I recently Bricked my Honor 6x while flashing twrp recovery for EMUI 5.x and once the twrp was flashed it would boot loop to recovery every time, tried clearing cache but it just refused to boot to system. Tried numerous update.app and the recovery would pop message incompatible package.
Hence posting the correct link to Update.app and proper procedure to Unbrick your Honor 6X Indian variant.
Download the Firmware file for Honor 6X BLN-L22C675B***
update.zip
BLN-L22_channel_in/update_data_full_BLN-L22_channel_in.zip
You will need a SD card for flashing the above files.
Step 1:
Create a folder dload in the root of your SD card.
Extract the Update.zip contents in the dload folder.
Switch off your phone.
Hold volume + and volume - keys simultaneously along with power key.
Keep pressing the keys unless you see EMUI Logo with a circle.
Wait for couple of minutes let it flash once done your device will restart automatically, do not let it boot to system SHUT DOWN your Device.
Step 2:
Delete all the contents from dload folder on SD card.
Extract the contents from file BLN-L22_channel_in/update_data_full_BLN-L22_channel_in.zip in dload folder on SD card.
Hold volume + and volume - keys simultaneously along with power key.
Keep pressing the keys unless you see EMUI Logo with a circle.

Reboot System now.
System updates are working fine, I was able to update from B320 to B360.

Don't do that. Yes you can flash region zip and update_data_public.zip but not main update.zip it should be extracted and flashed only via dload.
dload method not working
after installing 17% it is showing as process is failed.
BLN-L21 bricked ;-(
I've bricked my BLN-L21C432 I've done rebranding (now I have BLN-L21C10B ) all went well with installing oreo, then I did downgrade in the process I've lost both Erecovery and recovery. Download the stock firmware and put dload folder in SD card. After that switch OFF the phone. Push at same time power and two volume buttons, phone will reboot in stock recovery and flash of stock ROM will start automatically.
After that you can try again to flash MIUI ROM.

I had the same problem after unsuccessfully installing MIUI. Huawei recovery didn't start, it just kept showing MIUI boot logo, and the updater launched but didn't do anything. I managed to get it working by formatting my SD and putting stock rom on it. Then the updater launched, recognised the update.app and the rest went smoothly.
Here you can download stock HUAWEI ROM: http://www.huaweiblog.de/downloads/ascend-p6-downloads/
Recovery which you use to flash MIUI is a temporally. It not affect your stock recovery. On my phone this method work perfect. Push all buttons in same time until stock recovery it start.

Oh now something happend. I connected the phone to charge. Then i tryed to recover. First time came up lines from up to down. Tryed again. Now writing on screen but doing nothing;
USB Update Enter...
HUAWEI SDCARD&USB UPDATE AGENT VERSION 2.0
This phone is secureboot phone.
This phone is LOCK state.
Then restarted phone by holding power button. HUAWEI recovery worked. But it didnt update phone. I choosed apply update from extenal storage, entered dload directory. But i couldnt see update.app file. Returned back entered again to update from external storage even didnt show dload directory. What should i do now.
Download ROM, unzip and you see dload folder with UPDATE.APP inside. Put dload folder in main directory on SD card via PC. Put the card on the phone. Push all buttons (power, volume up, volume down) at same time while phone is reboot on stock recovery. After that HUAWEI SDCARD&USB UPDATE AGENT VERSION 2.0 will find UPDATE.APP in dload folder automatically and flash process will start.

What about 'CWM Recovery' ?
If one succeeds with this TWRP and rooting, then I think one can change TWRP to CWM using flashify or Rashr, provided he/she should confirm that the 'CWM Recovery' will work on Lenovo A 7000 a with android 6.0 OS. But I do not know if the 'CWM' recovery thatwas used earlier when we were on android 5.0, will still work with android 6.0 or not. Can anybody confirm?
this is working men thanks:angel:

Use the stock rom found here to go back to factory settings using the stock marshmallow rom. Make sure that you flash using SP Flash Tool as instructed in the link. This will replace TWRP with stock recovery.
Afterwards, you can reinstall TWRP and root, etc.

I think you have copied the SuperSU-v71.zip in external storage and in TWRP you are searching in internal storage. If it is so the paste it in internal or change storage selection at the time of installing zip.
And paste the zip in root of the storage not in any folder.
As i can see this is your 1st post.
I think this will help you.
Mounting issue with TWRP
After switching sdcard as internal storage. The file manager only shows the ext. Sdcard so from where we can access the internal Sdcard to put that Supersu.zip.And the TWRP only mount only internal Sdcard. Not able to mount ext. Sdcard plz. Help!

