of current screen. eg. even in dark, if we open a bright wallpaper, brightness is automatically increased.. Idealy Autobrghtness should respond only to intensity light outside not intensity of display.
4. If you put dual sim, then Data traffic indicators is hidden due to limited space on status bar.
5. Camera focus is not good. App like Gpay and shareit, camera cant focus on QR code.
6. Music apps freezes in notification panel after using for few seconds, so after 10-15 second, you cant play or operate next song from notification panel.
7. VoLTE icon in status bar is very large and it occupies to much space, special in dual sim use.
These are few bugs which we hope will be fixed in subsequent built.
AEX is best Custom ROM currently availble for Realme X. With few improvement, it can be used as daily driver.

Some minor bugs and issues of AEX rom
Overall the Rom is Very much Good and a bit stable too. I want to thank the developer for his Huge Work. There are some minor Bugs and issues i have found using it from the day it has released.
The issues are :-
1. Blink Spot issue
2. Finger Print Recognition Issue
3. Some times the Navigation keys Lag ( Specially while playing PUBG )
4. Screen Smootheness is Not that good
I am really Thankful for your work and Hope You Try to fix the issues in the next update.

How's the status bar icons ? Are the icons cut by corners (battery, time etc) or are they aligned?
