[Q] GT-I9195 firmware update

so, i'm reading this forum for 2 days now and i didnt get any answer.
i installed stock XXUBMJ7 (4.2.2) firmware with odin. Before i new anything about knox and stuff, I rooted, and get knox waranty void 0x1.
then i installed again XXUBMJ7 firmware with odin and didnt root again. (because i hate warnings at the boot). i still have 0x1.
now, I have two questions and i need simple answer.
1. Can I install newer stock (4.2.2) XXUBMK3 firmware with odin? will it work?
2. can i root my installed stock XXUBMJ7 firmware again and then install [CWM][ROM]GT-I9195XXUBMK3 deodexed, with no knox bootloader? will this work?

U can install new one no problem i think .
But your Knox flag will remain so u can not reset it

I flashed custom roms for many times, don't see any counter on download mode, not in the T-211 model.
if you're meaning is to reset odin status to official, just flash unrooted stock firmware matching your country using odin 3.09, and remember do not check auto reboot and nand reset all.

FYI : flashed custom roms and kernels countless times, now just flashed back to official firmware using odin.
I don't see any knox counter.

I have my P601
If I flash another country (P601) official firmware via PC ODIN
will it trip KNOX to 1 ?

It shouldn't, no. However if the 10.1 is anything like the Note 3 then you have to be careful about bootloaders...
If you are trying to downgrade the software to a lower firmware version to root with URDLV then you can in fact trigger Knox as the bootloaders don't match and you can't go to an older firmware...

[Q] P605 not able to upgrade by OTA to 4.4.2 because of root

Hi all,
I tried to uprgrade my P605 by OTA to 4.4.2 from 4.3 MJ4 with wanam exposed but it didn't... downloading is ok but after a reboot it appear "unable to upgrade".
How I can do that ? And if I can't, where I can't find the ROM prerooted ?
If there is no prerooted ROM, what is the step by step method to unroot my tab, upgrade it and re-root it ?

Or perhaps a ROM I can use with mobil ODIN ? (is every ROM can be use with mobile odin ?)

Hi,
I think that the best thing would be to download the stock ROM you want to install from SamMobile or Samsung Updates, flash it with Odin and the using the method given HERE root it with TowelRoot.
So far there is not any stock pre-rooted ROM available for the P605

Well I don't know but AFAIK Mobile Odin doesn't support the Note 10.1 version 2014 !!
It's not a big deal to root it after flashing the stock ROM !!

Finally I flashed my tab with the stock rom from sammobile with ODIN and yhen I rooted it with cf-autoroot from chainfire and everything is perfect !!!

So do you have the P605v (Verizon LTE) version? Then you flashed the stock ROM (4.3) from SamMobile via ODIN and re-rooted, correct? I just want to make sure that I am doing this "apples-to-apples" as I don't want to lose root on my P605v.

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware back to BRJ6, where I can sideload the pie beta? Im currently on G960FXXU2BRK2/G960FOXM2BRJ5 but wanted to flash back to G960FXXS2BRJ6/G960FOXM2BRJ3.
Also does a downgrade to an official samsung firmware via odin trip knox?
