I8160P Semi-Bricked after several ROMs - Galaxy Ace II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,
Contact with you because I do not know what to do or what to try. I have an I8160P (Ace II) that it stopped working (Samsung logo appeared continuously). I tried to install a ROM (from the P series always) and now I have it semi-bricked: I get the typical message '' Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again ''
I have followed all the tutorials and tried with ODIN of different versions (old and newer) and it recognize the mobile, but after several ROMs, none of them worked well. I have tested with the following:
I8160PBVLK3_I8160PAMNLK1_AMN
I8160PXXLK2_DBTLK2_v2.3.6_Repair_Firmware
I8160PXXLK2_I8160PDBTLK2_DBT
I8160PXXLK3_I8160POXALK1_XEF
I8160PXXME1_I8160PDBTME1_DBT
I8160PXXMF1_I8160POXXMF1_XEF_
I8160PXXMG2_I8160PDBTMG2_4.1.2_Germany_Home
I8160PXXMG2_I8160PDBTMG2_DBT
I8160PXXMG2_I8160POXXMG1_PHE
I8160PXXMF1_I8160POXXMF1_HOME_
I8160PXXMG2_I8160POXXMG1_HOME_
CODE_GT-I8160P_I8160PXXME1_DBT_1106830_REV00_user_low_ship
PHE-I8160PXXMG2-20131210090416
In all test that I do, ODIN indicates "PASS", but it still indicates the same error message: '' Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again ''
Previously, I had installed the Cyanogenmod 11. Now, I can enter in Downloading Mode, but not in Recovery.
Can you help me please?
Thank you very much in advance.

Boot into download mode, connect it to your PC, flash a recent version of TWRP with Heimdall and go from there.

Failed to mount EFS, Bootlogo loop N7100

Hello!
My Note 2 died a few days ago and nothing seem to help it live again.
It stays stuck on the Samsung logo when I try to boot it up and accessing the recovery gives me the errors in the picture (can't mount EFS etc...).
It was working fine and it suddendly stopped working.
I can enter download mode fine and everything seems to be ok there, the product name is there, System Status: Official, Current Binary: Samsung Official.
I tried flashing a 4.4 Rom via Odin but it fails giving me a NAND write error, I also tried to use Kies firmware initialization but Kies doesn't detect my phone, it gets stuck on "establishing connection". I'm sure my cable is working fine because I tried connecting another Samsung phone, I also tried all the USB ports and a different PC too.
I read that it could be due to EMMC memory fail and that it can be fixed by replacing the motherboard only, but I also read that people with that problem also get a blank Product Name in download mode, which isn't my case.
Is it really an hardware problem? Can I try some other routes?
It won't let me posts images so here's a link to the problem I encounter in recovery mode

Help request: SM-T111 (no Recovery or Download mode; no Kies Recovery possible)

Hello,
I would like to kindly ask you for help.
Current status of my device SM-T111 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Lite 3G) is:
- can’t boot normally
- can’t enter Download mode (Pwr+Home+VolDown)
- can’t enter Recovery mode (Pwr+Home+VolUp)
- when charger is connected, device is starts powering on and off in 1 sec. interval and screen flashing, and showing error screen “Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again.”
- when connected to computer via original microUSB cable, there is same issue. Windows 7 Pro x64 indicates USB connecting/disconnecting by typical sound.
-- Kies (which I’ve used in past for backup) is not able to connect device. So I can’t run recovery mode.
-- Odin 3.09 (even I if “kill” all Kies processes before) give is no able to connect device as well. So I can’t flash any AP
- example screen #1 (not from my device) bellow (but flashing on/off in 1 sec. interval)
Step before:
- I’ve rooted my device as written here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2712379 [all worked fine]
- I’ve unrooted device (as I’ve need it) via uploading original ROM via Kies [all has been fine]
- After few months I’ve tried to root device again via same process. But when I uploaded TWRP (same like first time) Screen stuck on TeamWin screen. Example screen #2 (not from my device) bellow.
- I’ve search how to solve this and based on other threads, I’ve tried to flash original ROM via Kies again.
- Unfortunately… it stopped during the process and my device is death
Additional screen info (from my flashing screen):
Odin mode
Product name: SM-T111
Current binary: Samsung Official
System Status: Custom
H/W Version: 0.2
Can you advice what to try to get my device alive again, please?
Any sense making help appreciated.
Quido

Sort of bricked G4, rebooting download mode, no fastboot recognition nor TWRP

Hi all,
I have tried my luck in two different threads already and did hours of research but thus far, no success. I hope somebody can help me.
I installed the official Nougat (V29A) update and after that the Oreo AOSCP ROM. Everything went (seemingly) fine, Oreo was working. I wanted to reflash Oreo to get rid of some Google Apps, but the problem then was, that I could not reboot into TWRP. The only recovery mode is the Android recovery and I cannot reset the phone, neither use ADB sideload, nor do anything else (unknown fs_filetype error). Only thing that is working, is to enter the fastboot mode, but my laptop does not recognize the phone while in fastboot mode.
I also tried resetting the phone to factory defaults from within Android (back when it was still booting up) and now my phone is stuck in a bootloop which ends in the (useless) Android recovery mode.
At first I thought reflashing the stock kdz would not be a problem. I am able to enter download mode, but it only stays in download mode for about 15 seconds and then reboots itself. LGUP or LG flash tool, don't recognize my phone in that short amount of time.
I tried the above mentioned solutions on OS X, Windows 7, Windows 10 as well as FWUL. No system recognizes my phone.
I really am at my wit's end. Any help would be appreciated.
If any further information are needed, I am happy to provide these.
I changed following in hidden menu NT Code, changed as below NT Codes with respect to firmware region... Rebooted after confirmation "NT Code Write OK" message.
V29a Firmware NT Code:
"1","FFF,FFF,FFFFFFFF,FFFFFFFF,11"
V20h Firmware NT Code:
"1","FFF,FFF,FFFFFFFF,FFFFFFFF,51"
Checked in both above firmwares..Worked flawlessly on my h818p...No more annoying message on every boot.
Software Version in about/ settings also changed to region exp. 20h-DS2-XX to 20h-ESA-XX upon reboot.
Is DS2 appears when cust mismatch..?

Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue screen

*****FIXED*****
I attempted to revive a bricked device on boot loop using download mode and ODIN.
Later an error occurred and my table was brought to ''firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen.
I am unable to use Kies because it cannot detect my device as I cant boot into download mode , as soon as I power on, I am taken to the same screen.
*short: I can't get PC to recognise device and cannot enter download mode.(I have installed drives)
Is there any solution to this?
Thank you!
EDIT: I just found out about USB jigs, will any jig work with my device or do I need a certain compatible one (Can't seem to find anything)
