Or factory reset it and then you can try 0000 or 1234 and if all of this doesn't work close your phone completely press the volume down button and keep pressing it then together with the volume down button keep pressing the power button you will see the buttons on the screen blinking when you see the second blink leave all the buttons it will prompt you to factory reset the device press the power button to factory reset it, and it will open up as good as new

Hello, my HTC One V stopped responding today.
I was just listening to music, and wanted something to do, but the screen didn't react to any kind of touch.
Tried - hold the power button for 10 sec, Power + Volume down.
The phone is okay, but screen doesn't turn on - i hear notifications and i see led light flashing with green color.
Is there any way to restart it?
ROM: Shpongle
Try restarting via all in one kit.

Its basically like a data exchange where you can tap the phone against something to transmit data, a bit like using wireless payment for example (although I think only iPhone has that at the mo but I could be wrong). If you want rid of it just go to settings-more-nfc then switch to off.

10128 process consumed more battery over screen. Any one had same problem. How to solve.

Increase brightness. Then screen will consume more than that process.
SCNR. The process numbers probably are counted starting from 10000. It is a bit random which process 10128 on your phone is. Never seen a process without name on my phone. Can you have a look at the output of "ps" in a terminal what 10128 could be? Did you try rebooting?
Dont know what it is. Its say gps is on more than 8hrs and power consumption is 585mah.
Screenshot
Clean cache by booting into recovery mode.
Why would a moto process have no ID?
Is it a Trojan?
Have you installed suspect app?

After reboot process is stopped consuming battery. And after few hours they disappeared from battery log. All apps are downloaded from playstore.
Hi everyone,
My GF has forgotten her PW on her 5X. In fastboot, when I try going into recovery mode to wipe the phone, after selecting recovery mode, instead of going to the dead android, I get the below screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
After which the phone just boots as normal.
I can however get it into download mode which looks like this:
The phone's boot loader is unfortunately locked. Any advice?
I just want a clean wipe to be honest
if you want to wipe it clean simply boot to fastboot, connect it to pc and flash to it the stock rom
and when you're in fastboot, don't choose to go into recovery or anything at all; just let it stay at the fastboot screen.
Thank you for the reply guys. Could you perhaps point me towards a forum thread that walks me through this. Everything I've found was with unlocked bootloader