Hello!
I made an OTA update while rooted so I soft bricked my phone lol
I dont have access to a computer for some weeks so I'd like to know how I could flash a stock ROM using an Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1")
I installed ADB and Fastboot by following this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2586472&page=1 but I apparently need 1.0.32 version of ADB and I can't find any guide to install it on an Android Device, plus when I use a Fastboot command the terminal emulator sticks on 'Waiting for device'
My Device does appear when I use 'adb devices' but it doesn't when I use 'fastboot devices'
I really need help guys
Thank you very much for reading this
Ok, you can follow this, but i'm not sure if it works:
1. Download the OTA package from Asus.
2. Rename it to mofd_sdupdate.zip.
3. Push that file to the root of your phone internal storage (/sdcard/mofd_sdupdate.zip) not anywhere else.
4. Reboot to recovery, it will flash the update automatically
5. Reboot your phone normally.
6. If it bootloops, try hold the power button to turn it off, then turn it on again.
7. If it still bootloop, wipe /cache in recovery, then reboot
8. If it still bootloop, wipe /data in recovery, then reboot
9. If still bootloop, do step 6
10. If it still loops, I have no idea . Try using a computer.
ELSE, enjoy the new update.
If in 5 min it doesn't show "Android is upgrading" it means that it fell into a bootloop

How can I push the file? :/
I fixed the problem!
This is how I did it:
I downloaded last WW OTA Update from Asus site for my phone
I renamed it mofd_sdupdate
I've put it on a SD CARD
I inserted SD CARD in the phone and the update started alone, after it my phone was saved
I was trying to install Iron rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/development/stock-tw-rom-galaxy-tab-s-8-4-t2995235
and followed the below steps as mentioned in the installation document of roms thread..
1. Download the rom and put it to your SD card or internal storage
2. Download latest bootloader and modem for SM-T705 and bootloader only for SM-T700
3. Boot into download mode, download latest Odin available and flash BL in BL tab and CP in CP tab
4. Make sure you use most recent TWRP which can be found T705 or T700
5. Flash TWRP with odin in AP tab
6. Boot into recovery using: home+power on + volume up
7. Select wipe, advanced wipe: data, cache, dalvik-cache and system
8. Install the rom (in aroma select "dirty flash", otherwise you may have problems!)
9. After rom installation reboot and wait around 20 minutes till the tab boots up
10. Enjoy MM on your Tab S!
I followed steps 1 to 7 successfully. When I tried step 8 it said "Failed to map file IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip" in external sd card.
Now when pressed rebooted it warned that "No OS is installed."
After rebooting its stuck in the boot screen with "powered by android logo. I pressed power button for 1 min and still tab is not shutting down.
Questions
1) How to do shutdown the tab & reboot to twrp?
2) How do i fix the "Failed to map file IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip" issue and install IronRom_SM-T70X_V3.2.zip?
3) Atleast how to enter into download mode so that I ca at least install stock rom?
Please help!
Thanks

When press all the buttons ie. power +volume up +volume down+home its showing the battery charging screen even though the tab is not plugged in.
So since tab is still not shutdown i am not able to try to boot to recovery.
Please guide.
Power volume - and home button should get you in to download mode so you can flash a stock rom......
A TWRP update to v3.2.3-0 seems to have lead to my Mediapad M2 (802L) becoming hopelessly bricked. It started when I tried to reboot into recovery. Now it just hangs on the Huawei screen. The device was rooted.
I also don't have fastboot or ADB access anymore.
I tried the following:
- (When I did have fastboot access) Re-flashing boot, system and (stock) recovery but this didn't work.
- I was unable to erase/format any of these partitions as it said I did not have permission.
- I can confirm the bootloader was properly unlocked (code received from Huawei, and when checking it in fastboot it reported as unlocked).
- Loading a full version of the stock rom (M2-802L_V100R001C209B003CUSTC209D002...EMUI_3.1...) into a 'dload' folder (in the root directory) of a SD Card. Pressing power, volume+ and volume- got me to the Huawei recovery screen which let me restore to factory settings and wipe the cache.
- An attempt to 'update' was made by the recovery, but failed at about 5%. No useful error messages were reported.
Right now all I can get is the Huawei recovery screen or the Huawei splash screen.
I have a TWRP backup but without access to the TWRP recovery program I can't restore.
My question is, can a TWRP restore be done another way if there is no access to TWRP recovery?
For example, can I construct an UPDATE.APP to put into said dload folder with the backup files from TWRP's backup done previously?
I can execute an 'update' via sdcard and the dload folder but the standard way of doing this isn't working.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated as my Mediapad is nothing more than a desk weight right now.
[UPDATE]
I brought my mediapad back from the dead... or from being stuck on the Huawei splash screen.
I orginally tried using the SD Card method, but after trying several versions of 802L ROMS nothing was working.
I found it was a permission problem on the SD Card.
After setting everything in the dload folder to read and execute permissions it worked. I'm not on EMUI 4.0.
