[Q] Weird screen problem

Hi guys. I got this weird problem on my Z1 compact after submerging it in the pool. Some of the displays stays in the screen after opening a new app. You can't see it when you have a screen shot though. Attached is picture taken from a camera. You can see that the status bar has another faded display of the status bar. Any fix on this?
update: after a while of not using it, it disappears but comes back after a few minutes.

Log a call with Sony support. They will get you to try some fixes via PC companion, when that fails you get a freepost address to send your phone to. European warranty is two years, so it should still be covered.
I got my screen replaced when it cracked, for free.

LG G3 screen slowly turning white when screen is turned on

Hello, so I am experiencing a huge pain in my butt with my LG G3, the issue is that whenever I press the power on button to turn the screen on my screensaver pops up and looks completely fine, after about 5 seconds a white shadow starts to appear in the background and slowly starts to make certain parts of my screen invisible, but as soon as a lock my phone and turn the screen on its gone but the process starts again. May be a possible led problem or something else? I would appreciate any help I can get before I go and take the phone back to Verizon and see what they say.

What screen saver are u using? Have you tried hard reseting the phone?

Just a normal picture from my gallery nothing extravagant or anything, it's strange there are like dark streaks going down my screen, I cannot capture it on a screenshot so I'd have to post a picture of it.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem. I am able to use the phone in all his features, but the display presents stripes of shadow white. These shadows disappears when phone gets locked and appears when unlocking after few seconds. How did you solve? Will the guarantee cover this problem?

Screen Issue when at lower brightnesses?

If you turn of the 'adaptive brightness' and put the brightness very near the bottom - I find that gray items on a black background almost disappear. It's like the phone starts to lose contrast at low brightnesses. Other text is really easy to read, but the gray text is impossible to see.
Also when you scroll the items have a really obvious blue trail, and it's very distracting. Any one else having this issue?

I feel like if there are other people having this issue, this is a big problem with how the OP3 manages brightness.

How's about moving the slider up a bit?

Aha, yeah, that's possible.
But in a dark room with adaptive brightness on - the phone goes to that setting by default. Which is a design flaw. And the blue trails still happen at higher brightnesses.

Are you trolling? If it's an issue with the screen it's obviously not going to be visible in a screenshot.

there is another strange issue with me too, when auto brightness is ON and in dark environment the brightness goes up by itself while playing with HOME SCREEN and when u lock the screen and on it again it goes normal but than again after few second in home screen the brightness goes up

Air view for touching screen

Anyone know how to screen touching using the air view option ?

Problem: Touch screen ghost inputs

Has anybody a solution for that? Happens mostly on lock screen and specially when I switch the screen on after some time. I replaced the display with no success. Thanks for your help
