Zenwatch Battery life awful after latest update - Asus ZenWatch

Has anyone else noticed a dramatic decline in Zenwatch battery life since the latest update (build M1D65P). Is there any way of reverting to the previous build?

[Q] Latest flash update - drains battery ?

Hi All,
Yesterday I received notification on Adobe flash update. So I updated via market. Since then my battery was draining faster than normal. I checked battery information and it shows "Android System" utilize much of the battery.
- Flash version is (10.1 10.1.106.1)
After the full charge, it used to lost one percent(99%) after 50m/1h (screenoff/no calls/no wifi/no data - everything turned off/idle mode)
But after flash update it came for 5m/10m (same scenario).
BTW, I am using Leedroid 2.3d (Froyo/Sense). After uninstalling the update its back to normal(I can confirm that)
Is anyone observing the same issue?
i thought the update that came out last night was just a quick fix for those devices that 'weren't supported' last update...
from what I remember the last update was something like 10.1.106.15 and this one is 10.1.106.16... so I doubted anything of great significance was fixed/broken...
maybe there'll be another update tonight to fix it
I haven't noticed an increase in battery usage at all - I'm on stock.
No increased battery draining here as well.
Not me either (official froyo, never rooted)
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App

[Nougat Beta] Call drops, Battery Drain

Anyone having call drop problems or one way call (usually i can hear but the other side can't)?
Also standby mode is great but using it causes huge Battery drain...
Anyone with the above said problems or with any solutions?
No call dropping, but did have battery drain. Switched from Chrome to Chrome Beta and things seem better.
report all issues to the feedback app in the beta
Yes,metoo on the battery drain ussie. No issues during calls though.
So far I haven't noticed any drain, in fact, sleep is better than ever for me.
The thing that I have noticed is that battery percentage goes downhill like crazy during games and when using Camera.
Much more than it used to on MM.

I have the same impression
I faced/ still facing battery drain issues during sleep in all the betas with the stock kernel. Custom kernal (EX) provided more feedback in this regard ... waiting for a custom kernel to be available for Nougat OOS.
ThanX Guys...Maybe the call problem might be my networks...but I use 2 SIMs from different network...both have the same problem...will try flashing nougat again
Had problem with draining battery, wiped data system cache dalvik and flashed cb8 again and it works just fine now.
No issues here battery life is better to MM

Overheating connected to firmware or EAS?

Hey guys,
I have changed my phone battery recently hoping a better battery behavior and less heating while charging/discharging.
After a few weeks of using the 10 with Resurrection Remix 5.8.3 (I belive, latest official based on 7.1.2) I am sure the battery live increased, but it still has the same problems like before:
1. High battery discharge, even of only listing to music using Bluetooth
2. Very hot in specific apps like YouTube and Fallout Shelter
3. Very Hot while charging, even if powered off
So, there is a problem with the heat management system...
This made me wonder what have recently changed?
I wasn't aware of EAS before my Oreo update, neither I know rhiht right now if the kernel of my nougat Rom is using this system...
I will check on this in a few days.
Another thing I came across, was someone mentioning he is still on marshmallow firmware and it works better for him. At least that was what I understand.
I will search the conversation later, I only have my phone right now.
So I have like three questions:
1. Does anyone know since when EAS was introduced into official htc roms?
2. Someone compared the "stock" kernel behavior to a EAS enabled kernel?
3. Someone compared the problems from nougat/Oreo to a marshmallow firmware?
