New build released
If you go to Settings -> Personalize... -> Settings and scroll all the way to the right to "Other", scroll down a little and there should be an option for Updates.

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, so here:
Settings -> Applications -> All tab -> TwLauncher -> Clear defaults
Now press the home button on your phone and choose "Launcher"
Tested on stock FB17

Just got new gnex today with version 4.0.2 build number ICL53F:i9250JPLA1
When ever i try to update it says up to date?
My xoom in on 4.04 already
Ia there any official 4.0.4 update?
Not sure if you're on GSM or LTE, but this worked for me on LTE(i515).
1. From your phone, head into Settings > Apps > All.
2. Search for "Google Services Framework".
3. Once found, tap on it and choose “Force stop.”
4. Then choose “Clear data.”
5. Back out of Apps to your About page in Settings and check for the System update.
You may have to repeat the steps a couple of times.
No developer options in Kit Kat?
EDIT: Found it. For those that don't know, go to settings, about phone, software version, and tap build number 7 times. You will get a message saying "you are now a developer". Go back to your general settings screen and "developer options" will now be listed under Pc connection.

Go to Settings > General > About Phone > Software Information and tap multiple times on the build number entry to enable the developer options menu. It should now appear under the General tab.
Thanks Kenny. I updated my post at the same time you were posting....lol
hello. My phone is A720F.I installed Rom A720 offical build number A720XXU8CSF1 (June 2019 Securiy Patch).Oem Unlocking is not exist in Developer options.I cant wait for 168 hours. Please help?
this method is not worked for me.
1 - Enable Developer Mode (settings -> about phone -> software information -> press build number for 10 times)
2 - Change Date (settings -> general management -> date and time -> turn off auto-update time -> set the date for 8 days ago)
3 - Check Software Updates (settings -> software update -> check updates manually)
4 - Reboot
5 - Change Date Again (settings -> general management -> date and time -> set the date for 10 days ago)
* it's probable that the date will be again the current date, but don't fear, set it back to 10 days ago
6 - OEM Unlock (settings -> developer options -> check if the OEM unlock toggle is present -> else, go back and forth between the general settings tab and developer options and if needed use "close all" from recents and reopen settings again).

1 - Pull SIMs. Developer Mode enabled. Ensure 'Auto Update System' is disabled.
2 - Changed date to 4 weeks ago (turn off 'Automatic Date and Time')
3 - Check Software Updates (Check updates manually). Ensure 'Download Updates Automatically ' is disabled
4 - Reboot. Check for OEM switch in Developer Options
5 - Check date again (it's likely that the date will be current date, but if it is, just set it back to 3 days before last date change)
6 - Check OEM Unlock toggle is present. If not, go back and forth between the general settings tab and developer options and if needed use "close all" from recents and reopen settings again.
7 - If not working, undo all the above. Restart and try again.
8 - If it does work...celebrate - you can flash custom binaries and custom ROMs
9 - Get TWRP flashed through Odin
This has worked for me on latest BTU firmware for A520f and for several other users recently.
Try it (a few times if needed) for your A7
Fingers crossed

Ah well. At least we tried. You can always try again after a reboot. Ensuring everything that is an auto-update is off

Hi!
The system updates option to be missing from the settings menu of my LineageOS (Settings > System > System updates). It does show up in the search results of the settings even then when I clicked on it, i am taken to the system screen of settings (Settings > System).
I have the 17.1 version of LineageOS on OnePlus 3T and there wasn't upgrade notification since January.
Thanks for your help!
