Hi, I was unrooting my samsung galaxy tab s and it all went fine and the odin passed and reboot the device. Now it gets of the initial boot screen but now stuck on the boot animation. It vibrates and then double vibrates once in a while. I have waited and waited. I don't know what to do any suggestions would be very nice. Thank you

Make sure your using the correct firmware. If you attempt to downgrade you'll have to wipe the data partition.

[Q] Cyanogenmod cm-11-20131222-NIGHTLY-jfltetmo STUCK at boot logo

I was running the nightly version of cyanogenmod from 12/20 and i just downloaded the update from cyanogenmods updater right in the settings, after it finished i rebooted and installed it automatically and i have a supported recovery because ive done this a couple times already. but for some reason this time after the install there is a problem and i cant boot the phone up, its just stuck on the boot logo. ive done a battery pull twice and still the same thing. im guessing the only thing i can do is boot into my recovery and restore my backup from a few days ago, BUT i would like to avoid this because of the fear of losing all of my recent text messages. any help?
Try reflashing the nightly it's in your internal sd. I think under cm update our something like that
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda app-developers app
Normally if it's stuck at the Samsung logo and it doesn't proceed after a minute or two I just pull the battery and start it back up, boom, homescreen.
Could have been a bad download. Delete the rom and try downloading again. If you want to take the extra steps, download the rom to your pc and check the md5 value against what's posted online here to make sure the file you downloaded wasn't corrupt. I've had it happen a few times giving me the same issue as you.

Okay thank you, i ended up just restoring my backup even though i was against it at first but oh well. I checked the md5 and it was different, there must have been a chug in my LTE and it missed a file or two. Thank you!

[Q] Stuck at Galaxy SIII Splash screen, won't boot. (4.3)

I just rooted my phone using the CF Auto Root and that went all fine and booted up normally, but after i restarted it again my self, it doesn't go past the "Galaxy SIII" splash screen. I can get into the recovery and download modes perfectly, but just won't boot. I have the original OTA 4.3 update installed and that's about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Just really upset and frustrated my phone just won't boot.

Since you couldnt get it to boot you can follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2538991 and use method 2.

[Q] Galaxy Tab 3 stuck in boot cycle after root

Hi Wonder if anyone can help?
I downloaded mirror beta from the app store to mirror my Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T210 to my apple TV3g.
Once downloaded i was informed that the device had to be rooted, so I used Kingoroot and followed the instructions. Everything was fine during the rooting process and completed informing me that it was successful.
The problem is after this the Tab is stuck in a constant cycle mode of the Samsang GALAXYTAB 3 boot logo.
I have managed to power it off ( Black screen) but have been unsuccessful in getting the device into recovery mode to try an hard reset.
I have tried all the button combinations I could find on Google but it only just shows the galaxy screen. Any help would be much appreciated since it is my daughters tablet and ill be in a valley of it if I cant get it restored.
Thanks in advance
Have you tried to Boot your Tab into Download mode?
If this working , flash Stockrom with Odin.
I'm in a similar situation with the logo boot loop except I am unable to shut it down. I hold the power button for 10 seconds and it reboots right back to the logo again with no shut down. How can I shut this down?

I got in the same situation trying to root my Tab. I wound up holding the power button down a really long time and then gently releasing; then I booted it into recovery and there is an "unbricking your 10.1 " post on XDA that has a stock 4.2.2 link.
Once you get the thing into recovery, and it took several attempts (like for two days)- I had given up and was thinking I had finally truly bricked an android) I got it into recovery and then used Odin to flash the original stock rom and it worked. Then Samsung almost immediately downloaded the OTA and I was at 4.4.2 stock.
The sd card slot is broken, so I am still trying to get the tab rooted, but for now just having it functioning in stock form is better than that Galaxy emblem slowly flashing every 5 seconds until the battery dies (Itried that too, thinking it may somehow recharge and reboot and something would be different-no such luck)
But I found holding the button down persistently made the difference, at least it seemed to.
Good luck

Galaxy Tab Pro Splash Screen Problem

I was playing around with my Tablet. Being a mad scientist trying to get root working on 5.1.1 and I did something that messed up the First boot screen that says. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro. Well its not there any more just a crazy screen lol Some times its a whiteish screen like static some times I swear it was my desktop after it boots up. The tablet boots up just fine. But the First Splash screen is toast. Anyone know the way to fix that?
EDIT: I have tried reflashing the whole 5.1.1 update with ODIN and still the first boot screen is bonkers.
I believe there is two logos, one is built into the kernel / boot (the one that says Galaxy Tab Pro), then the other animated logo is stored under /system/media/bootsamsung.qmg (Swirling Samsung Logo), so it sounds like something with the kernel or boot loader is messed up
I would try doing a factory reset, (you will loose all data), then a re-flash, if that doesn't help you might try to downgrade the firmware to kitkat (if possible) then re-upgrade again, maybe it skips flashing the boot loader if its already the same version ...but really it might not be worth the hassle if it's just the logo...

Try reflashing with Bootloader as you have nothing to loose
