[Q] Defy，something wrong with the screen

watch carefully, you will find the top left show a white patch, i do not know why, and the phone never kiss the ground and be kissed by other hard stuffs.
when i open the applications desktop from main screen，there is always a animation,then the white patch shows, it may last 1-2 seconds, then disappear, and the desktop black background looks normal.
maybe something wrong with the theme, so i changed ,but the white persist.
so i whirl the phone, the white persist but change position

no one knows what happened?

Have you tried flashed different rom? overheating would resulted damaged lcd screen too even if it never been kissed before..

To me it looks like it has to do with your launcher. Have you tried using a different one, or just to stock one? It may be an option somewhere in the settings since it changes position when you rotate the phone.

Camera quality poor, focus consistently blurry

Hi all,
I don't know what's up with my Desire HD camera. It used to take the greatest phone camera photos, but these days it's blurry. I don't know when exactly I noticed the change, but it's poor. I use CyanogenMod 7.1 for what it's worth.
Disclaimer: I have dropped the phone a few times, could that matter?
So, can anyone provide any assistance in debugging this? As a last resort, I'd send it back to HTC, maybe it's hardware (and maybe they could fix my crappy GPS at the same time...), but I really don't want to do that as like all of us, I use and need my phone.
I can't post outside links, but anyone who can be bothered to do a search on google for "antony gelberg picasa" can look in the Ramat Gan album for lots of examples. I *think* (but not sure) that the left and right sides of the photo look blurrier than the middle. I'll try to upload a couple of images here, don't know if it will let me.

I'd be very happy to get any advice on this, hope someone can help.

What about doing a nandroid backup and trying a full wipe and installing a rooted sense rom ? It is just a suggestion.

If you didn't find a solution yet mabe you should try this code 1809#*900# and hopefully it will hard reset it

Or factory reset it and then you can try 0000 or 1234 and if all of this doesn't work close your phone completely press the volume down button and keep pressing it then together with the volume down button keep pressing the power button you will see the buttons on the screen blinking when you see the second blink leave all the buttons it will prompt you to factory reset the device press the power button to factory reset it, and it will open up as good as new

Rooted S2 with storage issue

Hey guys,
Been running into an issue on my CM10 GS2 where it says my storage is full, but according to settings, i still have a couple GB left. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this? I already deleted all my music off the phone a while ago.

Apps aren't stored in the same partition as your data and media. They're stored on the system partition on the S2. And yours is probably full. Only deleting apps can help. ?

And 200 Mb left is not much. I'd expect the system to be glitchy with that kind of space left.

Also, the system partition isn't listed in your second screen shot. That's the discrepancy.

Actually, looking again. You have near a gb left for apps.
But 200mb for app data, pics, music, downloads and anything else. You need to clear some pics and videos by the looks of it. 6gb is a lot. ?

MMS problem

Ive been using my cricket sim on my lg e980 for almost 8 months and have never had this happen before. It stopped receiving and sending picture messages, just the dowoad button would show then fail when clicked on. Sim works perfectly in a extra galaxy s5 and a s4 that i have floating around my desk. I tried APN settings of many kinds, still cant open or download pics mms. Can anyone help me out?
Now im soo broke i cant even pay attention!

use at&t apns. My nexus did the same thing and all of a sudden i needed at&t apns to fix it
