I flashed custom roms for many times, don't see any counter on download mode, not in the T-211 model.
if you're meaning is to reset odin status to official, just flash unrooted stock firmware matching your country using odin 3.09, and remember do not check auto reboot and nand reset all.
Code:
samfirmware.com
remember, flash only stock firmware matching your country or region, samsung warranty guys are pretty thorough checking our devices.

Hi everyone.
Is there a flash counter in Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T211)? After playing around with CWM, I've flashed to an earlier stock official ROM. In download mode, it now reads:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-T211
CURRENT BINARY: SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
SYSTEM STATUS: OFFICIAL
HW REV: 0x6
No mention about any flash count here but, I'm not sure what the last line mean, I don't remember what's its value before I flash it

Hello. Thanks for replying. How do you confirm it is 0? I can see that it is not displayed in Download Mode, but I'm not certain if it store this "count" somewhere internally or not.
Hey everyone, I've just done a restore from Kies from Cyanogenmod to the original Sammy firmware. Is there any way I can also reset the binary counter to 0?

Depending on model (you didn't specify), TriangleAway. I used it on my 5110 to reset back to 0.

I read somewhere here on XDA that on the Tab 3 models the binary count is hidden on newer firmwares, not sure if that's true, or whether it even has one at all?
Anyway I don't think there's anything out there to reset the binary yet on Tab 3 (again, if it has one to reset).
This is what happened:
First I had Android 4.3 with KNOX
Then I flashed CyanogenMOD 11
I hated CyanogenMOD and tried to go back to stock firmware.
I downloaded the stock firmware from samfirmware.com and flashed with ODIN 3.09
Now i'm stuck on the Samsung Logo Boot Screen.
I have tried:
Reflashing
Using KIES emergency firmware recovery
Boot using safe mode.
Can you guys please help!?
Any error message in Odin? What is your current bootloader and which exact firmware are you trying to flash?

As your Knox counter says 1 I suppose you are trying to flash an older knox-enabled bootloader over a newer one.
Easiest way to succeed is to flash 4.4.2 firmware instead.

It would nice if you tell what region your phone and ROM belong to. Also, provide info of the firmware you flashed.
Of course, your warranty is void. By using Odin to flash ROM you tripped the Knox. You should have research before doing anything.
Now about restart issue. Did your Odin flashed the ROM successfully?
If yes, then you should reboot to recovery. There wipe data/ factory reset & wipe cache partition. Restart the phone and you should be fine.
Report back for more.

I was trying to change the firmware of my S3 but in the middle of the process the computer went off. Now is bricked showing the KIES message, when a try to go back to stock using the only official firmware that is in Sammobile it says AUTH error.
The screen of the S3 in download mode says:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SGH-I747
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD:NO
CURRENT BINARY:SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
SYSTEM STATUS: OFFICIAL
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
WARRANTY BIT: 1
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 2
It was running the 4.2.2 that I got via OTA but I can not use the same because I do not have access to the recovery mode. I think that if I could find a .tar 4.2.2 I could solve the problem. Please guys I need your help on this. Any suggestion o way to solve?

Were you running 4.2.2 or 4.4.2? I thought the AT&T SGS3 (i747) went from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 to 4.3 to 4.4.2 for official ROMs. The 4.1.1 stock ROM on sammobile was the last full release, all since have been updates. The WARRANTY BIT: 1 output would indicate it was on at least the 4.3 release if not one of the 4.4.2 releases; NE4, NJ1, or NJ2.
While I am waiting for a reply I will search to see if any of the devs created a 4.4.2 stock tar, I have seen in done with an older version, but it is a rare occurrence.
Simplest way to get the phone up and running would be to flash TWRP and then cm11. By booting CM11, you could determine the bootloader and modem. Once these two things are know, you may be able to flash an updated bootloader, modem, and ROM from TWRP.

To be sincere I am not pretty sure, I think it was 4.4.2. I can not enter to recovery so installing the last one through it is not an option.

If you can get to download mode you could do as audit13 suggested and flash the TWRP.tar.md5 (custom recovery) with Odin or Heimdall and then flash either CM11 as he suggested, or one if enewman17's stock 4.4.2 roms.
thank you all guys. I installed TWRP then CM11 and now is back! I appreciate your help. Have the best wishes and Merry Christmas! Greetings

Yeah, I was about to suggest flashing twrp but glad to find that you have fixed it. I used this same method to recover a galaxy tab GT-P6210 a while ago
